iBall Slide WQ149i

Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased iBall Slide Wings 4 GP(Silver Chrome) in B NEW Mobiles Pvt Ltd, Karimnagar Store on 16-10-2018, I am regularly using, their was NO PROBLEM.

On 22-May-2019 I was used and stored at my regular place, but when I wake up in the morning on 23-May-2019 the display was NOT showing anything except Rainbow colors.

I searched in web site, about service center in Karimnagar and found ANU Communication as a service center.

I visited their and shown my iBall Tab, he informed that something is pressed on screen and the screen was Damaged . Need to replace the Screen which costing Rs:3000/-.

But my tab is under warranty and NOTHING was pressed, their was NO damage and cracks on my tab. How can a tab screen will damage inner side without damage of out side. I was using this very care fully.

I request you to please repair my Tab under warranty.
