I feel this review is:
There is nothing called Iball as such. They are bothing better than a computer repair shop which buys products from other companies like Toshiba, etc and assembles them together and sells them. No.Indian company manufacters their own internal equipments of even average quality.
Sometimes the power button works sometimes it does not. When necessary the laptop.is not turning on.
The computer is malperforming and is slower than tortoise and some shortcut keys in the key board are not working consistently.
The assembly is also not done properly some screws are missing in their places in the region where hard drive is fixed with the chassis.
If you dont want to waste your 16000 INR please NEVER buy this laptop.

Firstly, if you have to buy a laptop just buy a laptop instead of a notebook. iBall has a history of creating crap products but I thought maybe they have changed - I was wrong! I bought their crappiest product ever called iBall compbook excelance! Within 1st week, it conked off without even using it. I had to take it to their service center and they changed a keyboard component in it! That was just the start. Only a lame company like iBall can think of giving you Windows 10 along with a 32 GB ROM. They have an option of adding an extra drive, I tried.this machine doesnt have the brains and the balls to compute it. Since then I am stuck with this. I can't sell it, cant change the OS because it is company fit. Since it doesn't have any space, Windows does not even update. It switches off when the battery is @ 66%.it cant even run Zoom beyond 30 mins without switching off.
Do yourself a favour, buy a good laptop on emis but never ever buy this yet another iBall crap! iBall sucks big time forever.

I have given my earphone neckband to the service centre 3 months back but still they haven't replace my earphone and keep saying that your product is in replacement process .I don't understand that what is wrong with this company and what they have do. Atlast I say that this is the worst customer care service that I have never seen before.
Within 1 yr of purchase, the keyboard had to be changed. Rs 600+ service charge was Rs 1000. Now within 18 months, the motherboard has given away. The service centers have closed down 6 mths back itself & the tollfree no of the company is dormant.
Don't buy this junk of a product.
What to say about such a hopeless "so called customer support"? We are wasting our time by simply dialing their customer support number which 18002666409. Only reply is that their team is busy, call after some time. I don't know what they are doing there?
Now regarding my issue is that my screen got broken and it will not come under warranty. But thing is the service centers does not have any stock of spare display screen and they are not sure about when they will get a screen from the manufacturer after placing an order. They advised me to search for compatible screen available outside.
Now what shall I do?
IBall compbook is good laptop. It stuck when it is get heat. Picture quality is good. Sound effects and battery is some what
good.
The Laptop Keyboard started malfunctioning in 3 months time. Sent to Service centre and they are awaiting replacement component for the past 3 months. Frustrated Service Centre franchisee closed down his contract and new Franchisee appointed.
Calling customercare service is also produced no result as they keep saying "wait for one week."

Hello friends, today I am sharing my personal review about this laptop. the style and design of this laptop is very good. in this price, all the features of this laptop are very good. but this laptop is not durable. because the plastic quality is totally worst. so the screen lock of my laptop had broken. and I contact to customer care. they ask me that there is no physical warranty. so I think the customer service is totally worst. there is no reliability and satisfaction. so this laptop is not user-friendly. this laptop is not value for money.
I purchased Iball compbook a few months ago. Talking about the device, it is light weight because it comes with a mediocre specification which is reasonable for the price. It got cracked in the first week and the charger stopped working after few days. The battery back up is also not that great, it will only last you for four hrs. The laptops speed is also very slow and it hangs up if you open two windows simontaneously. There are no redeeming feature in the laptop. So in my opinion spend a little more and go for some decent brand. Don't get lured in by the cheap price tag. This laptop is a disaster.
I bal camp bookis always for our selves and no need to work in it so if you lije to brought a lop top then you will buy a lop top ehich is another conpany ok
If you bought a I ball loptop then you will be in favour for bad condition so I would like to tell you about the bad conditon of I ball lop top present in india which is not important
I have purchased this compbook and it is very easy to use, I loved the small screen as I can take it any where I go. That's the main think I loved in this book. It is light weight and easy to carry.
I use the book for surfing and my profession work. The price is also cheap. For me its cheap and best product.
This laptop is very good for students because it has got enough things as a student should learn.And all those things work well.If a student to buy a laptop in the beginning, then I would say that he started with the COMP BOOK .In this you get 2GB RAM , HARD DISK is also available.It is enough to learn.WINDOW 10 operating system gets 32bits.
Guys I bought this notebook 3 months back from amazon.in. This note book comes under range of 11, 000.This notebook first disappointed me of it's small screen but it's budget doesn't allow it for more.This notebook performs well in surfing internet, watching media, listening to songs, etc.
But don't you think of playing games a bit
heavy on it.

It can't perform heavy tasks like gaming, graphics designing, video rendering, etc.
Overall it slis total waste of money and never buy this.

It is an economical laptop but has limited features too. Storage capacity is less. You can't buy this if you are
a professional. I bought this for my mom who wanted to learn to operate a computer. So I found it the best product for learning purpose.
Friends, I brought this notebook from flipkard. This notebook is very useful for students, for reading books, watching lectures, making documents and for presentation point of view. This product is also very useful for youtube bloging, photoshope etc. I'm find this notebook is very good in this range of money. And also this notebook is very light weight about 1.1kg and also it's speakers quality are too good. Only problem in this notebook is, it's not good for gaming purpose and also for big applications.
I am buying this product from flipkart on 26th January 2018. This is the excellent product for a student. Firstly this is the lowest price laptop and buy this product very easily from any sites. This laptop's battery backup is very highly ( 7-8 hours) , camera and touch pad not excellent quality but in this price range good quality, mostly other laptops compare iball compbook excel. I am bought I ball compbook from snapdeal. It gives me a good product with good package. I am got right product at right time and the price is also cheap. I am bought on 2017 march and now it is very well. This is very nice product for beginners who want to learn how to operate laptop or computer. I am gave only 10, 000 rupees for this and got very nice product. Its service is also good.
Guys this is bad product . I have buy this laptop with rupees 9999 . This name of product is EXCELANCE wit it's not EXCELANCE . when after 1 month I knew about the product it's very bad it's outer body is of plastic and plastic fully cover . I don't know that with 9999 how they manage to do everything with the product I didn't like this product .
Dear Sir / madam I purchased I ball laptop(compbook excelance v2.0, SR NO 1601266006819) 3 month back but due to low quality Issue of back pannel, Laptop hinch screw broken due to poor plastic quality & due to that my display also broken. I visit at your service center( document No: 111041761660954 Date 29/01/2018)he told me you have pay for it. Pls told me how Can I pay for it. What is Quality of your product . I am totally disappoint with this types of service . So pls do free of cost due to poor quality of your product. I purchased laptop in 9999 But his repairing cost is 5300 & this product is With in Warranty
