Don't believe their policy of return. For new products, HP claims to have a 30-day return policy. Fedex misplaced one of their delivery products and it came more than a week late. To do my work, I needed a laptop, so I went out and bought one. They added a secret 15 percent restoration fee when I wanted to return the HP and refused to waive it even though the item didn't arrive on time. They would not even accept the late arrival until I had submitted the FedEx documents. It often took 6 days for an email response to be received and they did everything they could do to avoid my return. I'm never going to buy anything else from them!

M gonna to share my experience regarding HP probook.According to prize of this its not that much working.sometimes contineously using for more than 2 hrs it gets hanged.battery backup is not too good.m advising not to go with HP probook itxx jxt a wastage.go for other option m also want to go for another one.

I have been using this laptop for almost 1 year now. Working is quite smooth but sometimes it starts hanging very much when doing multiple task. For sometime it's face unlock system stopped but it came again after update. Design is good as it is 360 and problem with chrome after updating it. Overall good experience.

So, I have a HP ProBook x360 laptop. It is very lightweight laptop that I have ever used. I carry it easily from one place to another but the issue here is that as performances wise it is very slow, applications crashed, all of the sudden stop working then you need to restart it because its not going to work. I can't even work o excel or word files because I never know when it's going to stop. Useless in performance as compare to price. I am planning buy a new laptop because this one is useless for me.

It has the best hardware and it has 550ssd which takes you fly ?? the best among best . Super fast super thin super light weight ??

I personally use this laptop for the last 4 years and there is no such issue that I find till now. Battery performance is nice. It gives you at least 4 hrs backup and comes with 10 point finger touch display.

If you face any problem you can easily find the service centre, they are very friendly and usually takes 2-5 working days to solve any issue.
