HP Pavilion 11 K015TU x360 Notebook (M2X34PA)

HP Pavilion Laptop is just like other laptop very user friendly and it can use everybody who have just simple knowledge of computer.

I brought this laptop 11 months ago used this as my experience on this Laptop.

HP Laptop have many things perfect. Its have a very cool features like 360* rotation with touch thats work fine. The performance of the Laptop is very important thing. the service is worst in my using experience but the support is very good and provide a best in class service

Hi Friends, Today I want to share my opinion about the HP Pavilion 11 notebook So lets started it is awesome product of HP in 2015  but now it is really bad product because it have lot of problem with this one Now I want to share my experience. In 2015 I brought this product from a good store I use it about 8 to 9 month so after that it got some problem with it The Problem are following

1)After the 8 month the laptop notebook become hang when I use to application at same time

2)The keypad cannot work some time than I need to restart it The some letter cannot work like "Q" "A" and "Z"

3)The notebook bigger problem is that its battery show 100%  and it work only 30 to 45 mint

So That I go to the repair office of HP They said it is may be a hardware problem They ask me for about 70, 00 rupee I paid it So After the repairing about 1 month the same problem with it So I sell this one in low price in market The value of money is very high It service and support is bad

I brought this laptop 9 months ago used this as my primary device.I will tell you about My experience on this laptop.

The laptop is just like other laptop very user friendly and it can use everybody who have just simple knowledge of computer.The laptop does not have any other hard features and its simple and fine device for all.It have only one extra and underline features which is 360 rotation and its very simple to use this.

The laptop have many things perfect but in my experience dont buy this device.Its have a very cool features like 360 rotation with touch thats works fine but its not all that a laptop is completed.The performance of the laptop is very important thing.The laptop has pentium core processor which is good but its not great.the performance is very annoying it hangs many times and its does not support many games where the others supports easily in that price range.The webcam is very very Bad and its good for nothing.In this laptop I have faced very poor performance in gaming.Its have intel Hd graphics but does not support Photoshop software perfectly.The usb ports as well as the headphone jack is very poor in quality and its damage in 3 months in my laptop.

The laptop is a worst product according to his performance and its a waste of money to buy this.

The service is worst in my using experience but the support is very good and I appreciate Hp's after sale service.They were very good and provide a best in class service.

I buy the hp pavilion laptop 11 K015TU from the Ketan Electronics, Jamnagar by paying 30, 000 on 20 Sep 2015, with features 500GB HDD , Intel Pentinium 2 processor and the 2 GB RAM with integrated Graphics.

I want to tell you that on 10 october 2015 I started facing some problem like: -

1) The headphones jack is not working properly.The voice come sometimes and the It will not comes some times.

2) The webcam is also not opening at all.When I am applying for the interview it were not work at all and I am not able to give my interview.

3) The laptop is hanging the performance is weak because when I opening 2 or more application it were get hang and automattically it will get restarted.

4) The keyboard is not working properly specially the 'F' key is not working.

5) The mouse right click is not working and sometimes cursor were get hang.

6) The battery issue , after charging the full battery it will work for 30 minutes only then what is purpose of the laptop.

I find the defected laptop.

Due this problem , I complain about the laptop and visit the service center of the hp and they tell me that the laptop has some hardware issue.You need to change some part of the laptop( Motherboard , F key, Right-click of mouse and RAM) and OS need to be installed one more time , The laptop is in warrenty period and I want to tell you that than also they were tell me that you need to pay 10, 000 for repair it .

Then I give Laptop to them and after the 7 days they were returned my laptop.

After the 1 month the same problem is started the Laptop is getting hanging and it will get automatically restart.

Then I visited to the hp service center and they tell me that this is defective piece and you should not get a fresh piece in replacment due to warrenty terms and condition.

The attitude of the staff were also not good because they were not giving proper solution to my problem.

The laptop not that much durable, I started facing problem in just 20 days of buying the laptop .I personally not satisfy with the laptop .

So, I want to tell you that the not buy the hp laptop at all due to less functionality , weak performance , less durable and reliable and your money get wasted .

Rather than this hp laptop you should go for the Dell laptop they were durable there services were good, the staff attitude were also good and the performance is also good and the price is also affordable .
