I bought a Laptop for getting my work easy, to watch movies and so far, but as a week passed it had became headache for me. I tried to get repair it for 15-18 times in 4 months , build quality also very poor and ram doesn't get work access properly , at last I have to garbage it finally. It's Customer care services are also like null and company claims of repair are not so approach able. I m very disappointed with all that bad experience.
So, be careful when anyone go for a Laptop.

HP laptops provide good reliability and this product is also reliable. It offers good customer satisfaction too. By my experience this laptop is not good and its like that a box and its battery capacity is not enough and and display quality is not good and its keyboard is not stylish and its price is expensive and and its not slim and its battery capacity is not enough and we can not use of this laptop continue 4 hours thas its laptop is not good

I brought this laptop 15.05.2017 and it's battery quality is very bad so don't recommend to brought this product for wanting long battery life.when I do office work with it after half-an-hour it ask for recharge.lt goes hardly 1 hour.
Or other functions are not fine but ok.
It seems to me very wrong product.many problems are automatically created after some work.we buy a laptop for long time work but it seems to that we buy that product for only consuming electricity or for many times recharge.so I recommend you to buy a laptop which battery capacity is efficient.

Hi friends , This was my review about my past experience about this which was called as HP15-BTOO4AX . I have used this for 2 months and also tired off from the core of my heart . Overall the features of this is pretty much good on the part ilod its battery I hate it the most . Bacause when I fully charged it to take it to do presentation on this failed most the times its backuo is very low it doesn't long last and if we charged it fully charged it does not work continously for 1 hour hardly . So didn't recommend it to you guys .

This Is a good laptop.You Can say it a mid range laptop.This has good ram management, Good hardware.Good looking laptop, Big storage capacity of 1 TB.But the demerit is that you can not play high graphics games in this laptop like gta 5, the battery performance is also not that much good as I expected.this laptop costs around 30 to 32 k.buy for it fir business purpose, study purpose.
Its one of its kind. My friend purchased the same and he is a software developer. Usually he worked on sql and asp.net. Both are heavy software used in programming. After installing both on any device make it slow but its not the case with hp. Wow amazing functionality is tgere without any lags and latency

Laptop is good for this price, here are 12 most aspects
Processor is AMD A9-9420 Base clock 3Ghz - Turbo 3.6Ghz. I was so relieved, because in description it says 2.8 Ghz.
Ram 4gb DDR4 1886Mhz, I didn't find high RAM usage in the laptop for any application unless too many applications opened simultaneously. I also read that there is an additional RAM slot available if you would like to upgrade the RAM.
Graphics Card is AMD R5 M330 DDR3 2GB dedicated. Laptop does not heat up, rather stays warm and quiet, very occasionally you can hear the fan running which only happens when the CPU is under high load.
CorelDraw X8 application Runs smoothly and So should the Photoshop I could not test the Photoshop.
Resolution is 1366 x 768 Not a full HD. Screen quality is good for the price, viewing angles are good.
You CANNOT play GTA 5 smoothly, you may face severe lag. The R5 M330 cannot handle latest games very well. But, you should be able to play CS: GO in Medium to Low settings. If you're looking for a laptop for playing games then I suggest you to go for 7th gen core i5-7200U with Nvidia 940MX GPU and you can play GTA 5 and other games in Medium to high settings smoothly. Or else you can wait for 8th Gen Core i5 ( 4 cores, 8 threads) Laptops with Nvidia MX150 GPU, they're coming out under 50k. They're the fastest and the best right now for games.
Laptop comes with a DVD writer, SD card slot, 2x 2.0 USB port and 1x3.0 USB port, 1 HDMI port, No VGA port. Built quality is good.
Performance is comparable to an i3 processor if not better. My personal test with Cinebench A9-9420 gave me a score of 133 and Core i3-5200u gave me a score of 208. You can get an idea of the processor performance. It can handle all the day to day applications very well. Core i3-6006u is a little bit faster than this processor. If you're getting a good price deal on i3 6th/ 7th gen laptops with Graphics Card, then you could go for it. Otherwise this laptop is the right choice in terms of price to performance ratio.
Color smokey grey actually looks good and in my opinion looks better than black. The charger adapter is slim and light weight, you shouldn't have any issues carrying it around.
Battery lasts for 4-5 hours on medium to high usage, but it can go up to 7-8 hours if you're running less CPU intensive applications .
This laptop is built for Everyday use and it can handle most of the day to day applications very smoothly, I did not find any lag.
Comes with only DOS. You need to install windows 10 separately. Driver CD is not included, but drivers can be downloaded easily online. Wi-Fi works smoothly, no issues found.
