Dell XPS 15 Core i9 9th Gen 7590 Laptop

The computer was fairly expensive. It's well designed but has a battery issue.

I've had the unit for 4 months. Battery area gets hot to the touch and after 4 months the battery will only last an hour.

After a painful hour on the phone with an agent that was extremely hard to understand they agreed that the battery is defective. The opened a service ticket and send me notes every few days that the parts are unavailable and they don't have an ETA on an arrival date.

They offered me a refurbished unit. Not a satisfactory response. Who knows how old that unit would be.

I asked for a full refund or a new unit. Nope I have a very expensive boat anchor and no ETA on the parts

One of the most stunning and good looking laptop ever. It has a metal finish and comes in white finish. It has top of the processor Intel core i9 and has a great processor too. I did not notice any problems with this laptop. I can carry it with me very easily and it is very portable and light weight. I can do all my vedio Editing , presentation work on it. I have also tried to do gaming on it and the experience was fabulous . The problem is it is slightly over prized.

Gamers will love the laptop, it almost runs all games on high graphics.

The outlook quality is fantastic.

The screen and sound quality are descent
