Dell Inspiron 3542 TS Notebook

Terribly slow, will take 7-8 mins before you can run a program from start up. My wifes dual core 4 gigs of ram HP runs circles around this thing Highly disappointed in performance!

Heyyyy haiii guyzzz let's tell About my own experiences in this laptop. It's very very usefull for my works. And this software features also very Wonderful. Its very very worthable for this cost. And compare with other rate it's very low price this featurs. Also very lateast featurs ans software also upsateed. I like it very Much. I have purchased dell Inspiron on last year. It is amazing product for me . The intel Pentium processor was present in this laptop. Its running is good. I also used this laptop now onwards. Its customer service is also good.I was very much satisfied to purchase this product.

I have been using it for 2 years now. Internet experience is good. Its good for everyday use. Not that much good if you want to watch movies or run high end applications. I use vmware player for using Fedora on it and it performs quite well.

I use dell laptop for past 4 years it's a good company and the product is very good . I do not get any fault in this product and it is very comfortable for college students for presentation ect. But the camera is weak and lap top is comparatively light weight . I suggested this product for college student

I has purchased inspiring 14 model 5410 on 3rd July eve from Kandiali west dell exlcusice store sale person Hamid.As per him battery power is upto 8 hrs. While using laptop I realires battry was draining too fast. Connected with dell technical team they resolved the issue to certain extent but after day fully charged laptop used to drain by just reading word documents and few recorded videos with low hd format within 3 hrs. As per techical team there must be software issue.. Which no one resolved...i have not even dowladed single app. Now I am asking to kindly replace it.. But now as per company policy not possible. As per sale Person he said if you attend zoom meeting & watch YouTube videos battry will work only for three hours.. Although I have not used laptop for above use..after spend 80000/-you get answer sorry we can't help you in this case...I want to inform prospectve buyers as well as dell co. That specialy in pandamic people use max. meeting apps.. Then why your sales person doesn't inform that while making purchase..?? If I would have knowledge about same I would have purchased it... To connect at customer service is time consuming and big headache..almost spent 5 hrs. In two days..even after that your problem doesn't resolve..Wanted exchange feeling their might be problem in pcs.. But as per co they can't help as it was as customer I am fool to trust the company and sales person... # felt cheated#highly disappointed... Although this is 3rd dell laptop from dell in past 5 years... But will never ever going to purchase dell again...

I recommend everyone not to buy this. This is just a waste of money. I bought this laptop few months back and I'm facing issues from the same day I got this. This laptop has worst battery backup, slow processing, hang too much and many issues.
