It is a budget friendly laptop with excellent performance with AMD Ryzen 3 processor and 8 gb ram and 512 GB SSD . It is quite light weight and easy to carry. I have been using this product personally for last 4 months. It comes with licence windows 11 version.

As soon as the 1year warranty period is over the laptop stopped working. It gets hanged or dropped out when I'm in a meeting. Also it gets hanged when I'm trying to open an excell or any file. I've been trying to reach the customer support as well but they don't take you call or respond to message. Worst customer service and worst product. Please don't buy it.

I waited for a week to write this review. This laptop either functionally not set up good or i have received some bad piece. Neither Anti virus is working nor window is working effectively. Despite me setting the window reset and reinstalling it from the window update option. Laptop on its own created several administrators and sometimes its screen goes black. Whenever it starts, it start with black screen for 10 mins. Speed is very low. Its not giving me access to some feature stating it to me you don’t have permissions. Only option i have left to take this device to Dell centre. Its completely unsatisfactory that such a product behaves like this.

The battery life of this product is too poor it drains very fast . moreover Amazon customer service is not friendly they only say to ask Dell for this and they can't return the product

Worst experience

As per product spec, it had finger print sensor, backlit keyboard, camera privacy shutter. But the laptop we received didn't have it. Moreover, while shutting down the laptop, blue screen issue had come and automatically it restarted. When raised query to Amazon, they first wanted us to visit a service centre for a replacement. Then we approached one of the Dell's authorized centre and they denied and told its not possible as per their policy and only repairs can be done. We informed this to Amazon again and after continues follow-ups, finally they told laptop will be picked up and refund will be given.

The day I received this laptop, found out it is heating up too much. Immediately, contacted Dell support through chat and they guided me to do some diagnostic tests and said there is nothing wrong with the laptop. When I asked, 'Why the laptop is burning hot?' there is no answer. When I requested to send a technician, they denied and asked me to take the laptop to the service center. I did not buy new laptop to waste my time to take it to the service center. Now the laptop screen freezes. It does not boot sometimes and hence I have to push power button for 20 seconds in order to boot. Also, while booting, it often takes to recovery screen saying, "Windows did not shut down properly' or 'Windows did not load properly'. Instead of using chat support service, I called customer service last week over phone and they said they would send a technician. I am hoping the technician is able to identify the issue and fix it

This laptop is just awesome. The processor is core i5 11th gen; fast and efficient. Battery life also extends 3 to 4 hours easily. Display and graphics is just too good. It has fingerprint scan, so security is also nice. Webcam is 720 p HD that is inbuilt. It also has features like dual speakers, eye protection. So I would say if someone wants a good laptop for home or business use, they can blindly go for this laptop.

Hi,

I've bought this Dell Inspiron Laptop in Apr-2022. Initial working was fine but post warranty period there have been a series of problems

1. Breakage of laptop case of keypad side - Jun 2023

I've used Inspiron laptops right from 2001 and earlier machines were really sturdy and I've used them for 5-7 years at a stretch with a lot of travel in India and even abroad. Now these damn things are not even lasting even more than 2 years even without any travel.

I guess Dell, like other manufacturers is looking at auto obsolescence. What will the right to repair law give us when the quality of products are so fragile and pathetic that they just break apart miserably in 2 years. Whatever happened to its commitment to sustainability.

I used Dell Inspiron laptop for my personal use and I found best as it's battery backup is very good, if you not play videos then battery backup is almost 6 hours which is really great part.

They are vey portable and and looks and feel good to use not so heavy. the touch is no too sensitive battery life is also strong the screen size is very good easy to concentrate it depends on its different variants. and it is every easy to carry very portable it is very easy to even if you are travelling mostly the corporates uses it the most as it has great processors and ram in it.it can hold upto very long in terms of battery.

Dell has been my favourite from beginning but the new inspiron series is worst. I bought dell inspiron 15 and it had hard drive failure and the motherboard overheating issue with in 3 months.

I would say best laptop with respect to specs and in terms of build quality, performance and handling in this price range. The design is quite sleek and really like that. Nice size screen, Loads of storage and nice Display screen also , very nice keyboard and good working. I am proud of this product .
