The laptop comfortable to type on for even extended periods, even though the flat, widely spaced keys feel shallow and rather unresponsive. The smooth touchpad feels responsive, and gestures such as two-finger scrolling work well. The integrated buttons feel a little stiff, though.

They send defective product, cant install OS. When try installing no booting. Cd drive not working properly. Then I raised refund request. But flipkart service team person called me and asked what is problem. I told everything. He said this laptop support only windows 10 OS only. I don’t know is it true. but intell 7 th gen processor only have that issue. not for this gen processor. Then we trying to install windows 10 os also. The same booting problem continuous. this is not OS issue it is booting problem. But flipkart team trying to convincing me. No use of 10 days replacement policy. 5th day I raised request, Even though I am not new customer. This is ridiculous.

I have been using since almost 2 years now and here is my experience with this notebook,

Currently I have installed linux OS as the windows was very slow and was unable to utilise the specs efficiently.

The speakers are damaged and I have to use headphones every time. The keyboard is very skinny and might damage the motherboard below it. The keystrokes aren't pleasant.

This notebook is heavy and wonder why it is in the category of notebook. Display was fine(a bit above 1280 pixel resolution), but at two places on the screen it is damaged and all black circles. It becomes hard to see what's beneath it sometimes while in being bios screen.

Overall this notebook can't justify it's price and doesn't worth your money.

I never seen this type of lappy before u all guys r ossem thx for this lappy this is very good in gaming espacillay in pubg its hard disk works properly without any lag gaming performance is verygood we can play any game in this this lappy is free to play any game in my home I have so many stuff of yours company

Asus X550C standard and good Quality of laptop.Asus X550C laptop is very easy to operate.it's also extarnal looking is good .it's Battary Backup is Good.Asus X550C frequant working , because more space to operate.it's also very Good Storage in both RAM and also Hard Disk.it's Screen size is 15"inch with HD graphics.

I bought this laptop 6 montgs ago.

The laptop is not user friendly at all because the hardware and software are little confusing then other brands.

The design of the laptop is not much reliable and I am not satisfied with the quality fhey are providing in this much amount.

The price is too high as compared to dell and hp laptop of same specifications.

Once I called service center for some hardware issue but they didn't even received my call and when they received then they sent the engineer after 15 days of complaint.

Not satisfied.

Asus Is good notebook for student or Officially work bcoz 4th generation i3 processer and 4 GB ram it's good package for Peoples.

Also compare with few more devices Asus have good processing speed and work speed.

We use Asus Notebook for every single work.

Some features are low but I like Asus Notebook.

I had brought a laptop of this specification 2 years ago. Initially it was working well. Accidently, it got fallen off from a table. There were no physical damage but it was showing ' no boot media found' problem. I urgently contacted to their one service centre available near to my home. The technician was not an engineer but authorised by Asus. He took atleast 10 days to repair it and finally he couldn' t make it better but also created audio devices problem. I registered the complaint agaist their service to product company. Their customer care called me and asked to show it at another service centre. I did the same. They didn' t take too long time like the previous because they replaced some parts directly without knowing the problem. And the same they too were not an engineers. They were just a guys who are authorised to open a service centre by doing a few months course! I paid the fees for the new parts. They give me the original parts back after replacing it. I check it. They were working fine. I found that this is a their way to earn money. Still the problem was not resolved. I again registered the complaint to company via email. The customer care called me and again suggested me to go to that two service centres. I told him what was happened and refused to go there. Instead I ask him to send their qualified hardware technician or an engineer to that service centres. The warranty had already expired and they directly refused to cooperate. The whole process of follow up took 2-3 months and there was no little hope so I contacted another techician from my town. He told me on the same day that my laptop had motherboard problem and it could be more costly to replace it , additional charge for audio devices. It was so hectic. I preffered to brought new laptop from another brand( HP) and I sold out this laptop at a cost equal to the charge of that two service ( 7000 INR) centres. This was my biggest mistake in life. Please don' t purchase a single product from this company and don' t recommand to others.

Intel processor - i3, i5 3rd generation CPU with 1.8 ghz speed up-to 2ghz turbo speed and it has its own gpu which smoothly runs all game .i took test like gta 5 but you need more ram you can upgrade it there are 2 variant in this laptop i3 with 4gb Ram , i3 with 2gb ram, hard disk, CD drive, 500gb H.D , superb design awesome design light weight, windows 10 or free dos

I bought asus laptop 3 years ago.i totally have a very bad experience about it. In start it was very nice.Although it is very good for games yet I put it in bad category due to its bad process in many other things like many documentry things. At the peak time it stops to work . I changed it to windows 10 and that was even worse experience, that I had to changed it back to windows 7.

Hello friends, I use Asus X Series P2420SA-WO0098D Note book. After some days I am suffering due to slow speed and some time hang problem. Multi software not worked together. All features of this product is bad. Video graphic web etc is very poor. Its very difficult to use. It's not user friendly. My view of point this is not reraible and satisfaction product. This product total performance against products market value is not perfect. Their customer service is not good. They taken customers service call minimum 48 hours. Their customer service support is not good.

I used Asus X51Na-Go125 for like 1 year and I faced too many problems as this one is very slow and can't handle many applications at one time. It's price is low, so is the laptop. And you can't even think of playing games on it as it starts heating up which in turn slows down the processor.

Otherwise the design and style is perfect. But it's not user friendly and you can't rely on this laptop. Also it's battery life is bad, at the starting days it was good but just after 3-4 months the laptop started consuming more and more.

Service and support is nice, the staff is friendly and will put maximum effort to solve your issue. But overall I would suggest you to not to buy this laptop as it does not worth the money.

Hello all,

Today i'am reviewing Asus X551cA SX021D Laptop which is a low budget mid range Laptop from Asus. I bought this product from Flipkart Online Shopping. It has 15.60 Inch display with 1366 x 768 pixels resolution, this big screen size is perfect for entertairment purposes like surfing the interment or watching NETFLIX!

Besides that it has got 2 GB of Ram and 500 GB of Hard Disk Capacity which is enough for storing good quantity of data.

But I did not like the battery backup of this product it does not satisfied me at all. With one full time charge it does not even lasts for 4 hours that means it is not made for travelling purpose. And when you do heavy internet usage it requires constant charging.

Also it cannot handle heavy gaming but that is fine as it comes under 22000 k segment.

As you become used to it it quite user friendly. It gave me little problem regarding charging after 6 months I bought this laptop. But Asus service team took care of that and now its working fine.

According to me it is value for money as you cannot expect much from a mid range laptop!

It's ultra slim along with 360 degree and touchscreen. It's windows 10 and very good product. Asus had introduced a very good product so I wanna say that it will be superb for beginners

I have been using this laptop from last 1 year. I had brought this in online. I was happy to unbox my laptop. It was working good in starting days. Later it starts creating some problems like hanging, shutting down and battery issues.

The process is really very slow. Staring days it was working good. But after 6month it creating some issues.

It hanging While we are using many applications in one time. Giving some warning message while using many applications.

It gets heat as soon as. Can't work continuously because of its heating problem. Then it's battery issues while charing its getting quickly likewise after removing its getting down quickly.

But it's sound quality is really good. Quality wise not. I did not like this product.

A budget oriented product. May be the best in this price segment. Would be the best pick for non-gamers who kill their time in multimedia. Good sound quality and a very good display with good viewing angles. The company also provides good service and a good number of service centres. So service won't be an issue. Overall an allrounder product.

Asus Laptop. Its famous about its performance and working.Asus is computers parts company now they dealing with Mobiles , Computers as a brand.My Laptop is now about 2 years now also working as a new laptop.No any lagging and complaints.Best product, a valued product.

Battery backup also no any problems.I have only problem with its body colour its not good.

I bought this laptop 3 years back. Though I am still using it but I am really not satisfied with its working. I wouldn't have bought it if I knew how bad it is. It was working fine for a year but then it became really slow, I took it to the service centre they took around 3 weeks to analyze whats wrong with the laptop and then they said that the hard disk has to be replaced. I paid around 10 thousand for replacement of the hard disk and lost all my data too. I thought this would finally solve all the issues that I have been facing with this laptop but I was wrong. I would suggest you to go for another laptop.
