LG NEXUS 5x a mobile smart phone from LG is no value for its cost. Kindly raise your voices and write in this blog your experience with this phone, as I know almost everyone will agree with me who is using this crap phone
Whats bad in this phone?
1) The phone gets heated up very quickly. A couple of minutes on call or if you watch a youtube video on this phone it gets so much heated up that you feel like the phone is about to explode.
2) Battery back up is poor.
3) The life of this mobile phone is not more that 14 to 15 months. Yes the phone will stop working after this period. It gets into the boot loop and you will be asked to change the motherboard when you visit the service centre,
4) Customer care services provided by LG is pathetic. They are sitting just to loot.
Once the phone stopped working I visited 3 LG service center and everyone told me to replace the motherboard of the phone. I only told them that its just 14 months old they said that electronic device and finally they asked me to complaint to the customer care and write email to them. I did the same and I got the call from the zonal head Ashutosh Singh and I explained him the entire episode after listening to me he told that they are helpless and they cannot to do anything in this situation and I had to pay 14 thousand rupees to get the motherboard replaced. My only argument was its just 14months old for that he replied " Sir listen to me even if you buy a new motherboard and the same problem persists after a year(after 12 months) and you come to us again, you will be adviced the same " I replied that you are not even confident on your own products durability for more than 12 months then whats the point" His answer was as you wish get it done or disconnect the call as he has other customers to attend.
