V Guard Inverter

We buy a v guard inverter Jaadoo 1050, which only runs for 3 months only after that there is only problem after problem. Ok these are mechanical things so problems are obvious and there is costomer care service available for the problem but I am trying to reach the costomer care service from last 2-3 weeks but there is no response is coming from the costomer care first 1-2 times they did responses the calls and answers but know they didn't even pick up my calles . They told me to fix the inverter within 48 hours but haven't done it till date. Its been almost 3 weeks know . I am not telling lie here I just want to save you guys from buying a bad product.

I bought 15 ltr Vguard AC and called Vguard customer care to install geyser on 05 july 2024. They did not assign any engineer till 10th july instead of multiple follow up on my request. When they assign on 10th july the person Tribhuwan was so rude and behaving like he is the customer. Such patheic service from Vguard that I will think next time for buying any of their product and tell others also.

Vguard is the fraud company they never answer their toll free numbers for complaints . They have provided fake complaint route on Google which never register your complaint, third thing if you send them email regarding complaint they never respond. So overall it's a fraud nothing else please stop buying their products

Most annoying, unsatisfactory product of vguard is vguard inverter.

Interesting thing is it shows many issues in warranty period. After warranty again problem shows, the customer service team will only answer issue will be resolved with in 48 hours. If u have emergency, they will only pretend to be worry for u. But in fact they will be more happy to know u faced issue. And they will get money by coming to customers place . Attending customer also too late again. service center guys are pathatic. After knowing issues if u will call in emergency, then they will not respond. If u call again to customers care they will behave like they are the number 1 company famous for their work. In reall hell service, delay, unsatisfactory, pathetic service. Never choose vguard inverters for little bit less rate but u can think investing little bit more amount can give u more warranty, more good service, lesser waiting time in pr

Hello friends. I bought V Gaurd Inverter from local shop of my city. I have some bad experience with this invertor. As per my requrment I bought this inverter. But major specification is wrong. I use it for 1 year. In my inverter there is problem of automatic stary cercuit. So I call customer support team and after I visit near nearly store of V gaurd.

My product os in warranty so I cat not pay for it. But during warranty period I visit 3 time for cercuit replacemant.

A wire used in inverter is chip and having bad quality.

So in a 1 year cercuit complately fail so I think it is not durable product.

This product has no indicator of low power notificayion light so I can not know when low power mode is on.

When I start 3 Fan of my room and hole inverter facing some problem like overloding.

I have very bad experience with this product.

Don't buy v guard products.My neighbours purchased v guard Fan and inverter.The inverter got complaint.its not working properly.when electrical problems arrived.it is informed to the shop because warranty period not expired.but they are not replaced the item .it's worth less product.

I'm writing this review because I've worked for V-Guard Inverter Venders. I'm B.Tech in ECE , also I've done Diploma in ECE . This is not a fake review or not written by Unskilled person . I'm skilled and well educated and know the reason why V-Guard is famous or why not too long ?

Technology used by V-Guard is super . In all inverters they are using SMD fabrication that makes them better than others. All products by V-Guard is good. The name of brand is enough because I saw all making process of V-Guard that is so good only in presence of top management . But at second end public is complainting for products. For this , only responsible is - Vender . In north region they have few venders of Inverters who have big infrastructure & also worked with big brands . Big brands is a source of marketing for them but v guard don't know the story behind it . They have worked for Big brands like True Power, Mahindra, USHA etc. even our of country clients but also these big brands have filed case on him .

Now for V-Guard some Venders like above are also working . They just complete their orders they want only quantity not quality . The cabinet of Inverter will be good looking but internal circuit will be rusted .

SMD's used in reverse directions, Componets missing, Soldering Balls, Different type of Transistors used for same Inverter, Unskilled employees at callibration end . These are the reasons for failure or complaint of V - Guard Inverters . Other wise V-Guard is so good brand . But venders of V-Guard will ruin them soon . Price, Performance and Material used everything is good except Venders .

If top level employee is present in venders end they are not able to produce 150 Inverters but if no top level employees of V-Guard is present there then they will produce 600-700 Inverters per day with same man power. This is the reason for failure of products .

Problem is that you will find same manufacturing sticker at North region and South Region . So its difficult to choose that which is manufactured by Best skilled V-Guard Employees In Kotchi and Which one is wrost - prepared by Unskilled employees in North region. V-Guard know all these reasons but they have limited Venders to work at cheap rates so they are just warning Venders . And venders know that they have to earn only money , the name and fame of V-Guard will loose they have nothing to loose.

V-Guard have highly paid employees . But V-Guard don't have any employee who have heart to complaint against Vender . Because if V-Guard is paying them 50, 000 Salary Per Month , at Vender End from Vender they will earn some extra money .

For V-Guard I'm suggesting please establish your own plant for every brand at All four regions and also make products in presence of top employees otherwise soon V-Guard will loose their name, Fame and Shares.

Three years ago I purchased this inverter at that time I really didn't have any Idea about inverters so I got it and started using it in just 6 month it started getting problem I made it twice but my money went in vain then I realised that I got the inverter that I should not have purchased then I changed my inverter company and since then it is working fine.

I purchased and installed it in the month of April 2018. it is working fine, worth for the money spend. However noticed the following:1) Inverter cooling fan starts very frequently and is noisy and 2) system shows alert "add water" even though water level is alright.

I want to say that my neighbours bought this inverter 2 months ago and according to them the inverter is quite expensive compared to its battery and it also take a whole lot of charging time and energy.

The electricity of past two months of my neighbours really rised above the roof.

I dont think that ut would be a wise choice to buy this inverter.

Either I would suggest u may invest some mlre money or giv it some time until any better inverter comes at the price.

Other than that its totally your choice to buy thks one .but I wont lie according to me its a waste of money.

2 month me 4 bar problem ab to charge hone k baad v backup ni deta .to inverter lene ka kya fayda.

Isse ghatiya product to hoga hi ni.

Mood kharb ho chuka hai.

Mai to isko 1 star v ni de rha.

Aur han complaint registered krao to 2 din spelling smjhane me lgta hai.hadd ho gya.

I had purchased v guard inverter before 1 and a half years ago. At first it was working fine and battery backup was also good for our daily use but as the time gone it's battery backup is decreasing day by day within the span of 5 months it's battery backup comes to nil. As it was in manufacturer warranty I decided to call the v guard customer support team, at first they told me that it was because we're not maintaining the inverter properly but I told them that we're maintaining it as per the instructions in manual then they told me that they will send a local v guard authorized technician into my address to look into the issue. I waited for 1 long week but no one called me or visited at my address then I called the v guard customer support team again but they didn't picked my call. I tried to call them several times but no response from their side. At last I bought a new inverter from another brand. This was my bad experience with v guard inverter and I will not recommend this to anyone. This is total waste of money. Also the customer support team is very bad and non responsive.

Hi everyone today I want to share my experience with this inverter.

I purchase this inverter for my cousin. friends first of four months inverter works very fine after 7th month inverter has issues like not charging properly and other issues, I contacted to customer care regarding that issue they told me a technician will contact you soon. we waited for 3 days nobody is contacted nothing. After that no response from customer care.so I decided to repair it from a local technician but no spare parts of that inverter is easily available in the market we have to struggle seven days for repairing that. inverter. So I suggest don't purchase this. inverter because no customer response

My father was purchased v guard inverter one year ago. I was working fine. But day by day its battery backup was decreasing. When we visit the electric store from where we was purchased it. They said they can do nothing about it. Call v guard customers care. I call them and tell about problem we was facing. They said we will send our technician and he will solve your problem but no one come to see. I call v guard customers service many times but they didn’t answer my calls. This inverter is fully waste of time and money. Don’t buy it.

According to V Guard they are giving a better service and product quality. But it is not sufficient . We had a V Guard inverter for our Refrigerator for the past one year. It was good at the first six months. Then suddenly it stopped working. But after a service, it worked again. They changed the battery but couldn't find the exact problem. It again stopped working. No way we could use that again. We just threw it and bought a new one. So kindly choose any other brand for Inverter.

Better to buy other brands. Only the name is there nothing else. Coustomer service is the worst part. Its been weeks since I registered a complaint. Still not resolved. Dont go by brand names. Go by coustomer reviews. With the same price better and smarter products are available like with mobile connectivity and so forth. Many of the V gaurd products I bought had issues like in one stabilizer one screw was moving around inside and in another one malfunctioned few months from purchase.

Hi guys I'm back, I was not reviewing for very long time because I had some personal issues and now I am back guys. And the above product is V Guard inverter. As we all know that v guard is an very popular brands in India but when it comes to inverter I suggest you all guys to go to microtek brand which is very less in price and and functions very nice though it is not too bad ok you can buy but when you want higher performance go with microtek. I would also suggest you guys to buy microtek battery for inverter. Which had very superb battery backup when compared to V Guard brand. But quality wise both the brands are good. In customer service V Guard is not properly attending their customers. So guys it's your decision to make the right choice.

Hii I am shobha rawat . I need to tell you about my v guard inverter . Somebody suggest me to buy this inverter but it is giving us alot of problem probably after charging normally for 3 hour it get heated too much . I have given complain to the customer service also but they didnt respond towards my complain fastly after a week they send an engineer but he was also not able to find the exact problem and started unquestioning us that did we have done something which is not suitable for this air cooler . It was so embarrassing that time I have decided to switch to some other air cooler because its repairing cost me too much
