We bought utl solar n after 3 years our battery isn't working anymore .after a lot Hassel there customer care responded but their service is really worst they said we will get new one as we still have our warranty card but engineer still hadn't submitted the report he got from our home .n kept saying it will take more 15 days but we know it will may take 30 days more .never ever gonna buy utl again. I m using a 10 KVA UTL invertor since 2016 but now since more than 2 mths it is not working and positive responsive received from their side.

On the direction of their mechanic A Card of Rs. 12390/- have been purchased but their so called engineers r not having adequate knowledge and on their every visit they diagnose a new problem and demands a new assessory of this invertor.

When v purchased this invertor d cost was near 1 lac and after spending a handsome amout v r suferring since last 2 months.

They r not having good managing team and not good items. Hence, as far as my experience v should not purchase d UTL items as their service is more than wrorst.

They r not having value of their customer. During d whole process I have made contact with lot of their representative but nobody have d authority to reply on satisfactory mode.

I will never purchase any item of UTL and me se recommends UTL items to my closure one.

Once UTL products are sold, the customer-care just does not respond. Limited service engineers, the spares are not available and the complaint remains pending for weeks and months. This is a story of all the products!

Hi friends,

Finally I bought this product in 1 year ago. I purchase this product from kalna rood near by inveter shop. This product purchase for my studies. But this Inviter at first give good survice and at last this product bad survice. Then this Inviter did not started 5 month ago. So then I read my books and electric goes out then the inviter is not continue . Survice did not good. Desine is not cleane.

So my friends did not purchase this product.

My dear friends today i shall share my experience with you about utl sun pack 1025 pure sine wave inverter. Friends i have purchased that inverter on 17 october 2018 at a price of 7500 rupees. But its current price is nearly 7000 rupees. But friends i was very disappointed after purchasing that inverter becouse it has not good features. It is of very bad quality. Its weight is 8 kg. and its volage is 220 ×220 . Its battery life is very low. It can not heavy loads. Its charging speed is very slow. Its durability is very less. It has only 1 year warranty. It is very expensive also. So friends i shall not recomend you to buy that inverter.

Today I tell you something about mai inverter which is utl sunpack 1025 pure inverter so as I am using this is poor quality product because it cannot take The Load of the my basic electrical device D2H suddenly it would be shutdown an interrupt me when I work and second thing in that have to changes water every week and its battery backup and charge durability is too low they have to improve it also and when I try to operate in hi device on this inverter it would be stopped immediately and do not work for a long time because in my area the electricity would be gone every time I have to use good inverter but this inverter is not a good quality inverter which is good for my usage so I have to go through another inverter which is Luminous Inverter I think so it was a good and bad according to my uses because it's Never Back Down on oil uses also and low used also and in this I don't have to change the water every week because in that inverter we don't have to take any tension for this so as well as my concern it also would be a inverter if they will improve it its quality definitely get the success as well as demand

Recently I bought utl sun ovk 1025 pure shine invertor but its not good as I think the main problem is that it overheated soon on overloaded.it can not resist the overload overall.afyer somtime it bachuo also decreased and not functions properly as like the new one.its total waste of money.so its personal advise to jot to bought this inverter because ita total lost of money.

Hi friends, I use utl sun pack 1025 pure sine wave Inverter. This Inverter makes many problems. When start the machine after few time it get very heat and suddenly shut down with overloaded sounds. Its battery backup is is very poor. I found Its problems is regularly , Its not a user friendly product. It's design is not good and its not easy to use. Overall this Inverter performance is very poor.my view of point its not a durable product. This Inverter service support is not prompt and reliable for me because they attend the service call after 48 hours.

Friends today I want to share my bad experience to all of you about Utl sun pack 1025. The Reability and durability of this product is not good. I am very disappointed with this product. I am facing many problems day by day in this product. The style and design of this product is nice but it's working is very bad. This is Nitin battery backup is very bad I am properly and happy with this inverter. I don't like this type of inverter I waste my money with it. Don't waste your valuable time and money with this product.

Hi friends recentally I purchase a utl sun pack 1025 pure sine wave inverter near about rs 70000 and it has 3 years warrenty and one year replacement gurantee the look is very good but the work is too bad in frist one and a half year it works well and gives sufficient light and after one and a half year it gives not sufficient light it gives only 3 hours light and after 3 hours it shows overloaded I use 6 led lamps only it has under warrenty and I called the customer care executive and raise this issue he told me that our representative will meet you in 36 hours and he rezolve the issue I am waiting for 7 days but no one reach at my home I called once again ti customer service and now a representative came at my home and do some thing with inverter and told me that now it work as normal and 10 days it works normal and get an issue again I called once again to customer care and raise the issue again and he tells me that the reapairment is once available and now you should to pay according to problem I do a lot of attempt to motivate the customer care but he dont give me positive response and I lost rs 70000 in a year it is my big mistake to buy this company product

Hello guys this is Sangharsh from Nagpur today I am going to talk about this inverter from utl sunpack 1025.

I have been using this in since 2 months and experience lots of problems in it let it get it heat up a lot also its battery backup is very less it can only give you up to 2 to 3 hours of battery backup talking about his style and design so it's very boring and old of kind its handiness is also poor because its functions are not that much understandable it makes it not user friendly at all so easily after the use of 2 to 3 months I found its performance decreases regularly service and support provided by company is also not satisfactory they couldn't reply my mail since 2 weeks and I am very much disappointed with this so I am just suggesting you all that spend some more money and go with the another branded and trusted product thank you

Hello friends,

I am currently using this inverter in my home for personal use and it’s really giving me such trouble.

The inverter is not much durable or user-friendly , Sometimes it’s disturbing me when I am doing my important work or using my PC. It takes a lot of time to get full charge and will provide only 70% of charging completed it will never go up. And I am getting very less back up because the battery cells are down.

Also it is not converting proper voltage because once the tryto my mobile charge in this inverter without connecting any other source in power cut, after half an hour charge my charger become so much of it and it burned inside.

also if I am not using for3 to 4 days the automatically charge will be consumed then I can use hardly one hour.

Seriously I’m facing sometimes a lot of issues nowadays but it was very good after buying around six months every some other name the problem will occur And I need to separately charge my battery from shop to pay Rs.50 extra or else I need to change their battery water which cost around Rs.30-Rs.50.

I will definitely not we command for this inverter to anyone.

Hi I am nagesh I am sharing my personal experience on Uti Sun Pack. I have been in this invarter purchased from last 4 months to go this invarter style and design was not good. and I am fed up of its low battery backup this invarter is not at all value of money and its full waste of money.and the most annoying problum which I told that already is the worked fine worked for 2 months its works nicely.and last two months its givinhg bad performence and this invarter service support was not good and its not using friendly and its durebility was not good and I am unhappy in this invarter because I am looking for anather looking for anather inverter thanks to sharing my experience on in this inverter

Utl sun pack 1025 pure sine wave inverter is not a good product. My uncle purchased it in last year. He always unhappy with this inverter. Their charging capacity is worst, it takes more time to charge battery than another inverter . If you buy it you are totally wasting your money

Company says their backup time is in 6 hours but it takes more than 8 hours. Their service is also not good, if you call to customer care it will take more time to complete his service.

Please guys don't waste your money .

Hi guys I am using this inverter from last month and I am very dissapointed with it.

It is not working well and we are contacting company but they are not respondind since one week.

This inverter is not user friendly.

It has very short durability.

It is not a handy inverter.

The style and design of this inverter is quite bad and it does not look well.

Service and support of this inverter is quite bad and I am very dissapointed with it because they are not responding since one week.

I recommend not to use this inverter and waste your money and time with this.
