I baught su-kam inverter one year ago but it is not working properly. I complained many times your executives comes twice they changed the card but still its not working. Even Today morning your company person repaired this but in afternoon again it is not working. I m tired of complaining. You should care about your customer.Please find a satisfying solution for my inverter

I have never seen this type of inverter and I had felt so regretful for myself for buying this inverter.

And wastage of money and the battery had damaged within one and half year even if I fill the water in regular intervals.

Total wastage of money and the customer service is very bad.

And also the battery backup is so low that it withstands for only one or one and half hour.!

I felt so sad of myself.!

Hello friends I would like to share my owraonal expiremce on su kam pure sine inverter which I orderd from amonzon and when I used this I found that the servuce of this inverter was very good and trustable. It will never disappoint me for anything. You can also try this ciz it was good as they say.

Durability was too much coz I cagrge my inverter in night and it stands with my till full day.

User friendly was also good for me its very friendly and never dissapointed me so you also have to try this

Hello friends! I am sharing my views on inverters that is Su Kam Pure Sine Wave. In most cities and areas peoples are facing the problem of electricity that in sometimes whole day electricity does not came. To get rid out of this problem we use inverters that can manage the power and if it is durable or long lasting it will be well. My friend used this Su Kam Pure Sine inverter and still facing the same problem of electricity. Battery of this inverter is not long lasting it only work 2-3 hours regularly. When he call the customer care they tell that it will work only like this. they are not user friendly and he decided to sell out this inverter.

Instead of investing in sucam solar inverter please help some poor with cash as it's like throwing money on street. I bought a 20Kwa unit(30 tubular batteries) and immediately suggested a friend to buy same capacity Inverter. And it has been a year and both of us have never received backup more than a small household single battery inverter.

Even the service engineers don't attend to complaints.

Had to change position of inverter on recommendation of their new engineer from the position where their installation engineer had placed the unit. Another 1 lakh waisted to save the previous wastage. Condition still remains same.

some time I think why did I bought SU-KAM Inverter. trust me guys it is a too bad product in inverter.

This inverter is also not good in battery backup. Its battery drains very fast. its battery works only 30-45 mins.

once my inverter has stopped working so I complained to customer care they told me we will return and will repair as soon as posible but they give me inverter back in after one month.

so I will not recommend to buy it.

Su-Kam Pure sine wave baatery is very low quality battery.In present we use this Su-Kam pure shine wave battery in our house. In starting time its run very good but after few days its discharge very soon.Su-Kam pure sine wave battery is very costly in price but in work Su-Kam pure sine wave battery is very cheap.

Why I purchased Sukam Sinewave inverter . I felt cheeted by way of the enterprise, severely . The inverter is so.bad . all the indexed postives of sinewave inverter as noted within the internet site are simply promises thats it, but in reality those functions are non -existent . one of the problems I certainly observed changed into an ammusing sounds from inverter . on every occasion whilst energy cut took place those sounds begin appearing, that's so irritating . after I contacted the customer service for help but the responce from their aspect is bad . They not even showed interest in my queries . The inverter is not user-friendly in any respect, but full of issues . From customer service to virtual inverter is complete waste . One involves inverter battery, it cant even run for 6-7 hours . Now i'm making plans to shop for a brand new a inverter from a reputed logo . due to sukam inverter, acidic type of patches regarded at the ground which makes my region very unsightly . I request all my friends, do not buy sukam inverter on your existence .

I purchase sukam pure sine wave on 12.02.2016.it has 3 years gurranty. but it has stopped working in the gurranty period. I complaint to the sukam service centre. they took it and said my inverter will returned to me in a week. but after three weeks gone they did not return my battery. I call the service centre but they did not give any response to me. whenever I call them they told me to came tomorrow but they did not return my inverter. I got my inverter back after 1 month. and still there is issue and lots of problem with it.

BATTERY BACKUP

This inverter is not good in battery backup it drains very fast, it lasts only for 30 mins and this inverter also takes time to charge.So I called customer care service and registered my complain, the technician came and repaired but still after some days the same problem started again.

USER FRIENDLY

It is user friendly because it's easy to use all the instructions are given on it so no one will face problem in using it.

So.as I told it's battery backup is not good so overall this inverter is not good and I won't recommend this inverter.

According to me SU-KAM products  should be a mark of trust.As I have brought It 8years ago   which was setupped on the stairs.it used to left it on stairs even in the rain but it never demanded maintenance and now still m using it comfortably.

I will tell you something about this machine which is a pure sine wave .

First of all what is a sine wave. Well this is a very common thing for all of us. A sinosuidal wave. But what does it mean in the inverter point of view? A http://www. That's horrific.

So in this case it refers to the nature of output. Weather it is a pure sine wave or a square wave device.

Benefit of sine wave upon square wave is that , sine wave machines produce a little bit of less sound than a square wave machine.no more difference.

When I first buy this product from our near by electric shop ( 2 years ago) the shopkeeper told me that this has that much of potential to run electric motor. But for my surprise it just can't. Motor even if doesn't start.

He also told me that this is capable of taking load of 4 fans at a time but sometimes it fails.

It's price is near about 18k with battery 2 years ago

The model is a average one. I am not blaming the company. The shopkeeper may give us wrong information.

Overall it is okey. Satisfactory one

This is my own experience about Su-Kam Pure Sine Wave Inverter, you will get the good quality, better electricity backup and durability with this inverter. all of the equipment of this Inverter is standard quality and it's easy to install and get better electricity backup and this is very user friendly inverter.

Power consumption and battery life: there is two major problem occur first is it's consume more electricity and its battery life is not very well. It's battery is okay in the early stages but after 1 year it does not make good backups.

overall Su-kam pure sine wave inverter is good inverter but best.
