Numeric Inverter

I have been using Numeric UPS for my PC for past 5 years and it has worked absolutely fine.It cost me around Rs 2000, which is a very fair price.

The power supply from UPS is smooth and doesn't trip when main line goes off. Smooth transition of power from main line to UPS.

Battery backup is commendable. They said it will be 15 minutes and it is exactly 15 minutes.They provided me a warranty of 3 years and anyways it never created any problem.

I have had a Numeric Inverter MPH1000 for about 3 years now. Over the last 6 months, its performance has been unsatisfactory. I tried to get the device serviced by Numeric itself. The first time they sent across a person, the service technician seemed to be very inexperienced. Post that service, the inverter stopped working altogether. After repeated calls to their customer care number, another person turned up and took away the inverter.

Despite repeated promises to deliver the repaired board, it has not been returned for over 3 weeks now. I am hoping that this situation would get resolved soon.
