Please customers don't buy any product from Luminous - they show as big brand, but they will make hell of ur life when it comes to service.
My product is Solar NXG 1400 inverter
Dear Luminous,
U guys are worst company in terms of service I never seen in my life time so far, am making this statement because u guys not able to solve a inverter problem from last 2months, where after buying ur product eventually not used the product for more than 2days.
I been following calling ur customer care, ur representatives, ur regional heads about my product, but no action found.
At least there is no facility/service taking feedback from customer is the problem is sloved or not.
Purchased my product on 9/6/19, installation done on 12/6/19
My first service request- 4007746219 rised on- 15/6/19.
Second request- 4007762363 raised on-18/6/19.
Third request- 4007866071 rised on- 3/7/19.
As my issue is not been sloved, I thought i give back to dealer from where I purchased and rise service request from his side,
Which is Fourth request- 4008012276 rised on -23/7/19.(still on pending as on today)
One of the biggest mistake I made choosing "Luminous", u guys proved that once sale is done - No value for customer, No value for ur own product, a complete failure.
Small start-up company are give better service now a days, please be shamed of it.
I can post all the executive person names with there phone nos, who are involved in this process and mails I wrote to care(which are not replyed).
None response at today...
