Never buy luminous battery as this is fake and waste battery. They sell old battery by just recharging old one with just new cover and new sticker date.

Very poor service support??, despite registering complaint 1 week is passed no one turn on to visit for attending the issue. Service person giving false commitment every now and then.

I would not suggest anyone to buy any luminous product.

I had very worst service experience with them. Without resolving my problem service team close my complaint. I registered my complaint with their service center 3 months before and no results.

Don’t buy there products they are cheating with peoples.

If there is negative ratings then I will give them lowest rating in that as well.

AVOID LUMINOUS.

Extremely poor service & rude behaviour. Their battery is leaking water and my family members fell on that and hurt. They are asking me to disconnect battery and bring yourself for testing. They are not giving any service. Wated money. Avoid!!!

My solar inverter is around a year old. So far we have had the service person visit once or twice when the inverter did not work. About a month back the solar power system wasn't working and the person who sold the Solar panels finally narrowed down the issue to the inverter. Since it is still in the warranty period, he asked for the inverter board to be replaced. We raised a complaint over 10 days ago and received a message that the ticket has been assigned to one Mr. Mahesh(the same person who visited earlier and said there was no issue with the inverter). No one has visited us yet and Mr. Mahesh cuts our call when we try to call him.

We r from ahmedabad.

Bought luminous inverter system 7 maths back. Facing serious problems in functions. Company person mitesh ( 963858xxxx) and technician r giving false committments and delaying services. It has been more than 80 hrs and our problem has not been solved.

They say it's holiday and we have only one person in Ahmedabad and he can come only tom.

Pl think twice before buying this product.

Committments of service r not solved by company team.

I am talking about luminous skati charge inverter and it is really superb . In all inverter there is top class inverter that is luminous because in my home there is a lot problem of electricity and if light goes the inverter will start work . I would totally recommend this product to everyone as they consume less electricity so the bill also come in less. My family really like this produuct very much .it is excellent product with its durability and excellent performance and it is a must buy product . Because it is totally depends on our need . It is also a user friendly product ?? .

The kind of company that does mass hiring without doing proper checks on qualifications of people. I had a person from Luminous install Solar panels for my inverter, even I as a customer know for a fact Solar panels should be installed from North to South direction and at 13 angle for Southern states in India, But the person who installed the panels placed the panels from East to West and god knows what angle it is in. next he screws up the voltage requirements. Says 3X330W panels enough to power the Luminous Optimus 3800+ but my Optimus doesn't detect solar voltage coz not enough voltage generated. Now he expects me to buy additional panels to make it work. which BTW is extremely pricey. Fxx off Manikandan and Every Shxx Cxxx in Luminous Chennai who are fxxxxx irresponsible and has no clue on how to solve issues. bloody hell hope entire Luminous Chennai gets disbanded coz of incompetent shxx working in Chennai branch. Dxxxhxxxx

My LUMINOUS battery have more warranty 5 Months left and i have warranty card also and facing this issue last 2 years but still no response, now LUMINOUS deny to replace this battery and I have raised complaint on call by an EMAILbut no response Luminous denyed will not replace this product not where should I raised my complaint

I am very disappointed with LUMINOUSi will recommend my friend circle do not buy luminous product boycott very Disgusting

I had zelio 1100 with a 150ah tubular battery for over a year which promised 700w max. it couldn't handle even a 450w load. Bought 1560 eco neo(which promises 1100watts) for my gaming pc which runs max at 650w same issue overloads it. I think their peak wattage rating is 50 percent of what they advertize
