Exide EX650 650 VA Sine Wave UPS Inverter

Hello friends I bought this Inverter before 1.4 years but I am not satisfied with this inverter.the first thing is that this inverter have very low battery backup as initially four months the battery backup is around 7-8 hr but then slowly slowly decrease the capacity of battery now that time after doing full charge the battery is only working 3-4 hours.and it is only for small family not for complete home at a time from this inverter only 2-3 connection are working properly.

its not a durable product and from last 1.4 year I also repair it one time also not very user friendly I am not suggesting anyone because that time in market there are so many better options are available.

I have purchased  battery at a cost of 12500/-. After a period of 9 months the connector knob of the battery got melted and on complaint to the dealer the battery knob was repaired and resupplied to me. But after a period of six month the battery was not taking load even though all other factors were ok. Hence again the complain was raised through the dealer and the dealer has sent the battery for repair.

But as I am not at all satisfied with the manufacturing/quality of the battery since my purchase I am persuading the dealer M/s sharma Electrical to replace my battery with a new one. But with out success. Hence I request your good self to go through the matter and replace the battery with a new one.So that I will not have to be harassed repeatedly as usual.

Exide EX650 650 va Sine Wave UPS Inverter is a very good inverter for medium family. I have purchased it 3 months ago. its battery back up is very good.

It is easy to fit and easy to use. it is a digital inverter which shows various details like. battery charging, back up on/off, water level low.etc.

I am belong to area where electricity is a common problem, I sufferd a lot but before my exam my parents purchased this .and I have completed my study. thanks to exide inverter .i dont have face any electricty problem. I would suggest to have it and enjoy.

I am using this exide 650 VA sinewave inverter with UPS from the last one year and want to say that as of now I am completely satisfied with its performance.

The best two things I like in this inverter is its sleek design and its robustness. As of now I never get a need to call for service so no idea about its services, however as per shopkeeper’s comments its really good and they attend the calls within 24 hours and provide stand-by solution if it takes time to resolve the problem.

It becomes little bit noisy during power down. And it takes around 1 second time to pass the electricity as soon as it restored.

As per today’s experience I must say that its worthy to buy this inverter.
