Exide 850VA pure sine wave Pure Sine Wave Inverter

I have been using Exide inverter since 2 years. This inverter is so bad in power supply. it takes too much heat and burn itself then a high amount pay on it and repair it. This is the worst inverter I have seen ever. When I bought it then 3-4 week it works perfectly but after 4-5 months this inverter heat to much and burn fuse and I have change the fuse 5-6 times in a day. This inverter also consume a lot of power and give us a poor power supply and sometimes it takes too much load a creat a loud voice. In my opinion, no-one should buy this inverter. This inverter give us 5 or 6 hour power supply when we full charge this inverter. This inverter spoil my 2 batteries and sometimes it automatically turn off. This EXIDE inverter is so costly and this inverter required a high maintenance. A middle man shoul not buy this because he couldn't maintenance this. After all this, if you want to buy this so please buy some other EXIDE inverter but not this one. I think my opinion helps you to take tight decision.All the best.Thank you !

This Exide products is always a good at these customer service are also good I am using this Exide inverter at my home and give me full backup I am using last 3 years and manufacturing warranty is also one year and customer service on house service. This product give to backup 324 hours after of power supply style and design is also good have difference button to on off and automatically light cut than power supply all and light on then automatically start charging battery. And have a small size we can Palace anywhere distance from child. Exide customer service is very good and instantly your problem solve it's my self experience with Exide inverter

Hi!

Exide 850VA is money waste. It comes with 2 years warranty and the only reason I bought this because I was using Exide battery in my car and I didn't had any issues with it after 3 years of use. I thought brand carries but that was not the case when I bought this inverter.

#1. User Friendly: It's not user friendly. You have an Voltage HZ display and a bulb that tells you that it's not in use or in use by glowing Red or Green. Other than this there's no other function that you can use to understand. There's a tripping button with which you can trip the inverter ON or OFF. Battery now a days are maintenance free but the once that dealer gave was not maintenance free so you've have to check the water level on your own. Another big issue with this inverter is that it takes very long to charge the battery, it takes 10 hours to get charged again to give to 3 hours back-up.

#2. Durability: It's not durable it gets heated fast and it won't last longer because if you're living in an area where power cut are usual then your invert need some part replacement before 2 year also.

#3. Handy: It's not handy and you have to make sure that you give it the space it deserve. It is around 10 KG metal box and gets heated. So it has to be in a place safe and well ventilated.

#4. Style & Design: It's a metal box and honestly it doesn't look stylish or designed to look attractive. It look almost like a voltage stabilizer.

#5. Service & Support: Exide has poor service base. These guys doesn't take their phone and once they take doesn't sound professional at all. You've to call them and they miss the committed service date. They often come without the parts that they need to fix in inverter. So they'll take your inverter and bring it back after doing whatever they had to do. All these issues escalates only after 2 year when your warranty is gone. So it's not a durable inverter.

We are using this inverter from last three years. No complaints about this product. I suggested to you this inverter. It indicates the charging and discharging with led light but It doesn't indicate when main power off or on. Now a days some inverters give the main power off and on indication through a buzzer sound.I give five star for service from exide inverters. If you have any complaints you just call exide customer care. They send engineer to your house for repairing. And best inverter below 8000rs

I am living in the village there are one of the most problem is falls in the power because of the Bharniyaman is applied in the villages that during the particular time regional electricity office cuts the supply of current for saving the electricity.

So we decided to purchase a inverter with budget valve which will provide greater power efficiency.

I have purchased a Exide 850VA inverter which works on the Voltage 180V-260V+-5V x 220V+-7V(AC) and it operated on 50HZ frequency. The weight of this inverter is 8.5Kg which was quite heavy but no problem all the inverters are in the same range of the weight. Well I truly liked this Exide pure sine wave inverter. It has almost no sound from any of the device forget the cooling fan olny the sound of the cooling fan is coming from this inverter. One time the power was remain cut in my village for five days because of wither problem so battery was fully empty. When power comes there was a charging issue with the battery so we called the technician he to the battery has to charge fully first. The inverter also having a digital display which was a nice part we can see the load in the percentage so we can decide to according to save the battery power by switching off unnecessary equipments.

is working without problem. Its very user friendly.

Hii, In my home we have been using this Exide inverter for more than 3 years. There will be shut down in our area once or twice in a month. At that time this inverter helps us a lot. By this Exide inverter battery we handle 2 tube light, 2 fans, 3 Led bulbs. even though we can watch TV. But the way we can hold this battery for long life use this battery charge as little as possible according to the usage. it has backup options also. very handy and design looks good.

I bought this inverter for my home in village as we were facing frequent power cuts during night specially in summer.I paid Rs.7999 for this at Sanket India store.The digital indicate display all the important information like load, battery percentage and expected hours to back up.The size is also compact which can be easily fixed behind your Door or below you bed.It comes with two years warranty so you need to worry about next 24 months.What more you need at Rs.8000?

I bought it last year.

When it was installed in my home I didn't know when there is a power outage.

Inverter will turn on automatically without turning off home appliances like TV.

I haven't noticed much change in my electric bill.

I loved it.

Then I noticed that the battery of the inverter it getting too hot.

Then I called the customer care.

They responded to my call quickly and came to my home and checked the warranty card and took battery with them.

After a week they came back with a new battery and installed it.

Now its running so smooth like before I am so satisfied.

We all require electricity for 24hrs as now a day we all have to much work load and generally professionals have work in their PC or laptop so for charged it for 24 hrs we need electricity and it is not possible without bettery backup at home.

Exide 850 VA pure sine wave inverter is good quality product by exide. It works about 3years in my house.

Ease to use , simple for use after connection koi problem nahin .Looks like a better , simple in design , light weight. Cleaning simple no chance for shock.

Inverter ups works good computer works regularly after power cut. Low and high voltage maintain automatic smothly . It is useful for small home , shops, office. Kabhi koi problem nhi so no comment on his service center.

My horrible experience with this company.

I purchased a battery from this company, noticed on the second day of purchase that the UPs was not getting charged by this battery.  I was told by the company that I purchased it that in the warranty period web will get free service or replacement.

I called to the company and told them about the purchase and defect. Every time I spoke about the details I was transferred to another person and I had to repeat all the details to that person after being transferred eleven times. One person took my details and told they will send a mechanic to check the battery. One week no person turned up. I called again and same changes over to almost twelve people and then promised that they would send their person.

I had to follow-up again on a daily basis for 4 days then finally one day a mechanic came and told there was a issue with the battery. He promised he would send a person to take it to their lab and repair and send it. After followup daily after a week they took the battery. I had to follow four weeks to get back the battery. However, it was still in the same condition. After 3 months and daily follow-up finally I got a replacement. It was stressful everyday follow-up and being transferred to many people no one wanting to take ownership.

This is a good inverter , I have purchased it 7 year ago and now to its performance is as usual as it was in starting and , I have changed batteries many times but I did not need to change the inverter , this inverter can charge big batteries too , it has led lights to indicate about different activities which occur in inverter. During its functioning no any noice is created , and not much heat raises after running for 10 or 12 hour continously.

I have purchased this inverter 5 year ago , and today too it is fuctioning very well , no any problem arises till now , it function as smoothly as it was on starting .

Its battery charging speed is too good . It's looking and functioning is too good, it didn't produce any noice during charging the battery.

Service provided by company is also too good, it can charge a heavy battery without any problem. It do not take much space .

As it has led which tells us about different activities .

Purchased sinewave 850 v inverter few days back. its really a nice inverter with led to guide you about various parameters. It can also be used as a ups if you have computer at your home.

Exide sine wave 850 va using for last 4 years and no problem till now .

Happy with the inverter and the backup getting

I am getting a backup of 14 to 20hr with average usage with 150AH C10  battery  , not exactly same backup every time because of different usage every time.

Best part of this is it has an absolute nice feature of charging the battery at different speeds as slow, med, fast also button for ups mode and non ups mode

Another unique feature is two output slot of 3 pin socket.
