Beetel Savior 700 UPS

USED IT FOR 14 YEARS SINCE 2011 AND TODAY IT IS NOT TURNING ON .THIS THING WAS SO MUCH RELIABLE EVEN WHEN THE POWER WENT OUT I CHARGED MY DEVICES WITH IT HELPED WITH THE PC FOREVER EVEN THE PC GAVE UP BEFORE IT.ABSOLUTELY GOOD LITERALLY A SAVIOUR.

Hello friends,

I am not a new user , I am using this inverter for my house from last 7 months. This is useful for me as there is power cut in my area which is very irritating problem for me. This inverter is easy to use as it is automatic and starts automatically whenever there is power cut.

But this is not a durable inverter as I got it repair from the market for e times.

Beetel is not a famous and good brand now days. Very amount of people take beetel electronics. Once I had also brought beetle savior 700 ups for home. It takes very much long time to charge and only one fan on slow speed or dim light can be run on this ups. This is nearly wastage of money instead of this buy good branded ups with more money which will be beneficial. The durability of the ups is very much low. Its take very much time for charging because of which sometimes it is not charged if the light goes frequently in a day very much.

I bought a Beetal Savior 700 UPS. The UPS is very slow when it comes to charging. This brand was not successful. Beetal brand is famous only for electronics items such as wofer or computer speakers only as my side. The light glow of tubes are dim. The power supply to light has certain problems. They dont have customer care service even in the city. Donot buy this and lost your peace of mind for such a irritable product.

This brand ups was not success.beetel brand is famous for woofers or speakers only as my side.

I have also buy woofers of beetel brand. The sound was fantastic and bass also excellent.

But the ups or other products of this brand is not good.

The battery backup is not so good as your expectation.

In very short time overloading condition happened.

So as for my suggestion this was not good so you buy other brand ups for good purpuse.

If you buy this brand of any product than you buy woofers or speakers.

Frustrated  with regular load shedding at my parents place I bought a Beetel Saviour 700 UPS.

The UPS is very slow when it comes to charging. The back is also not good. You turn on a fan & tube light & UPS starts draining quickly.

The fan doesn't take up speed, lights are very dim, though I bought it for for helping my parents but now it has turned to be a disaster.

I don't care about the warranty since the warranty wont enhance the made quality, I strongly suggest to stay away from this UPS.

One year ago I purchased Beetel savior 700 UPS to connect and power on two tube lights during power cuts. But it's an insane to use this ups. Because the light glow of tubes are dim. Also the power supply to light has certain problems I guess because it's glows and dim always.

Moreover it gets easily discharged and takes more time for charging. Also it dint last more than 2 months, my goodness that it had warranty period. Please don't choose this product.

I am in the industry for over 10 years now. I have been patronizing other reliable brands and am pretty satisfied with the quality of the product and the service. A couple of months ago I bought a Beetel Savior UPS. It blew out in two months. I called the customer service and no body bothered to respond. They have a pathetic customer service. They do not have customer service even in a city like Bangalore. Nobody responds. I am compelled to escalate this issue for arbitration. The product is substandard and is a cheap Chinese import. Do not buy this and lose your peace of mind.

One wonders why Bharti is in this line of business if they cannot assure quality of service.  The servicing is outsourced to a third party the infamous Onida which is least known to provide good customer service.

Even after a month there is no solution to this problems.  I receive calls from third parties and no one from Beetel has bothered to respond. The initial complaint raised was closed as resolved and then I had to raise another complaint.  The excuse provided by the service personnel is that they are unable to locate the address.  This is bull crap. When a person from the same service center had first visited the place how come they are unable to locate the address now.

There is no accountability. The moral of the story is to avoid Beetel products

It is another month and yet there is no reply from anyone from Beetel other than mere empty promises. I will settle this issue in a consumer court. It is not the 1000 rupees that I spent but the attitude of this company that is most irritating. How can they fool the consumers like this and for how long.
