My experience with internet service of "youbroadband" is very bad, internet service is bad and refund process is also not good, very disappointed
I have already received the receipt or even submitted it but still haven't received my refund or credit days with internet service is still showing active which I have already disconnected on 24th October
Here is my username'hp101ar' I am using it since last 2 years! Or I get disconnect once in a week!

Their quality of connectivity very poor. Internet connection disconnect problem due to maintenance activity 2 - 3 time in week. Technicians are unprofessional. Only sells team very skilled which makes customers fool genuinely.
They don't refund my deposit even after 2 years. I had makd calls for two months for my deposit refund .So don't expect deposit refund once you have paid them.
For past few days their internet service has deteriorated a lot. Our area is shown under maintenance most of time. Technicians come to attend without yielding any positive results. I have made up my mind to switch to another service provider.

The service of you broadband.. All are fraud.. There is a girl named zalak, she makes fool by saying all good things before a customer takes the subscription. Once taken, she never responds, won't even pick up calls. If you take 100 Mbps plan, finally you get just 40 Mbps speed. The complete company is fraud. They never respond to customer complaints. Never ever take this
Customer care is just for name sake, they don't escalate issues. Assigned engineers don't respond. It takes weeks to resolve and again the story repeats after couple of weeks.
You Broadband has the worst service in Baner Pune area. I had 2 connections, of which I cancelled 1 last year and another one recently. Their internet would go down abruptly, and the support app is a joke. It merely creates a complaint without ANY followup. They also created a whatsapp group which is also equally ignored and unresponsive. After 2 weeks of continuous outage I am finally moving to another provider.
Don't use them, there are much better providers at same cost range with much better service.
It has been observed that since last 2 days, I have used internet around 6 to 8 hours. As per them their agregation box is working on societys electricity, when there is no power in society common area, their service is down. They dont have capacity to install atleast one battery for backup. Now its high time to change service provider. Also they are resolving complaints without any resolution.

Waste of money, waste of time.
There is an outage almost every day which may last between 2-7 hours. For a while we were told the fault was in our home system and they got us to purchase new routers and wires. None of that has worked. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
They have eaten my money very bad these people are waste they should be baned still I didnt received my money please dont subsribe to this service provider I am telling you all again DON'T SUBSCRIBE

Been using for 2 years and quality of service is gone down to levels of non existent. Coaxial wire got cut off from another building on 6 February 2024. Today is the 12 February 2024. Customer care executive will keep giving false hopes of resolution of problem by saying, complaint is escalated but there is no response from the technical team. Service engineer refuses to attend the call.
Not recommended unless you can stay for more than a week without internet connection.
I had bought a 5g subscription 150 Mbps and Max to Max I got 40 Mbps. What the hell is this bullshit.
Very worst service and calls are not getting response. Any other connections are much better than your broadband connection. Calling for complete is not responding so please avoid you broadband connection.Single rating is also a waste
Internet was not working and i have been trying to call them call is not able to connect..app not working..their whatsapp support is not responding..other service providers like jio are best option..you can see in screenshot no one was answering.
There is no internet in my network have contacted them and they told me they soon will be doing something about it it's been 2 days neither they contacting or resolving also they are not picking the phone up please do something I have recharged for 3 years package and now I am regretting that decision
Mene 50 mbps ka plan kiya he aur aaj 23/10/23 he aaj tak muje 20 mbps ka speed mil raha he, customer care also very disappointed me afte i talk to them, and no resolution till now very bad and experience with this bhull s$£€ company, don’t waste your time with this bull$£€t company, one of the worst company
