I buyed Jiofi in March 2020 form a jio store in my vicinity that is kolhapur, according to my views

"Every coin has two sides "

Lets just see the both sides today and later judge this product according to it.

??The Positive side

1. The size is comparably small. than other routers .

   
   




2. Product is portable making it easy to carry anywhere you want

   
   




3. It has got a good battery backup which makes it travel reliable .

   
   




4. It has been a cost efficient source of getting internet with some really cheap internet schmes.

   
   

??The Negative side

1. Jio internet speed is comparatively less in many cities in India.

   
   




2. Sometimes many of the customer get about 0.8 to 1 Mbps of internet speed which is slow in this fast world.

   
   




3. One should only buy it if you have a good range or signal in ur areas

Net speed is merely .7 to 0.8 mbps with single device connected, Never buy waste of money

Please do not buy this. you will be soo frustrated after a week or 2.

You will call them up and ask for help and they will have one standard reply that "sir, we are working on this issue and this will be fixed in next 14 working days" like wtf! IT'S BEEN A YEARRR FOR CRYING OUT LOUD

Okay this all started after a week! till then I got speed up to 2-3 mbps# rarely. After a week I noticed that the speed has been reduced to 1 Mbps and after a week again decreased to 200kbs!

I am soo sure that I'll have to press f5 and reload this page to see if the review has been posted, that's the kind of service you will get after taking a non-returnable and non-refundable subscription of JIO4G dongle for a year! thank you jio for your disgraceful services! no wonder you one of the richest in the world! you just promise data and don't let us use the data! it! I wish you get stuck with your own jio dongle for a year and feel the misery that your customers experience! Fk You:)

If I could use a metaphor for your network then I'd say Japanese porn! lmao

I hope you lose at least a 100 customers after this review! I'd wish a 100 thousand but SCREW IT! you keep this up and you'll be the next Docomo XD

Hello I have purchased it 2 yrs before. Initially the router or Speed of Jio was very good. But as days goes on the monopoly started by Jio. We agree to pay but speed should be genuine. With 4G sim if we get 2G speed then how we can tolerate. Now my jiofy is not working. In my home I have 3 Sims of Jio and all r recharged for 1 years. Now what can I do.... nothing. Simple funda he jio ka, competition khatam kato nd market me monopoly karo.... waste either Jiofy or Jio....

JioFi is a worst device to get internet. It is disconnected frequently.

Also get discharged very fast. I am get frustrated with the services of reliance jio.

Few months ago I have purchase this product and till now the network speed is Awesome. It little cost from starting time but we can get perfect speed network using this jiofi.

Reliance Jiofi is good because everywhere you can get jio network now all over india.

I able to connect 6 device ( 4 mobile, 1 tab, 1 laptop) and it's working fine. Battery capacity is higher in this device.

It very compact to carry. And it, s design is very nice.

Easy to insert the sim card and micro so. Coverage is good. Appearance also nice fitting the pocket

When Jio launched their Jio sim and Jio portable device I was the first person who brought this and this is very comfortable to carry.

You can connect multiple devices at single wifi devices and internet speed is pretty good.

Best in class, compact and the best part of it is best battery backup compared to its peers. Its economical as well.

You can even connect it to PC, Laptops also which don't have in-built Wi-Fi, via USB cable.

Jio wifi dongle was best earlier but it has failed now. When downloading it comes out saying network error. I thing I need to search a new network connec6.

When we took a lg smart tv and from that we got a free jifi dongle and from that we was using our tv without setup box in our house and day by day when we use it the network used to get empty by seeing only one movie what is the problem that I msaying is the network speedb ised to be strong and it should be 1 mb per second and when we connect the jifi to tv the network used to go fast and it should get empty fast by seeing one movie it was the plane of 699 daily 2gb per day what the problem is that were the net is going by seeing one movie say this problem to jio team

It has a good Internet speed. But it take some time to switch on. The charging system is good. Better if you have a mobile phone with no 4G.we can connect many devices at same time. The connection will be get to almost a 50 meter range.

We shifted from other service provider to Jio thinking that the performance would be better. In our opinion, if we have to rate it will be -1/10

The proof of the speed is being attached.

The customer care number does not respond. Even the mails are not attended.

I want to tell you that I am using this from 2 years and I found it very useful and easy to connect . It gives me a fast network speed and also this is not too costly . At last I prefer you to buy it as it is very good product from Reliance .

The network speed is worst. You get 2G speeds (below 200 kbps) on a LTE connection. This one is post paid corporate plan....

3. speed is based on the tower near your location only. if the users are highly using internet near your location you will get low speed. so do not worry about t and study it well before you use

   
   




4. we can keep it in our pocket and carry anywhere.

   
   




5. for jio users I will recommend this because by using this we can connect to more devices and by connecting wifi mobile will use low battery than data on.

Dongle quality is very poor and the network is the worst. Absolute waste product, No network connectivity and wherever there is signal the speed feel like 2g

When I try to work always net work issue, net off or low speed suddenly off. am facing so many issues. when I try to reach Jio customer care that time also those people can't response properly

Im thoroughly disappointed by support service of jio

Wi fi . Its been 2 days that there is no wi fi at my place and inspite of calling customer care n number of times , there has been no visit by any engineer what so ever . Even the guy who came to install it at my place is not picking up may calls . For the past 2 days , they have not been able to resolve my issue and keep giving me 2 hours deadlines . I feel mentally harassed and so helpless . There is no one at a senior level whom i can approach . Even the mail i have written has got no reply . The state of affairs is pathetic and terrible .
