Reliance Dongle

I brought this dongle from the merchant shop from 2200 rupees, but I think I had wasted my 2200 bucks on this poor product , I am using this on my laptop, network is not good sometimes I had to try 1 hrs for network the to catch , cost to data plans are also very high at that time, currently they are gone down , now the internet mobile plans are become so cheap so my dongle is just like a showpice in the box, I think I had made a little hurry to purchase it, I cannot sell this because no one is intersted it .

I buy the reliance dongle near 2011 of fifteen hundred rupees only. The colour of this dongle was red and black mix and it was without sim card. This dongle comes into a small box which has three things one was data chord of black colour, next is dongle and a small CD called floppy disk. Firstly you install zialog software then you connect and disconnect the internet through it. At that time the speed was very bad even of unlimited pack. The unlimited pack cost was seven hundred one at that time. At that time online recharge facility was not available and a lot of tension goes around for the recharge of this dongle. I suggest please think twice before buying this dongal.

The reliance tellecommunication is totally flope company neither voice nor internet are working well and today I will share my personal experience with reliance dongle company promises to give u 300mb /s speed when I take a dongle wortb rs 1200 few days the speed is well after some days it its speex is decresaed dsy by day and speed reaches to 10 mb /s a d after tbat I contact the customer care executive and raise this issue he tells me something else I dont undsrstand what he wants to tell me over all the reliace dongle is fake and company tell us something and do something take care

INTERNET SPEED tgis dongle speed is so slow and when you play the online video so the video doesnot play properly.

CONECTION this internet connection is so slow in the all dongles of the company.

SURVICE AND SUPPORT this product survice is so slow and very worst if we compare it then other company so we can se all the company are best then it.

I purchased this dongle and returned it back in less then 3 months. I had gotten it for Rs.799. I began utilizing it by introducing its drivers. Hi all, I was using reliance dongle few months days back and I must say that internet speed is too slow in that dongle. one of my friend had recommended me this and I purchased. Initially, the dongle used to work properly and strong internet used to come.but as days went, the internet speed of the dongle became very slow. It was very difficult for me to work. sometimes, during night, the speed of the internet would be slightly good but during day time, the network was horrible. I complained to service center person, but dint get much support. then I changed the network provider after few days.

This is a review about dongle of network provider reliance.Recently, we have seen ambani s group giving free internet 4g and distributing jio for free.

Dongle is nothing but device which gives wifi but not more than 5 connected devices.

I have been experiencing very slow networking speed and I can't download even some megabytes of data.Only 1 advantage is this is not too costly, it can be bought by everyone.But the connection speed , ie it is not giving even the 3g speed.

I don't know whether jio is giving 4g good service or not, the dongle I am using is not all giving good download speeds and connectivity.

Reliance is a big name which was run by dhirubhai ambani and now is child anil and mukesh ambani of dhirubhai ambani are the follower of reliance and they take reliance top place in terms of money earning in first position.

Reliance company has not having 3 g speed network and they are making 4 g network speed network.

Reliance dongle is a wifi dongle in which minimum 5 pepole can join in one network they can use surfing and downloading the price of a dongle wifi of reliance is less but the speed is also less.

I was using reliance dongle few months back, network connection was decent enough to connect but the customer service was poor as I had lost my dongle and could not get it back I had requested the reliance customer service people to cancel my connection as it was a postpaid dongle but they never disconnected it, they go on giving me bills I requested several times but no response really bad service, they took 3 months to cancel my connection really very pathetic

I have been using reliance dongle for some time now but I didn't had a good time as well as experience with it so I switched to some other service ie internet provider.The network of this dongle is not that good in some areas it is ok but in some it is the worst. The speed is also not constent and when every I change my location the network the goes away.When I called the customer care support they said that the issue will be solved but it was not to be.The price also was to expensive for my liking and when I compared it with other dongle providers it a\was comparatively high.SO I would suggest not to go for this dongle as there are many good other dongles available.So please dont go for this dongle at all.

Greetings, Just the way we greet each other in the initial period of a communication, the smae way relaince modem worked for me. For only specific and lil bit time it worked Good. and then Pathetic, just like I am on my 2g Speed. I have been talking to cc and what they told me is a system generated message, that they are upgrading the service and that's why I am having difficulties. Really pathetic and I don't recommend it at al. however, some people can see the difference area wise as I conversed with people they had different words. Thank you!

Had recently updated to reliance 4g dongle from Wipod under which I had truly unlimited plan. With new reliance 4g, company seems to have provided a cap for download which is 25gb for previously 1499/- truly unlimited plan.

What that means? If you upgrade reliance Wipod under which you had truly unlimited plan of 1499/- then after upgrade you will have a 25gb cap after its utilization speed will drop to 2g.

Benefits:

Awesome speed

Good coverage

Is portable

Cons:

No information around capping

No truly unlimited 4g plan

I have been using Reliance 3g Dongle for the last one year with Rs 255 recharge.

It is providing good speed but this time it is very slow Videos are not properly streaming and even regular sites take much time to open.

I have many times faced many problems but its works fine for now on and i'm using this since 2012.i have a good experience with this product.No doubt reliance is a renowned  company and providing service since a long.

I used reliance dongle for 6 months. And it was feeling like a decade. I bought dongle in 1500 reps from reliance showroom and take postpaid connection at 500 rupees monthly.

They told me on my plan I can get 3.1 Mbps speed .wowww sounds wonderful. then I take it home and start using it.

Then it starts showing me its real colour .opening a web page taking a year and download was howsomever .10 to 20 kbps, yes Kbps. I called customer care and they told me some time server faced the problem that will be fine soon. Wth that hope I spend my days, and days became month. May be you thinking why I used this thing for 6 month. So here the reason.

I was using postpaid .they sent every month my bill .after one month I told them I want to deactivate my account, but they were not doing that and keep sending me bill.and from 3rd month I stopped giving bill and after one month my connection was closed but the bill kept coming after 6 months they send me a bill and notice that if I did not pay me all bill they will take legal action. I did not payed attention, and after that, the threat call start coming from them and they said they will sent police. After that I did not take a risk about my future I paid my due money, that the story folks.

I was using this product for 1 year from march 2014 to march 2015 .

And my experience was poor but I had some good experience too for first 6th months speed of isp connection went  till 900kbps maximum and after 6 months maximum connection speed was merely till 400kbps and connection reliabilty was very poor for first quater an after that it was very poor.

It disconnected in every 5 minutes but at that time 3g was a newcommer  when I used to conect to company instead of talking with me like a formal person they talked informally which I hate.

After suffering from poor service for 1 year now I am now using airtel WiFi in which I am experiencing same problem now I am planning to use Reliance Jio of which I had received many positive reviews.

Reliance dongle it superb quality product . am think its nice product because in this dongle we can put more companies sim of gsm like idea, airtel, vodaphone, reliance, bsnl . we can use many sim provider facility on his different prizes . am very well know in rural areas reliance network not work properly right but its work correctly in city areas. and if reliance sim network not work proper so you can use another company sim with this dongle and use this product very good services. like you can put airtel and idea sim so you can get better service by this product . it really very good product more than city areas it work very nice and so useful internet services we can get our home areas. if we recharge 3g then we can get better services by this product and really its good product for more than areas . so more than people you can see reliance dongle because reliance services very nice it give so more beficial internet offer like 10 gb 3g data on 93 rs 131 rs 54 rs and 359 rs and many other offer prize you can check it by*129# and find your beneficial offer and use very nice services with reliance 3g dongle and am use this product before 5 year. so am support for this product and suggest for you purchase it and get better service other than product it really very nice services provides you but you can choose beneficial offer data pack in 3g and get better faster services and you can really believ that it such very nice product . please use it if you not know some more about this product . if you briefly read my review so you can know how can type this product is best for you.

I brought this product few days ago my nearest shoppe .In selling time he told me it is 3g and WiFi supported dongle.It is 3g and WiFi supported sure but not work that type.It 3g speed not reached in mb all time it is in KB .I complain the retailer shhope.He told me it is your 3g net problem.It was 3g aircel net plane .Same aircel sim I used in another dongle but there speed in 3g and speed provided in mb.I complain the reliance  dongle service center but they do not solve my problem .

They told me your dongle is running means it is OK. Another problem is it in connection problem.It is not reliable at all.It was all network supported dongle but not at all.It network selection process is very critical.No one understand easily and network signal is very poor.After 2-3 minute interval it would be disconnected .when you try to connect again it is long process.I fill very hangry that time.

It was also WiFi supported but not catch good signal and WiFi speed is very poor. You can not open any page in the WiFi signal.

It is provide very bad service, like, WiFi, simcard, exaternal data card etc.No any one service provide well.

So I recommend to all not to buy this product.

Last year I bought this product @ 1799 from a local retailer. They say that this Dongle Support all types of Operator and thats the reason I bought it. For the First month I Used Aircel Simcard and it was going pretty well just like it promise. After that I used Reliance Simcard and it was working fine. But now I tried with other simcard it always show connection failed. I tried many things to let it connect but still failed. I rewrite the APN also still it is not connecting.

But when I try again with reliance Simcard it works Fine. I was so shock at that time because it does not support other simcard. I have tried with all other simcard but on all simcard it shows connection failed. And there I know that reliance Dongle Works only For Reliance Simcard.

The Speed they show is 7.2MBPS but I hardly get 1mbps even though I recharge with a 3.6mbps voucher card.

Now im using MMX377G micromax Dongle and its awesome. Micromax Dongle is much much beter than this fake Reliance Dongle.

I have using this dongle for last year . My experience of using this dongle was too unbearable and bad . I bought it for 1500 rupees from a retailer. .

Whenever I am in the middle of an omportant work the connection got lost  or it tirns into 3g to 2g which is one of the patgetic part or we can say patethic features of this crap dongle . I contacted its service centre for I connection issue they said that we cant do anything for you sir in this matter.

The netwodk coverage area of this internet service provider is tooo bad . You have to pray from the god to connect it from the internet because the connection of this dongle to its signal is really really bad . I do not recommend angone to buy this if you do not get into the trouble . Beware from this piece of junk .

I m saying this because I bear this .
