Reliance Broadband Plus

I subscribed to reliance broadband once few years back and its the worst service I have ever faced in my life. As I was unaware of the plans , I took a 3 months plan for a internet connection through a datacard for my pc which was 2500rs approximately. The customer executive insisted for a postpaid connection, we accepted the plan. In the beginning it was ok though the speed was slow and the signals were very bad, later data card got broken and when I visited the centre I was surprised as the concerned person said it would take almost a month to repair it and get a new data card.so, after a month unfortunately my laptop got dead and as the data card is useless we called the customer executive and asked for a return or stop the service, he said it is not possible to stop the plan and he said it would cost around 2000 again. After few months, my dad paid the bill and even then my dad used to receive messages about paying the bill and after 4years suddenly my dad is receiving messages about paying the bill few months back, I was shocked by their fraud service. I would never prefer this broadband.

Today I am going to talk about reliance broadband plus. The internet speed at times is very good and at times it dips to the lowest of the lowest. I cannot say that it is a reliable connection, because many times my connection drops. Unfortunately, I had to quit their services.

The services like customer care will always say that there is an outage in your area. I was really fed up with their behaviour, always how can you have outages in every 3rd or 4th day. The customers services sometimes, auto close the complaint, how ridicolously their customer services work. I really hated that day, when I had to do some urgent tasks related to money transfer for paying fees of my son. the Internet didn't work inspite many calls, and sms and complaints. In the end, I had to go relative place to get my work done.

Whatever plan you take 1 mpbs or 3 mpbs or anything, you will see good speed, then the speeds will diminishes slowly. I had to quit the services because of their arrogant behaviour of the reliance broadband plus.

Overall, not recommending to anyone.

Reliance broadband plus internet speed is very slow.

Reliance broadband speed is not so good, for a moment it's work very fast, and another moment it's stop automatically.

It's connection not so good.connection reliability is also bad.its service is also verry bad.because it's emoloyes do not do their work well.

Internet connectivity issue( aagh) this happen with me every month or after 6 month.really guys it's a wasting of money broadband.all service is extremely too bad unpleasant.

Reliance broadband plus this is not a good product.it's very bad.because this product does not do work well and properly.there are many problems in this.

It's internet speed is very slow.it's not fast speed.sometimes it's internet speed irritates me.because it's speed is very slow.

It's connection reliability is not so good.it's connection reliability is also bad.because sometimes it's does not connect.

It's serive is also very bad.because it's emoloyes do not do their work well.they give consumers a very bad service.

I don't like it. So I don't suggest this for you.

This review is based on my very true experience even before using this company's broadband. I've never got to use this internet thankfully and not so thankfully with the help of their very own sales executive.

I say it thankfully because I am happy that I never got to use this company's worst service anymore and on the other side, not so thankfully because I have wasted Rs. 1600 on this company as installation charges which I never got installed even after 3 years.

First of all, talking about the area coverage, this Company's broadband is the worst in our city. It only covers a very limited area of our city and I don't know how but it also covered the area in which I live. My neighbor recommended me to use the broadband. And though I applied for the Broadband service at my residence and soon the sales executive arrived too.

But the fact of matter is that I paid Rs. 1600 as installation charges to the sales executive as per the terms of the company. The executive stated to install the broadband within 7 days of approval but even after 15 days of approval I did not get the service installed.

When I went to the company's office for a complaint and refund of my charges paid, the executive promised to install the service within 2 days. It's been about 3 years since that day, and still they did not installed it. I went through various branches of the company in my city but no action was taken and even they did not refund my cash. E-Mailing to the company's head proved useless.

Talking about the speed, I personally had not used it as you all got to know but I have heard that it was good particularly in my area of residence. Well, who wants to use the probable high speed internet with the worst service ever. In case of any issue with the internet, the user may have to wait for months for the issue to be resolved by the company. Till then, enjoy cursing your bad fortune which made you to get the service installed in greed of high speed internet.

Thus, I feel that I was very lucky not to experience the company's worst service anymore. I definitely do not recommend this service to anyone of you or soon you'll probably curse your bad fortune.

I'm not even likely to give a single star in ratings but as per Mouthshut's terms, there's no option to give 0.3 stars. Maybe, I should recommend that to the Mouthshut team for making that option available. LOL.

After Sales services of RelianceADA are worst. If your internet is down, then it will remain down for 10 days. my 2k are stuck with them. As the services are bad so I asked closed the connection and initiate refund. Connection was closed after 3 days of request but no refund initiated till date(2.5 years given up hope).

Only response to mail I get is we have escalated the issue.

And I cannot reach upto customer care as they ask for customer id which is eventually deleted by them. So there seems to be no record of the incident with them.

So its Reliance broadband I thought this would be awesome but its worse

not worse its bad because internet speed is what I have payed for

I have paid them 600 rs for 1 mbps not much expensive

but as I say there customer care service most worse service in world as you call them from your mobile they will not attend you first if they attend they do not attend properly

but if you chat with them with instant live chat service they help you instantly . this service is awesome and

about internet connectivity issue(aagh) this happens with me every month or after 2 months .

so that all you need to know I think

Customer care service= Poor

Instant live Chat Service= Awesome

Price= Decent

Connectivity Issue= In one Or 2 Months

So Not Recommended but Its your wish if you want To Try You can try

Reliance broadban plus network connection, I told you that first never buying this company broadband.

my friends say that me its a too good company, reliance conpany chairman is anil ambani.

so this broadband working well , but its not true friends. it is unverified information.

reliance broadband speed is not much good, for a moment its works very fast , and another moment its stop automaticaly.

really guya its a wasting of money brodband. all service is extremely too bad or unpleasant.

This Reliance Broadband connection network is so poor we can't even load images faster. This network always test your patience and easily you will be irritated with this network.

Speed of ISP connection- This network provides low speed internet with high cost and it never satisfies you with the speed as it always loads the browser page further.

I used this internet but I never satisfied with it as it never works perfectly and sometimes it even stops working.

Service- Their service is too worst and they won't respond you as they already know that their network will be poor.

They make you believe that they will fix it soon but it won't gonna happen and you have to wait for the signals and the network till they work perfectly

That's the reason now I changed my wifi network and now changed it to BSNL network and I thank BSNL for such an amazing network and speed.

I suggest you guys, never use this Reliance Broadband connection.

Hi friends Reliance Broadband Plus one of the Reliance company device. This is not good for us why because I am using from last 6 year back to last year ( 2009 to 2015) . That time very demand for this Broadband but now is not good. Internet speed is not good .its running very slow. Castmer support also nit good . And vry impotant is a in this device plan also very costly. So friends before some year this Reliance Broadband is very good working and very good because that time net user very less . So now in this device very slow compair to another Broadband. So friends this is my personal experience why because I am used very long time this device still now available with me but not ysing . But looking this device good. Conection not bad and not very good also . So friends still this device Not good working so Dont use of this Reliance Broadband plus. I choose 3 months plan initially which was quite costly. When Reliance representative gave the demo, it was working fine but after I purchased the device, started few issues.

Issues :

1. When 2 device try to stream videos simultaneously, both experience very poor performance.

3. Then they forced me to switch to 4G and pay extra for new device ( Which they didn't mention couple of months ago) .

Reliance broad band plans is vary low in price and internet speed is also good reliance broadband servis is not good really vary low price internet but not avelable in hole city I can use reliance broadband 4MBPS connection download speed is 500 to 600 KBPS and uplode speed is 1 MBPS it's really good.range of reliance is vary poor in home connection.reliance customer care serivies is bad some time internt is not work for 7 to 10 days.

I have used it more thantwo years before switching to Jio-Fi.

It is not that much efficient. Neither in terms of affordability nor according to speed.

They provide very low speed. Before I have purchased it they promised me about the high speed but just like what they did for jio again. It is not even 3g internet speed. It is just like 2g speed which was not I want. Even after such costly packs there speed is as slow as a tortoise.

That us the reason why I gave it up. There are several plans which says speed about 1mbps but their actual speed will be around 200-300 kbps and sometimes in 100 kbps.

So I will suggest you all to not go for it. That's it.

I opted for Thunder 699 plan that gives me unlimited 2Mbps data at approx Rs 800 per month . I had opted for a TP-LINK TL-WR841N 300Mbps Wireless N Router from Amazon. Installation is pretty straight forward as the technician would just get a LAN cable in the house. You need to setup the Router on your own and also need to manage a Login page, which would automatically logout every 24 hours.

The initial tests gave me the promised speed , i.e. way above 2Mbps considering the plan I have opted is 2Mbps only. Here’s the tricky part now, Somehow Reliance Broadband does not like Wifi Routers . It keeps on getting disconnected randomly. Even the Reliance login portal page would not open. A few frantic calls and I realised that the customer support people and the technician do not want to listen to anything post the point they hear that there is a “router” installed and you’re accessing the internet using that. Quite weird, isn’t it. How are you supposed to access the internet on multiple devices using Reliance Broadband ? Only Reliance can tell !

YouTube streaming ( and uploading works like a charm) , downloading content through torrent or otherwise is pretty smooth. I’ve used YouTube on 3/4 devices at the same time, did not face any buffering issue at all. A 700 MB movie through torrent can be downloaded in approx 40 minutes on a good day.

It better to not use the internet ever in life yhis is a serious fraud company a person can use any network but not this network it is just useless to be used to not prefer to use this network it have a highly poor network performance that you will know after using it .

Reliance broadband connection is really slow, it's like it's been working on is own Mood. Sometimes it's speed is great and sometimes you can't even message using WhatsApp. Speed is the main issue of reliance broadband. It's works on 1 Mbps speed max to max. 1 Mbps speed is available for playstore and YouTube. Rather than downloading speed for other browser is upto 150 kbps. But systems server remains down for 3 times in a week. Please don't trust reliance broadband connection. Many times server down problems has irritate me. Please don't get your self into trouble by choosing such a connection.

I've been using reliance from last 6 months but in this 6 months I got ton of issues. There is no one in tech who can solve the issues. they even close the tickets without resolving the issues. Got response after a week or so. NOT INTERESTED ANYMORE will buy a costly plan from good service provider. Nobody gives replies about service or professionalism. Just plain promised that are never fulfilled. Abysmal speed and even more pathetic support. POOR SERVICES. NO HELP FROM CALL CENTRE AND THEIR OUTLETS NO PROPER REPLY FROM THEM

I was a user of reliance broadband and trust me it sucks, their is no reliability in the internet connection their servers are way too downgraded and cheap cables

Even service is worse than anything, they don't receive calls when they need to

You can get much much better ISP than this, even BSNL is 1000 times better than reliance.

Speed provided by the ISP is decent but only internet speed isn't enough

Because their is no point in enjoying decent speed when your connection is down.

I am form jaipur,rajsthan,india.after a long time in b.tech I wish to purchase a brodband connection.after my research I found that reliance brodband is good in my area.and I call a againt and he tells me about plans and I select the plan of speed 2mbps that cost me 699+service tax and total something around 800(that was ok).now I said the againt to give me connection. he came to my house and take rupee for installtion and 1 mnth advance(1500- rs) .and said that he install the connection on next day.but he cannot install after 1 week later he install the connection.i am happy that I got a internet connection.but problem as not ended here after 20 days later of my installtion my rj45 connection is brokened.and I report a complain to reliance costumer care.it one day.two day.three day comaplin was not resolve o the fourth day I call to coustumer care and what she said you cannot belive that complain was closed means complain solved.i talk angry to reperntative.and she files a new complain and on next day complain was resolved .after 5 days I surf the internet.seris of problem is not ended here.i bought this connection after three months ago and till date I was filed 15-20comaplain and resolved complain till date is 5 so service is very bad.experince was very bad.do not purchase reliance brodband.

and company said 2mbps but downloading speed is only 250kbps to 600kbps(kabhi kbar).

Reliance is a big company in every aspects in telecom world this was the first company to start lowest call facility and call rate also. This company should maintain the standard also in comparison of all other companies. No doubt that customer care support is good but if you have to complaint all the time regarding the speed the low quality of network and all this then you will get frustrated.

Internet speed is not at the level where it should be according to the stander set up in the market by other Internet providing companies. so the company should boost the performence and the speed of internet very well.

The network quality is not reliable and good according to other companies. If you are in a rural area there it is very few chances to get the good quality of network which result you in 2G speed which is no use in today's market where you have to whatssapp internationally and all other things which you can do only with the availability of 3G services.

Overall I wanted to say that please upgrade you system and speed up.
