We have been complaining since 10 days but nobody cared to check our problem. Worst service ever I would not recommend anyone to go for this connection. Everytime you call or mail them they will give you the same reply and will do nothing to fix the problem

"They provide a good connection for cheap price" if u thought so , then change your thought they provide u sh at cheap rates
Dont go for this connection if u do so then One day u will be abusing this connection here like me

If u have heard connections speed is good its true but they provide u connection for 2-3 hrs a day rest of the time it always in maintenance
Although its just a excuse , they dont have sufficient service to provide

The Worst network I have ever used till date, it’s been 3 days the network is not working and the worst most thing that their customer service agent refused to raise complain saying that the system is not working. This usually happens every week.
Very bad service, very bad customer experience.
Their broadband service is so poor.so many network drops in the day .when some outage comes the internet remains down for hours and the service center people just don't provide any resolution .they just say the area is down.If you are a working professional don't go for this at all.
Yes, no doubt the speed is good and the services are cheaper but they are not at all reliable providers. I have paid advanced for 6 months so stuck with this provider.will not be recharging again and will shift to some other provider after this subscription ends
Very bad experience with netplus service due to this pathetic service I am loosing my productivity in the work. They will Stop the internet without any reason and explanation will be ( sorry sir your area is down ?? I don't get it how they manage to say it on every 2nd day. Will never suggest anyone to go for their service. Yes they might provide you cheaper plan than other companies but trust me you will atleast get the better service by paying more. Its my bad that where I am living now no other service providers available so I had to take them as provider. But now they are making me to move to different place in order to get better service. Yes they should not be called as internet service provider. Pathetic. Thats all.
They don't update status even after payment is done from customer side. Whenever we tried to call customer care always make non sense excuses. Worst network worst service. The netplus company is established only to harass customers.
Even the word "WORSE" is not enough according to me, to define their network reach and their customer services.
Their customer service and executives are pathetic sounds like total illiterate, extremely unprofessional...i just read a review here (who mentioned they know only two words... SORRY and WAIT) but, with me other than these Their were two more....which were 'as soon as possible' and "just in 2 hours" and yeah offcourse WAIT & SORRY!!
Yes, they didn't let me talk to any seniors after even struggle of days, it's almost 15 days or more i Guess I'm literally struggling with this. I'm having my work mode as "work from Home" nowadays and i tried calling them explaining them with patience, enthusiasm, frustration, giving them situations of mine .. anything n everything but, they won't listen! Oh wait!! They do listen and say ma'am wait it will be working fine soon. Then I'll ask...WHEN. They don't have basic communication skills nor the knowledge..they don't actually care about customer and their problems at all. I wouldn't have said this but, just not taking their services and plans/installation by us customers won't be enough since everyone doesn't really read out reviews generally....so this broadband should be dismissed on a professional level...they shouldn't be serving anyone at all ideally... because they don't have any rights or format to take the customer for granted... truly disturb with this i think my whole work and mostly everything is getting affected by this whole scenario. If anyone of you has faced something similar please if there's another way just report them and ask authorities to just cancel and dismiss their licence or atleast till the time they learn and have known the basics to do so.
Forget about professionalism they don't even have humanity i personally felt.
Daily network problem remains, when I customer careDaily there is a network problem, when I talk to the customer care, they say that our network is also having a problem, please do not take their services.
I have plan of 70 mbps but the speed is not more than 35 mbps. After that i tried to contact with customer care service man but he didn’t do anything. Such a dusting network. 2g was much better than this broadband.plz plz plz never get this connection at home or at other essential places such as banks.
Customer care service as well as the network both are worthless, they have zero respect for there customers, they just contact people for bills, when people face any issue they don’t have resolution to provide,
Broadband is not working from last 2 days. Customer care executives know just two words "Sorry" & "Wait". He said I can't talk to his seniors

If anybody is thinking about opting NETPLUS services. Don't go for it

Abi sirf 15 day hue a internet lgy ko 5 baar net band hogya aj to 5pm se band hai abi 10pm ho chuke hai abi bi koi confirm nhi hai kab thik hoga don't use this service waste of money. Netplus advance esi lea leti hai jo ki customer 4 month ke lea bound ho jay internet mily ya na enka time chalta rhayga

Worst service provider in broadband services I've ever faced. No proper response from customer care and rarely when we connect with them they will register your complaint and close your complaint without solving it. Har 2 din main net band hojata hai free k paise lere hn services k naam pe 0 hn.
Poor network wi FI not working properly

Even if i use word "pathetic" for their after service, it will still be a compliment for them.
They have 0 respect for their customers, if your internet faces some problem and gets disconnected, thats end of your netplus era for you, you can book as many complaints you want and they will just tell you it will get fixed, but will it get fixed?.. only god knows that. Sometimes, it takes more than 15 days to fix your internet, meaning you will be paying for 15 days of no internet and this thing is not uncommon in netplus.
You guys go for any other service than netplus or bsnl, they have worst after service.
