I signed up for Netplus Broadband with high hopes of reliable internet service, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The internet connection provided by Netplus has been consistently unreliable, with frequent disruptions and unacceptably slow speeds.


Despite numerous complaints lodged with their customer support team, the issues persist without any meaningful resolution. It's incredibly frustrating to rely on a service that fails to deliver on its promises, especially in today's digital age where a reliable internet connection is essential.


I would strongly advise against choosing Netplus Broadband for your internet needs. Their service quality is far below par, and it's simply not worth the hassle and frustration. I regret ever signing up with them and will be actively seeking alternatives for my internet service provider.


In summary, my experience with Netplus Broadband has been incredibly disappointing, and I cannot recommend their service to anyone.

I called and called repeatedly, but no response from them. I even emailed them but NOTHING. Worthless company with worthless service providers. If this netplus broadband covers to light as sham i wouldn't be surprised.

I have been using Netplus since two years. I regret my decision every time while using. the service provided by net plus is really very disappointing & poor .it is really very annoying when your connection gets disabled instead of paying regular bills. The worst part is when no one lands an ear to your problem, it’s time to say goodbye to net plus

Most bad experience with your WiFi, after some days Wifi gets off automatically and when we try to complaint on your customer care they are not giving any response , , , I will tell everyone to don’t buy any product by you, , , Such a worst company.

I visited the office after I already conversation over phone with local office in jammu. the name is S.A Enterprises, bohri, talab tillo jammu. but no response for new connection.even it is only within 1kilometer from my office. if they are so careless before providing new connection then what will happen after service. so I decided to go with airtel.

I am facing no internet since 4 days


I have called many times to the customer care


But every time I am getting faulse promise as below




  • sir keep patience your problem will solve soon or max 4 hrs




  • we understand your problem sorry for that




  • we have highlighted your problem the Technician will visit your place soon




  • your complain is already registered with us so Technician will visit you asap




  • we have forwarded your issue to the local vendor (098767 97001) so he will solve your problem immediately




  • contacted to the local vendor (098767 97001) and he said I am sending Technician at your place with in hr , but last 4 days nobody visit at my place




  • again contacted to the after 15 / 16 calls he said I am sending Technician with in hr




  • then After 2 hr we again contacted him he said again I am sending Technician




  • After that he switched off phone




  • I got call from netplus officer mr. Lovleen (078149 00280)






he asked me is the problem solved I said no then he said am arranging Technician




  • but no body came then we contacted to mr. Lovleen he said ??? ?? ??? ???? ??? vendor (098767 97001) ?? call ????? ??




  • again after sometime when we contacted to mr. Lovleen he said vendor ???? ?? ??? ???? ??? ??? but me arrange ????? ?? ?? ???? problem solve ?? ?????




  • After sometime mr. Lovleen also start no pickup our phone






My question is that to netplus is this your customer care service???


Is this your working culture ethics???


Your company employee and vendor are behaving like street hawkers whom doesn't keep their words


In my home everything has been stopped


Tv, mobile, laptop, etc


Since 4 days I am recharging jio, airtel, sim to run these gadgets


Who will pay the money for that and I have already paid for the month from which 4 days is already wasted because of you so who will pay for that


Kindly resolve the problem asap

NETPLUS - The worst wifi service in India

Pathetic customer service and dealing, they never resolve the issues , wifi stops working every few weeks, they installed an old modem at our place saying that they will change it later but even upon making multiple complaints it never happened , technicians who come always say that they do not have new modems. they did very poor and unprofessional wiring during installation due to which there was a massive short circuit at our home in monsoon this year while we were not in the country , it happened only one month after i took this connection . i had to bear the loss of almost 20, 000-22, 000 INR upon my return at home because of that . Our CCTV cameras , it’s DVR and A.C. got fried because of that short circuit. now it has been 5 months but no resolutions and to make it any worse as it could be, there wifi stops working at least 2-3 times a month. NEVER TAKE NETPLUS CONNECTION TO SPARE YOUSELD THE HORROR.
