Simple thing I think, there is no need for it now! And this is not my point, I have some friends from the city who also say the same thing. I have used it a few years ago.

Hi Friends, I want to share about my reviews on MTS Data card. I was using MTS for almost three years and currently have deactivated it.

I got attracted when I got an offer telling about its speed which would be high even if we connect it to more than three devices and an additional 10GB will be awarded if we make the payment before the due date itself.

So I afforded MTS 40GB plan for one month.

Internet Speed: The internet speed was very nice and was working without any interruption while downloading or something else. But sometimes the connection gets down suddenly.

Connection Reliability: The connection will not be stable at all. You will have to often make a call to the customer service telling that the datacard color has been violated to red color leading to connection lost. This happens very often, especially during extreme changes in climatic conditions.

I have experienced this issue very often. Being a college student I will be in need of internet often for immediate purposes. But at difficult times you will be facing connection lost.

When you connect the internet to more than 2 devices, then immediately speed gets down. You will be facing sudden issues there also. Charges are also high.

Service & Support: Worst service and support I have ever seen.

As told when you get a connection loss, you will have to call them. And they will inform you that they will rectify and resolve it within an hour, but the result is you have to wait for multiple hours with no response from their side.

Once I had a very important online exam and have to complete immediately, at that point I got my connection lost which was changed to red color. So I made a complaint to the service making it as urgent, but it took almost 2 to 3 days to rectify.

This was the thing that happened very often with this service.

So please friends I don't want anyone else to get caught like this, you wont because the service is already closed:D

Hi, two years back I was using MTS Data card.I was looking for a reasonable monthly plan Data card which could give me good speed along with good amount of data. So after seraching long I got to know about MTS Data plan. These guys told me that I would be getting 9 mbps speed along with 40 GB data in 999 rupees plan.But after getting the connection the reality was I hardly got 1mbps speed which was so slow that hardly I could open any page.I bought it for my official purpose but when ever I was out of office I had to deal with this frustrating dongle. The worst thing was when ever I go out of station I had to pay extra roaming charges for getting connected to internet.Moreover, whenever I face any network connectivity issue there was no body from its Customer care who could help me in resolving my query! Sometimes calls also got disconnected intentionally by their customer service agent & everytime I give them a call back I had to explain all the matter all over again n again.So the process remains the same , and the issue doesn't got resolved ever.So after struggling for so long I finally decided to go for a good Data network connection & finally I am very satisfied with what I have.

Today, I am sharing my experience as I really don't want any body to come into their fake promises & never fulfilled commitments!

I used the mts data card when I didn't have jio, and its almost a year back. The plans were not good at all. They were too costly and providing such a little amount of data to be used. Also the internet service is not same everywhere, sometimes the speed is too good and sometimes it simply doesn't work. That's the biggest problem. The connection is never stable. In my college area it won't work at all. Also there customer service is not available in every town. Its starting to fade away now. I won't recommend it. Thank you

One of the most unreliable and slow Internet service providers. I was using Mts data card before one year. The speed is terribly slow and the network is not very stable. Although it provides a convenience of portability, the plans are very costly and not up to the mark. Now I am using Hathway which provides extraordinary speed at very affordable price.

After shifting to chennai, I took this data cards. Its counter was in my office premise. They had some offer and promised that they have very good service support.

When I started using it, speed is very low. Hardly I am able to check my mail and for browsing it is taking a lot of time.

I complained to customer service, wrote mail and contacted to the person in my office. After a lot of headache, their technician came to home in evening.

Through his laptop and some other device, he went to terrace and checked for its signal and observed signal is very low in my area. Since I am on ground floor and my home is surrounded by a lot of tree, so signal is very less.

Finally I got fed up of this and disconnected it.

After some days, again I got call from MTS to continue the service but I clearly said, give me trial for 1 week then only I will try. but they said no, after that I also said bye bye to them

MTS Data Card is a worst internet service provider.I brought this data card 2months ago.Its plans are good but the service support of this data card is very very poor.The internet speed is average but some times its speeds are interupted due to lost of connection sometimes connection being broken or lost connection.The 5 device connect on this device but when you use more than 2 device the internet will be slow down.The service is very very poor and resolve customers problem, due to its pathetic service.

In this date card use only mts sim. So it is only for mts regular customers . I think it should be use for all customers like airtal vodefone idea.

Recharge of mts internet very high price. I will use if its recharge 300 rupees. Mts network not working in village area and its connectivity is very slow thank you

I have a MTS CDMA data card at Rs. 2000 approx. when I lived in Delhi. I thought before purchase that it would be beneficial and helped me for my work. But it was not working as described by the seller of MTS at the time of sale.

After next day of purchased, I went to MTS store where I purchased from. I told him that the speed of internet is not working as I showed him that I was seriously not working. But he ignored me and said sir your internet speed is working fine. But he was not listening and continously ignoring me. I asked about his Senior . He told that He would come after 3pm. I said OK I would come at 3 pm.

I reached MTS Store at 3pm. and again no senior was present at 3pm. I asked about his senior. He told that he would come at 4pm. I said ok. I waited for him until he arrived. Senior arrived at 4: 45pm. I told him all issue. Senior said sorry sir the problem is resolved within 48hrs. I told him that I purchased it yesterday and your problem started after my purchase.

I came to room and waited for next 2 days. But after it , my issue was not resolved by MTS.

After 7 days, I said refund my money and They said sry sir we can't refund to our customer as per our terms and conditions. There was 3 to 4 more customers and they had same problem. They was harassing me continously.

But I want to thank Mr. Ashok who was employee of MTS that time. He checked and Told that issue was not in network. Actual problem is in MTS data card. Then they announced to replace or data card but I checked the speed of MTS internet was also very poor and I also saw its service so I said I want my money back. Finally My money ( Rs. 1500) was refunded by Mr. Ashok. They deducted Rs.500 as charges of 1 week. I said ok no issue I took my Rs. 1500 and Back to my room.

In every company, Some people are good and Some are bad.

I am using MTS Data card since one year at that time they provide good internet speed after using few months internet speed suddenly goes down, Now this speed is very slow and very bad at least they did not provide 1mbps of speed also noa a days for loading the page i's take lot of time.But we should pay large amount of money for getting 1GB also .When I was faced problem with this I called customer care support, they say that you will not have speed of less than 1mbps but I haven't got speed of more than 1mbps even though they maintain that much of slow speed below 1mbps only and they did not resolve my problem, after that when I will faced the problem cal to them they did not pick my cal also that is their customer service support it is too bad for me.MTS data card is not a up to date internet service provider to use.It's connection is not at all reliable.So in view I can say that service support is not good.

MTS data card is not a up to date intternet serivice provider to use. Its internet speed is very bad. They say that you will not have speed of less than 1mbps and I haven't got speed of more than 1 mbps. Its connection is not at all reliable because of its high charges. There are very good internet service providers in the market with good speed and reasonable price. Their service and support is very bad. I contacted them for their speed and they refused it by giving silly excuses. I also called them to check my device but no one came.

I have used the MTS Data Card previously and let me share my experience,

This is one of the worst Data Card I have ever used in my life,

The internet speed is very slow as it annoys you,

The connection is not very reliable at all because sometimes it doesn't connect,

They say that you can connect 5 devices but after connection at least 3 it gives you a worst speed than gprs,

The service and support given from MTS is not that great,

In my opinion the MTS Data card is a total waste of money.

Hello friend today I will tell my real experience about mts data card perhaps

many people used this mts data card.

So I am going to tell personal about experience mts data card and I was buy this mts data card three months ago and I got a mail from time that time for making payments has already been ctossed and, it is an overdue status , and they barred the service also, I call costumber care and ask them about this , they told me that I would be received a legal notice for payment.

After that I have received the legal notice through mail, again, it is without the name and signature of the advocate, contact number of the advocate , it is stated that, , TIPS OFMTS DATA CARD,

its internet speed is very slow and we have to pay much amount of money for getting 1 GB .

it's range is not so much good and I have faced many problems its service is not good and doesn't give more facility in this mts data card.

And it is not good looking and service not provided good that's why all my friends don't brought this one mts data card otherwise you will be disadvantage that's all my friends.

The mrs data card od waste card because of its network the network of mts data card is slow then any other networks I dont like this data card its does not support more then any other cards internet speed is very slow its like ambaseder car speed the service is not good service and does not support in many places its waste data card

Hello my dear friends I would like to share my personal experience of using this data card. I am using this data card since last three years and this was a good experience for me. but I am very sad about its prices beccause its prices are really very high. on the other hand many companies are providing very good internet plans at very reasonable price. I think mts should come back with good internet prices and plans.

I really feel guilty when I thinking about, Why I'm Purchasing MTS data card 1 month ago and this is the super flop data card

Bed Speed, Bad Customer support, Bad Connection reliable

There is every think bad the only good think is his LOGO of egg

that only a nice looking and after this everything as discourage

They are telling that when you use this device the minimum speed of 1 Mbps is always coming in your device but when I practically use it .it all a scam.nothing else

I had a bad experience with MTS.i had taken the data card and used it for about 6 months and I an totally regretting to have taken it.

Well, I was carried away with the offers they provided dating that they will allow upto 5 connections and the data pack was also good for a very very reasonable price.

But then after using it, I always faced problems with the internet connection.

As far as I remember, I never used seamless high-speed internet for more than 1 to one and a half hour with out interruption.

There was no proper response from the customer care even after filling several complaints but they send me the bill to my email every month on time with a notice stating that the connection with be removed if the bill is not paid with the prescribed date.

Before you go for this, please do some research about how it is in your area and then decide.

These days there are several internet service providers who provide great offers and good connectivity, you may choose them.

I have MTS Data Card.One thing is that it's internet speed is not very good.And we have to pay much amount of money for getting 1Gb or more.It's range is not much so I sometimes faced many problems.MTS people are making fake promise to customers. They deny to do what they promise.every time you call MTS they ask the problem again and again. I paid my bill but my services not activated I was calling MTS people for 15 days and no resolution.they asking to pay my bills again. Poor and frustrating services. I advise plz don't go with MTS. They people only give you pain I got a revert on my email from those people stating these people but same issue. They asked me to wait 3 days then 3 more days but no solution keep asking for money and time. I had word with supervisor as well they are uneducated and seems dint want to help

Mts data card first it was good n worked nicely

But daily using only will get how it's working and all purposes

First week the net speed is good bit slowly it's slowers

Once we use for sometime it's stucks the matter or net will be slow

It not fulfill the limit n speed

For paid money it's not worth it's my opinion

I am using MTS data card since from one year. Always I am thinking to change the data card because of it's slow internet speed. But due to some problem I can't. When I was using at very first, then it was giving good speed. But after very few days only it got slowed down.

I had complain to the customer service providers, but yet no progress has been done. They are giving the same speed only. If I was getting half or a one MB of speed, then it is okay. But I was not getting the speed of 100Kb properly.

Many of the people told me to buy, but some of my friends were using it and they said that the speed is not so good. Even That I brought it and after using I came to know the real truth. So friends, if your are buying this internet service provider then please check that in your area it is working properly or not.
