Called to cancel last month and the incompetent agent that I spoke with assured me the services would be canceled. I now am receiving another bill from them because nothing in their system says I canceled. FRAUD!!! stay away

I don’t know why people get in to business if they can’t give proper service. I have been calling the concerned person for the whole day but he wouldn’t respond. We regret having connected with MetroNET.

I spent almost 1 hour trying to call Your Customer Service with NO Answer!!!! Your Customer Serv is Worse than Mediacom. Your Guys Burnt the Crap out of my yard also!!
Worst internet service, Ever other day internet issue and no proper response an worst service.
Never ever to go with this.
My internet is fine. The customer service is hit or miss, there's a lot of inconsistent communication. They never call when they say they will. I have been waiting since June of 21 for my line to be buried. It is October of 21 AND MY LINE IS STILL JUST LAYING IN MY YARD AND ACROSS MY SIDEWALK. I have called countless times, I'm always told I will get a call the next day and have NEVER received a call back. They have no problem taking my money every month (which I pay on time in full) but apparently can't finish the job they started 4 months ago. Pathetic. I was actually told by one of their reps that I should probably just bury the line myself. Completely 100% appalling and unacceptable. There is obviously poor management at this company. Effective management would never allow this to happen. I have also heard from other customers and their own techs that people get stuck waiting for months to get their lines buried. Yet they continue to claim 7 to 20 days is their normal time frame to get lines buried. Don't be fooled, this is a lie. If you're looking for great internet, customer service that lies to you, poor communication and a cable laying in your yard for months on end, then this the company for you. Nothing short of disappointing.
NEVER NEVER NEVER USE ANY OF THESE: METRONET/VENUS/M247. ALL THE SAME COMPANY UNDER DIFFERENT NAMES. THEY ARE EXTREMELY DISHONEST. CONTINUED CHARGING ME FOR ANOTHER 7 MONTHS AFTER TERMINATION AND NEVER REFUNDED. STEER CLEAR. IRRELEVANT WHETHER THE INTERNET IS ANY GOOD IF YOU CAN'T TERMINATE ONCE THE CONTRACT HAS EXPIRED ANYWAY. THEY ARE DISHONEST BULLIES
So our experience is pretty unique. We got a service provider network guy who actually told us he was connecting us with metronet services and ended up giving us 'nuron' internet (another company, basically). We recieve horrible internet but what's worse is the guy who manages our internet. He never picks up the calls and internet disappears for hours straight. Why post this review under metronet? Because when we were still under the impression that we were recieving metronet internet I had called the headquarters office in Mangalore. They said they can't help it because we were duped. Adding to that, they still haven't fired this guy for cheating on their customers. So, well. Don't trust any one from metronet.
Worst of the worst network. If I would have read the Google reviews before getting it for sure wouldn't have opted for it. Horrible service and speed. These guys have no clue in what they are doing. They just invested some money and running it. Roadside service and 3rd class techies. Your money will go to the drain, if you get this connection.

I call 3 time to activate my subscription and all the 3 time they said just wait for 5 mins it will activate
If you can't do, don't mention it .
Plus when ever i call customer care to they won't answer the call for atleast 10 mins
I had call 3 times and waited 30 mins every 10th min call get hang up . If I had know this is how the customer service is I would had never subscribe to this ,
Worst Service. Will never recommend it to anyone. Slow speed. We have taken 100 Mbps from them, but we get only speeds of 15-20 Mbps most of the time. We feel cheated
We are suffering from internet connection issue from last 3 days and no customer support at all.
Helpless at this point of time.
The agent who gave the connection has put his mobile on either switched off/not picking the call.
Net is slower than 7mbps for where as plan is 50mbps. And it doesn't work minimum of 2 days in a week and no one answers customer care.. If they answer, they r extremely extremely rude.
The connection is not stable.
Many drops per day. After a drop you have restart your modem to connect back.
At times the speed will be in kbps.
Wrost customer service the service agents won't even bother to your complaints. Instead only says to restart your device and then onwards will not show up will 3 days
Have a plan of 100 mbps
1- avg speed 20/30 mbps
2- customer care will never receive call
3- frequent disconnections
Like everybody says it is the worst. No responses on customer care number. local service provider is not bothered to resolve issues. By any chance if they visit you, they blame your devices for internet disruption. Better use your mobile hotspot.
Worst internet service provider. Their CC number goes down first as soon as their internet service goes down. If you complained many times they won't fix issues. For 50mbps plan max speed you will get is 20mbps. However these reviews will not going to improve their service as they don't care about customer, they have their network to create monopoly in some area and keep running business.I wish I could review in negative star.

I would never recommend Metronet to anyone.The service of this company is really poor. Metronet came to install new cable service in our area and succeeding in pissing off the entire subdivision.My fence was damaged followed by no repair till one month from where they dug the hole.They made all kind of promises that damage would be fixed by them but yet never returned. Installed cable towers in horrible spots of neighbors and had to argue with them to have them moved. I see it as a waste of my time and money.
The worst broadband service provider I encountered till now. In a month of 30 days my internet was not working for 20 days and repeated calls to customer care and still not able to solve the problem. Even if one problem gets solved there is another problem the next day. I don't think they will survive in the broadband market with the launch of jio if they continue there service like this
