Very worst service am place broadband order they came to my home got the money from me and next day they called in my area device is can't able to fix they told me cancel the device and verified with ordered taken person that shall I gave the OPT for cancellation after that no response form them my money is not credited once I came to the jio office they response is very bad...

I don't recommend geo broadband.useless service last 7days net is not working .don't buy geo and suffer

Unprofessional. Fake promises..

My product number is NO0000MZKELH.


The whole story starts on 23rd September 2022 when one of Jio's representatives comes within an hour after confirming the order. He took details and payment. He mentioned that someone will be here to install next day. I got an email confirming about installation on 24th September at 13:00 hrs. Everything seems fine and fast. I stay at home on the 24th to make sure wifi gets installed. On the 24th around 10:30 am got an email about a time change to 14:30 hours. I was fine that at least it will install by today. But after 30 minutes I got a new email it changed to 29th September at 10:00 am. I was like they really feel that people are sitting at home and the government paying to stay at home. What a crap. I called Customer care and informed her that I need internet at home asap because every night I have meetings with my overseas staff. She promised and got confirmed in an email that engineers will come on 24th at 13:00hours but no one show up.


I got a call from the Engineer on 25th September that they are coming to install. I asked them about timing and they confirmed that they will be here within a few minutes. As usual, no one shows up till evening. I called them and they informed me they are not coming anymore as it's raining hard. I understand it was raining the whole day but why they didn't inform me before that they can't make it today? But anyway they confirmed someone will be here on 26th September.


Now on 26th September, I decided to stay at home. I was sure they will come and install it. The weather was fine and start waiting for them. Suddenly got an email around 12pm that they have changed the date again to 29th September. I called customer care she again promised that someone will be here on the 27th at 10 am as that schedule is available. Got an email confirmation, I was sure this time someone will come as I already made two calls. Hope they will understand.


On 27th no one shows up. When no one showed up until 12pm I was sure no one is coming. I left to do my job and called customer care about a refund. She tried a lot not to cancel and promise again to get installed on 28th September morning. I can't get cancelled at that time because the Jio agent has written incorrect details. So I called back again around 9 pm once I got details from my sister-in-law. Then I find out they have added the father's name instead of the husband's name. She confirmed it will take 7 days but received no email about the cancellation.


On 28th September again got an email that they rescheduled my installation to 3rd October from 28th. I have worked with so many companies overseas and in India but I haven't seen any unprofessionalism like this. I never write feedback about any company(as I also work hospitality industry) but thanks to Jio service for wasting my time. I would suggest please be far from this company at least in Chandigarh/Zirakpur section until they start to deliver promises. I start removing Jio connections from my Himachal Properties. Pathetic. Can't trust them.

I took the Jio Fiber connection (Order No. NO0000MFOL9L dated 02/Aug/2022, Phone No.: 8217648012) & it was working fine for a few days, later the internet signals were slashed continuously, hence I decided to cancel the Jio fiber connection/account & it’s done on 15th Aug 2022. But to date (27/Sep/2022), nobody turned to see the impact or asked about the concern. While in the beginning, I mean before I took the Jio Fiber connection, the team was discussed very frequently by multiple people and committed that, if not satisfied with the Jio Fiber product, in no time will return the deposited money (Rs.6, 000/- plus) and settle the account.


But the actual scenario is quite different, as of now I called more than 20 times with various teams and E-mailed almost 10 times, for the past 1 month 15 days closely, but no response, whenever I call, each person says within 24-48 hours the issue will be resolved, but till date, no action has been taken to clear the issue?


Even I tried to call “Jio Appellate Authority”, as per the below-mentioned screen, but the line never connected & E-mailed too, response got from the E-Mail states, within 48 hours will get back the status, but as usual no response.


The Jio fiber team very much presented at their website, can reach the concerned state Lead if the issue got not resolved., for my case the Telangana south region Head Mr.Sreedhar Nandiraju, is not reachable, finally, it’s no use of keeping such hierarchy level ??


I suggest those who plan to take Jio fiber connection, just thick the Jio management attitude & Plan.

For some reason it got stopped and then when we put a complain they said theyll6send someone but it's been 15 days and no one has yet came !! They have the worst customer care ever! I would never recommend someone to get it, even i am going to shift to Airtel!!

I had cancelled fiber services within trial period. Now 3 months happened and no one has come to pick the modem/router after so many phone calls and email.


BecUse of this delay I am not getting refund of my security money and installation charges. Customer care team promised number of times that they escalated to concern team and action will be taken. Now its 3 month and nothing done so far.

Used Jio Fiber services for more than a year. not good experience. Service wise okay okay. Customer care response is fine. 2 days in a month the service is interrupted which means ideally they charge you for a month but provide service for 28 days only.

Initially it was working fine , but after one month it started getting slow even if you were sitting next to the box , and if you try to get in touch with there help support it's really worst , they won't even care about your queries , they are not even qualified in this . They are giving worst service , i don't know whom to complain on this. Even there manager doesn't even bother regarding this

If there is an issue, they close it without attending. field engineer closes it without attending. By mistake, if the field engineer attends to your complaint they will tell you they don't have the stuff he will come tomorrow and never turn up.

Speed and all is good but if there is an issue, they close it without attending. My neighbour followed up for a month and finally disconnected. I am still trying to get things done. Support group raises escalated ticket(evan apllegate id not useful) field engineer closes it without attending. They will write things like entry into the society denied. Online support group will keep escalating and open the service id. I hope all these guys go through such harrasement in their life also.

I never faced this kind of service from neither from Airtel not from Tata for broad band services . where as I am using airtel since last 8 years never face any issues from airtel service provider. Jio is horrible, I paid money on 12th of Sep 2021, still struggling for getting the connection. After payment I was following up with jio marketing as well as HCMS team, no one picking he phone. If you planning for jio fiber as broadband keep mindset ready for waiting for minimum 15 days. If you have patience then move . I have notice service provided tata is good. as compare to Jio fiber.

Its good as far as its working but sometimes it horrible it doesn't work only forget about the speed internet totally gets off. that's very much irritating part because nowadys we almost every family has smart tv and it all depends on internet so speed and connectivity becomes very important role. The sales guy has cheated me and given me two connection in a single flat and taken payment twice from. When I called customer care they have suspended my first account then after nobody is responding my matter in a serious note.


Neither anybody come for pick my router nor anybody giving proper salutation.

I live in a tier-3 (or 4) city. The quality of services depends a lot on company staff, which is worse in smaller cities.


We had BSNL as the only broadband option till 2019 when Airtel started, but even that did not work like a broadband.


Jio changed everything in 2021. It is unbelievably stable, speed is 130-150 Mbps on 150 Mbps plan, and ping is < 10 ms. Finally, I could stop using mobile data as primary internet.


Mouthshut is not just for complaints. Please take a moment to appreciate good experiences also.
