I took the Jio Fiber connection (Order No. NO0000MFOL9L dated 02/Aug/2022, Phone No.: 8217648012) & it was working fine for a few days, later the internet signals were slashed continuously, hence I decided to cancel the Jio fiber connection/account & it’s done on 15th Aug 2022. But to date (27/Sep/2022), nobody turned to see the impact or asked about the concern. While in the beginning, I mean before I took the Jio Fiber connection, the team was discussed very frequently by multiple people and committed that, if not satisfied with the Jio Fiber product, in no time will return the deposited money (Rs.6, 000/- plus) and settle the account.
But the actual scenario is quite different, as of now I called more than 20 times with various teams and E-mailed almost 10 times, for the past 1 month 15 days closely, but no response, whenever I call, each person says within 24-48 hours the issue will be resolved, but till date, no action has been taken to clear the issue?
Even I tried to call “Jio Appellate Authority”, as per the below-mentioned screen, but the line never connected & E-mailed too, response got from the E-Mail states, within 48 hours will get back the status, but as usual no response.
The Jio fiber team very much presented at their website, can reach the concerned state Lead if the issue got not resolved., for my case the Telangana south region Head Mr.Sreedhar Nandiraju, is not reachable, finally, it’s no use of keeping such hierarchy level ??
I suggest those who plan to take Jio fiber connection, just thick the Jio management attitude & Plan.
