IDEA Agent Not Refunding The Money For New
Broadband Connection
Dear sir
has taken the documents and filled application
form for the New connection.
Idea engineer visited my house on 30 Sep and no
idea Broadband signals properly they are unable
to give the connection.
From that time I am following up with your
executive/your customer care to get the amount
back.
Till today he did not refund the amount.Now days
he is not picking my phone even.
I have raised so many tickets with idea
broadband still not
response. respectively .Every time the executives said that
within 24 hours the problem will be resolved
donot worry.But till date no result and I donot
know when it will be activated,
