I’ve renewed my pack 4 days ago and daily the internet facility is offline atleast 3 times a day and today it is offline since morning, i’ve spoken to the concerned person at their office they’re sending service man from morning no one has arrived till now and they’re switching off mobile phones username -sbsarham

My last number is TKT47691 i m facing frequenly connection issue last 6month several time issue this query to the distributor which in deonar coloney Mr ilyas but they not responding or not single time person visited to check issue last 2 month i m saying to install fiber optic but then also they not reacting i m using your service last 4yr but now i have work from home such a worst service i m ever seen i my life useless people appointed by you they dnt even care about customer not receiving calls disconneting the calls while speaking do you have any ethic or matter how treat to your old customer l m taking 6month subscribtion but now only one mnth bcoz of your poor service soon i will discontinue your service such a worst mangment i dnt knw which basis you are hiring the people from 2 day i m facing net issue whole i m trying to contact your people they are just giving me hope not proper service i will raise this on social media and other platform also

After facing constant downtime, they told me to take new router from them. But I purchased costlier and an advanced WiFi router online. Then I called them to replace my own old WiFi with new advanced one, they took rs. 500, just to make few settings and when demanded receipt or bill, they did not provide any. After upgrading my whole system, still I am facing frequent disconnection and since yesterday morning my net is down but no one visited my place to check for the problem even after raising complaint. And the worst part is that their App also doesn't work.

I’m applying for a new connection for the last one week, but there is no response at all. Reason is because I’m taking 3 months services where installation is free, but the guy who comes for installation asked for 500 rs for installation, I dined because this is not what I had discussed with customer/sales representative, so I called them to confirm, and they agreed but installation guy asking money for 500 for the same. This is very unprofessional. So again I called customer care and asked so now they are saying if you take for 3 months you have to pay for installation but for 6 months there no installation so I said okay give me for 6 months but it’s been 4 days now no response yet. They just want installation charges, unprofessional, fraud, Cheater. Can’t trust what they say so always record their call.
Pathetic Internet, horrible service every day i face some or the other internet problem i have to call and register my complaint everyday and the most annoying thing is its office is hardly 5 mins walking distance from my place but no one visit. I have six months plan but with in two months i am regreting, i want my money refunded.
Most pathetic service. Internet goes down frequently. After lodging a complain, the typical response(and resolution as well) is the issue will be resolved in 24 hrs. In these times when most of the people are working from home, is it possible to wait for 24 hours?
Yesterday I saw some messages on our housing society's whatsapp group - someone from I-On was there to remove old cables. Afternoon(about 4 PM on 10th Feb 2021), the service went down. I've lodged a complaint and called customer care 4 times. 2nd time onwards the pre-recorded message informed me that my complaint was closed! If only they could tell me how?
I've explained every so-called "customer service" representative about the "old" cables being removed. The only response I get is the local team has been informed and they will look into it and I'm being asked to wait for today!
And to top it up, I'm forced to hear a recorded message(long one) telling me that I-On has been rated number 1! Is that a joke to make me feel better? Or are they closing all complaints instantly without any action(the way mine is) and then rating themselves?
We have I-ON since 2018, however, recently for the past 3-4 months it’s service has been deteriorating and the WiFi is down almost every second day. And moreover you cannot call the customer care numbers as they do not exist.
Ion service provider is a hopeless wifi provider. Most of the time there is internet service issue. The worst part is when you send a complain that internet issue exists, they just close the issue without really resolving the issue. You receive phone call from them when the due date for payment comes. Else, they are Mouthshut at all the time.
It's a good interernet service provider company , realy appirciated with their service. I heartly suggest everyone to use thier service

He taken all my ID and requirements 6days now bit after that no work is done. Earlier told he is sending person but now even stopped taking calls or reply messages. I am very disappointed to see how company appoints franchises and what is their ways of doing business. They lost my huge time and
If you dont want mouthshut ratings to go down, remove ion service from your website. The connection is a fraud. No service no response. Just regrets of making the payment
I-on is never on. They have pathetic services. I have 100 mbps connection and many times in a day we can not watch you tube. the speed is less than 5mbps. they are looting people. I hope Jio giga fiber comes in my area very soon. Do not hire I-on they are never on.
The service is pathetic. On 1st day itself service is giving issues. Even after full 24 hours, no service engineer is assigned and when I call the customer care, they give false assurances. Very pathetic service by ION Internet in Navi Mumbai. They even loot people by telling lies about the minimum monthly avaliable plan. I feel lucky that I didn't got fooled by that.
I am using their service for more than 2 years. Initially we had a good experience with the ISP as speed was really good, no internet drops as well as fast customer response. All these usp are vanished now. Customer service is downgraded way lower then the average rated ISPs. We do rate low if response from vendor is delayed. I don't know what to rate if your multiple tickets are closed in 1 month without any visit or any call from the ION representatives. Worst experience ever.
Worst experience, if you have any connection problem then you have to his branch & then you will get complain number & after a days he resolve your connection problem
But never they come on customer care number , even you wail till 20minit on call but they can't come

I have been a customer with ION Internet since 23/03/2018, and was pretty happy but from last 4 months I have been complaining about frequent disconnections and slow internet speed. They have been closing the tickets raised without even calling me or visiting my place to check for the issues. I have visited the office and was told that someone will visit to check for the issues but no one came. I called them again to check and was promised again that someone will visit but surprise surprise, no one visited. I am stuck with them as I need internet for my children and my work but will be cancelling soon as I had enough.

No updates and No resolution, is their service agreement.

I have been using ion internet broadband for long time.But in last few weeks especially in cov 19 time their service has been poor.
Thier ion app is also very problematic.Now to recharge my account iam.not getting any help
Every alternate day, finding internet problem . Now from last three days , there is no internet and due to this my kids are affections their online class.
No one reply to you correctly when you call to their customer care ( ?80-45114500? ) and technician . Worst thing is that their customer care number is not working.
You become hopeless.
I will never recommend for this internet service provider.
