I have been using broaband for more than 10 years and haven't seen any service provider which is more pathetic than GreenISP/Vainavi what ever the name they are calling now.
My sincere advice to any internet users in hyderabad, unless you happy to do 100+ calls and willing to get frustated to get things fixed, you can ignore completely this kind of service provider.
Initially I took this internet connection with 3months package, as sales executive promised me that any disruption in service will be fixed in 30 minutes and has given me a Technician mobile number, to whom I can make calls anytime between 7:30am to 8:30pm and they will get fixed.
Once I had done with the payment, It took more than a week for setting up the connection, despite calling daily to sales executive. Once the connection was setup, it took more than a week to create an user account for login into portal.
And on the second day after creating the account, internet stopped working. Techinician never picked my calls, I would have called atleast 20-30 times to their customer care numbers (040-66227777/66339393). There was not even a single instance which is answered by an executive. There is only IVR voice which keeps repeating that all agents are busy. I have waited for almost 30 miniutes to check if anyone can pick the calls.
Its been a week, since I am following up with the sales executive and no action being taken. Moreover they say that I cannot even change my internet plan or cancel their service until 3months are done. i am not even sure how one company could provide such a pathetic internet connection to its users. I felt like CHEATED and I can do noting about it. I was waiting for 3 months to cancel their services and willing to take different connection in parallel. I actually wanted to give the rating as 0/5. But the minimum is only 1/5 here.
