From last 10 days there is no internet connection in my house nd when I called customer care they said 4 to 5 hrs to reconnect the internet after 3 days when I called again they said for a day nd after 2 days when I called they said I ll gv u number of technician plz talk to him nd tell him to come nd resolve the issue....nd tht person z not responding at ol switched off his cell phone this z how they treat customers plzzzz don't take this connection 0 rating from my side worst experience with these guys third class service

Excitel offers attractive plans at affordable rates, but the speed is not upto the mark. With 300 Mbps plan you will get a download speed of not more than 4 Mbps which is slower than a usual 100 Mbps connection.
My advise, don't fall for their attractive plan. Get a monthly connection to test the actual speed.
Highly unprofessional. They promise for high-speed net connection but steals your money providing a third grade speed of internet. Also, if If you have no other option than taking their connection, then don't pay for the whole year in advance. Pay them monthwise otherwise they are not even going to receive your call for complaints.

This is fraud company... Service is very bad, resolve ur problems in metro city more than 24 hours, anyone plan to uee this company plz skip that and switch to another
They just spending money on advertising only not on services or support the Costumers. . don't take Their service when they come to offer you service they promise so much but after taking the service you will have to file case in consumer court to take any support from them ... Don't go for it better go for AIRTEL or JIOFIBER or Any other ISP ... EXCITEL is Third Class brand... My complain still pending more then 20days no response....
Excitel Boradband Connection in Hyderabad is the way to HELL.
I have opted for prepaid connection and paid for 6months account number 4000135125. From the second day there is no internet. I have raised many complaints and reached out to customer support. But no use.
After 5months I received a call and I am asked for either resolution(not sure why they haven't resolved since past 5months) or termination but no REFUND. I asked for REFUND, where they have cut the call and with in in minutes I received message for collection of Fiber ONU device.
Customer representative is so rude that she don't even understand, what's the issue.
I am not sure, what they want me to do with modem switching on with out internet.
I have ringed to customer support and asked to forward to their superior where I am denied. No office address to reach. I have raised many complaints but no reply.
A POSH WAY TO LOOT MONEY. WORST SERVICE IN HYDERABAD.

Worst experience working in night shift and Work from home with EXCITEL Broadband instead airwire is better
Believe me.. Worst service. 300 mbps is working like 30 mbps only. Believe me.... The only thing I regret in 2023 is available Excitell Broadband service.
If you don't want irritation, depration and buffering then must avoid using this excitel service.
My refund of Rs 2000 is pending from last one year...... whenever I call on customer care number always they take my details and never respond back.... this is not the professionally good for such a bid company ...... infact my areas service provider is also not cooperative very bad experience with the company

I am writing this review after I got frustrated by the customer support and connectivity issue. This is the worst broadband experience I have. Customer care are even closing the tickets raised by me with the resolution to save there SLA
Very bad service not getting response from anyone from last 2 months I'm struggling to resolve my issue a
First of all the 5ghz network works like 2ghz useless... Slow af... Even mobile data is better than this useless service the only thing you can use with this net is absolutely nothing

The customer service is trash... Seems like the company hired dogs and animals for the job... The first thing they said is extra charge even before knowing what the issue is not even fixing it... Customer service plus those ground workers... Those ground workers cut the wire late at night so that they can charge you extra no joke...
Better use mobile data then spending money on this broadband because it's not worth it...
Lastly I hope in the future the company hired human for their employees
Am one of their bajra customers where they promised super services but ended up nothing, their customer support is one if the worst in service industry, less we talk about their net service its better orelse it will raise your Bp levels
Honestly , their price was reasonable and got it installed last year and the internet connection keeps dropping every now and then. We call them and they don't even care they come after a day or two. Their response time is the worst. I suggest not getting it. At least not in Basaveshwarnagar area as the worker here are very irresponsible. I am writingthis
I am shubham, Firstly listen don't go for positive feedback which is done by their friends or relatives forefully as purchase this connection and after using few days only I am getting issue and they do not solve any problem and also call to customer care they hold my call. More than 40 minutes as puting phone another side. Better to use local net but nor excited.
Worst in both customer service as well as internet speed. Never recommend to anybody. It always keeps fluctuating and there is not customer service at all. It's better to go with some other reliable brand but never go with Excitel.
This once device getting disconnected every time

better to to opt for other service providers like Gio or Air tel
Don't waste your money and energy becoz no one listens here. Waste service provider. Don't go for excitel.
This very worst internet i never get liske this i already used Airtel what he claim gives more but this is worst supporting after installation no one will look issue I taken 400 mb connection but I get half or less speed and always they telling that we will understand your issue..but no one give any solution app support also very worst no one looking this i hardly want my money back after 3rd days.they are new kind of theifes...they deny that not refunding my money what ever you do

FUP stands for fair usage policy. It is used by mobile network provides. As per this policy, the mobile network providers set a limit on the usage of internet data and call minutes. It helps prevent the overuse or misuse of services by some users that can interrupt services for other users. In JIO under the Rs 199 plan, Jio has set the voice calling FUP limit to 300 minutes.

Usually “No Internet Access” occurs when Modem (WAN) configuration is not right.Excitel has a very easy way to setup modem configuration.They will send you username & password on your registered numberType 192.168.1.1 in your browser, login page shown screen. Input the provided credentials in the given fields & press Apply.
You can contact with technical team who is there providing you services. They may charge you Rs 100/- for that

You have to connect wifi router not a modem because its a PPPOE and RJ-45 cable connection which needs a Wifi router without modem. Best wifi router with app based controller is TP-Link Archer C20 with usb file sharing (under 2K INR) or Xiaomi Wifi router 3 29$ (purchase from abroad sites) ...these two are giving best quality and range under budget.
