Excitel internet service is good, but there internet plans are disgusting.when customer is new they offer very good plan at low price, but as soon as your subscription is over you will see the higher amount plan, so that they can charge extra from existing customers.


I bought 300 mbps for 3 months which cost me 2360, with no installation cost, now my 3 months are going to over. I want 200mbps plan for a year which is showing in their website 5999 yearly for delhi region, but, what I see in the application is, it is showing 7000 per year for same plan.I complain so many times, talk with customer care why such so, they said this offer only for new customer and whatever offer is showing in your app you have to opt one of them from the list. this is such a unacceptable things,


they have double standard, at the time of installation they offer good plan but after that they charge extra. I will disconnect this connection


attaching evidence of excess amount in application, I wish I could give minus rating to their policy.

I am the most frustrated customer of excitel broadband. My only recommendation is DO NOT buy its services. It is a waste of money and time. Literally, they are cheaters. Because they will promise for a high quality of speed with almost zero down time. B trust me I have lost almost five thousand rupees and impacted my important work. I have been raising the complais in their tool called myexcitel but no kidding without resolving the issue, without visiting customers, even without talking to the customers, they close the ticket. When customer reopens the ticket "turn around time" (TAT) is set to zero it means your ticket is now automatically becomes a new one and again it gives 48 hours time period to acknowledge it.


I have spoken to many many customer care executives, technical team, team lead, manager in Hyderabad and even 2 times in Delhi (considering Delhi is head office) but believe me no help from anyone. All are liars.


Do not take this company's services, even it is free.


Couple of days back, I spoke to so called Nodal Officers, their names are Anupama and Anshika. Explained them about how Excitel cheating their customers. They promised to resolve the issue by next day but no action from their side. I did write follow up emails but no response.


It is almost 105 days I have been struggling to get my issue fixed but NO CALL, NO VISIT and PROBLEM RESOLUTION.


I strongly advise people not to buy the any plan. Spread the information about how Excitel has been cheating customers on all different social media.

Router fees of 2k is not refundable. They ran away with my yearly subscription money. They have disabled my I'd and now I am not able to login into app.


Pathetic service with fraud service manager

I was sold Excitel connection with false package details by area service manager whose name is Akash singh(Mob:858886xxxx). He gave me list of channel which I will be able to see as part of package of 6 months. Once I paid Rs 4500 for the service that area manager become unreachable. He never replied to my texts. There were no channel provided as part of package. Customer care was also not helpful at all.


Excitel network service is also very poor(East delhi, Krishna nagar area). My 300mbps speed network is not giving me more than 50 mbps speed. Internet is also very unstable. every 1 hour there is no internet for 5 mins.

Docket No. #1715272 raised 10 days back. No Restoration till now. For every disconnection, we have to BEG daily for restoration of connectivity. People interested in begging, can choose Excitel connectivity.

I just took a 3 months plan, with rupee 2360..


The installation called free, but when the guy came for installation...


He just gave me router and said this what we called installation you can fit it anywhere you want.. Strange...


And maze ki baat jo wiring karne aye the vo i feel drink karke aye hue the..


No common sense to talk..


And i had problem in my connection next day.. My system not supported internet properly, I called their service person he said sir"shaam tak aunga abhi ghar pe safedi kar raha hu... Ha ha ha.. "


How nonsense...


And he didn't came, after two-three days i call back him. ..


He said I have note down your request " Me shaam tak a jaunga"


Then I continued with my existing ACT ..


Still Excitel person not back..


I complaint on their customer care still not herd anything for support.. Now they text me your plan expiring in three days...


How funny it is.. I lost my 2360 rupee..


I planing to not return their WIFI..


Is it good...? Because I didn't use their service...


Please suggest?

Main July 2022 me excitel ka fiber connection karwaya thaa kyu ki excitel ka employ me mujhe bataya ki agar ap 4000 ka exciel fiber lagwate hai to apko 6 month net free milega to hamne fibre to lagwa liya but 1month me hi recharge khatam ho gaya jab hamne complane kiya to unhone bola ki main jhoot bol Raha ho 6month ka to koi plan hi nhai ata hai fir main usse hatwa ke refund manga to pehle to unhone mujhe 2-3 week uske office me daurayaa or uske baad bola ki apka refund December me aye ga fir jab December me gay to hamesha uska office hi band rahta tha phone karte to excitel ka staff bahut rudely bat karta hai aj to haad hi gay aj usne gali se baat Kiya aj 13 January ho raha hai but abhi tak mere refund nhi aya hai

This is the worst possible service provider for availability of internet connectivity. You may loose conectivity any time and for any period. Your call to local team members will remain unanswered. Its connectivity quqlity is off course good but availability is totaly uncertain. It is most disgusting if you are opting for study and examination purpose. They will not refund you, if you are a prepaid customer, My this experience is for BKT Lucknow.

I got Excitel broadband when I was in Madinaguda. Suddenly I got to get shifted to Beeramguda, so i requested Excitel executive to transfer my internet connection which i used for less than a month. But they said that they don't have any service in Beeramguda. So i disconnected the existing internet connection. From then onwards i was trying to connect with Excitel customer executives regarding my security deposit amount of Rs.2000/-. Nobody responded or gave a proper information but it's been more than 3 months than i didn't get my security deposit amount refunded till now. I'm really vexed-up with the customer support executives of Excitel & ofcourse with the Excitel, without a proper date & time of my security deposit amount to get refunded. It's a No.1 worst internet service providers in Hyderabad, especially. It's better to not to go for it. Most worst experience with this Excitel Broadband internet and worst customer service along with irresponsible helpdesk. No one is bothered about customer's Grievance. They don't have a proper Technical Support too. I never suggest any of friends or anyone to go for this Worst internet provider especially in Hyderabad.


Compared to this, Pioneer and ACT internet service providers are best, especially in Customer Support. They rectify and resolve any issue within minutes or in their TAT (Turn Around Time). I advise or suggest all to go for Pioneer or ACT w.r.to Internet Connection, Speed and Customer Support.

Field support team does not respond and fix simple issues. I do not have internet for 7 days, they close request without confirmation and you begin again from starting point. Never seen such poor broadband provider. Gradually they will loose market share like BSNL.

You will face lot of internet issue


Low speed


Customer care will close your ticket automatically with resolving issue


They dont even think about customer satisfaction


And when you raise a request for withdrawal of excitel they dont even come st your place for device collection or removal of wire

DONT BUY EXCITEL EXTERMILY POOR SERVICE

I called the technician for the installation of new connection he came immediately and asked us to pay before the installation we denied but without the payment the installation would not be processed so we paid for 3 months but after he received the payment no further process was done. It's been two days still no sign of technician. When we tried to reach out the customer care for help even they failed to help us with the installation process. This is the worst experience I have come across. I asked for refund even that they are not doing it. If anyone has any clue of filing a complaint against this nuisance kindly help us. But i totally hate this Excitel Broadband. If they can't provide the service than ita better for us to say NO to this Excitel Service.

Security deposit refund amount not received

I disconnected my connection with Excitel Broadband in August 2022 and the router and adapter have been collected by the Excitel agent on August 27, 2022. On the same day, I received an acknowledgment sms, this is to acknowledge that your Fiber ONU device with account 4000076600 and serial number XPON49426AF0. Its 4 months now and I have not received the refund of Rs. 2000 yet. I have raised multiple cases in app as well as I have been calling customer care with no response. Today, when I call customer care, they are saying Rs. 1000 cash has been handed over to me. I have not received any amount and I am expected to receive Rs. 2000. I am really very frustrated and upset with the service provided by Exceitel Broadband. I am waiting for my money from past 4 months. I need an immediate resolution now. I am really disturbed due to this agony.

I have taken new connection with which they promised me to provide new router with connection but they have given me old and used router which is not working properly and nobody is responding to my complaint since long time and the guy who came for installation was very rude too. Can somebody help me how to solve this issue
