Worst company. Give fake commitments. Network is not good lagging. I having 300mbps plan but it's not good.

Excitel company ek chor company hai yha koi sunne vala nhi hai maine 5 April 23 ko shifting ki request Dali thi abhi tak koi solution nahi Mila hai kya koi bta sakta hai ki ab kya kra Jaye ya fir police me complaint letter dala Jaye .

Keeps Disconnecting frequently, Most Unreliable network, Doesn't work in the rain or monsoons, customer care is not bothered to fix the issue, and you will not have a stable network.even if the network seems stable there will be packet loss.

Once you pay them the money.you lose, you're a loser.your frustration experience begins as the connection is then Ram Bharose.and Customer care will do nothing to make it up to you

The internet worked well and the service was good in the initial days. But lately they have started delaying their services. Internet disruptions are very frequent. At the last when I terminated my connection, they are refusing to pay my security deposit back. It's being 6 months now and still they don't have a clue when will I get the deposit back. In my opinion, don't go for Excitel for this very reason, YOU WON'T GET YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK!

This is my 3rd day of the connection, speed never goes above 250 mbps on a plan of 400

1. Worst customer service: Even if you share the issue and screenshots, the agent will still ask how may I help you, such unprofessional approach

   
   




2. When you will raise a chat they will suggest you to call

   
   




3. They will ask you to turn off and on and then check the speed, which works for the time being, however the main issue of speed keeps coming back

   
   




4. One of the agent with whom I was talking over chat, was highly unprofessional, few reasons are stated above, one was left which is, he chose to not reply to few of my questions, I mean completely ignored

   
   

I don't know whether I should be saying this or not but Excitel's(South Delhi) service is worst than that of ACT broadband

First they will display high charges for one months subscription along with modem charges, and after choosing the cheaper plan of 3 months and free modem, they will hive you their worst service and behavior, and you will remain stuck for next three months

The harassments still continues and have grown multi fold. Today, 18/4, I am getting no internet error

I got a connect with deposit amount of 2k after I surrender of modem i dint get my amount still now i was handover the modem in the month October 2022 today is April 15th 2023

Still they are saying wait for may 8th what kind of services is this fake n false commitments please i sincerely request you to all dont go with this bullshit company its fraud

Don't take services from this provider. It's been 3 days i made payment but installation is not done yet when calling to customer care they are simply transferring back calls to other states ...cheap services waste provider pay little extra and go for ACT

My internet was not working today morning, called on customer care service. He told me its takes up to 48 hrs. to resolved, but will try to do it ASAP. and my problem resolved within 2 hrs. Thanks to Ashutosh Tiwari(emp id ebnd03694) who visit my home and changed the required device.

The company backed out to pay security amount , taken at the time of installation of connection. Then asked more money to convert the normal connection to optical fibre, they started erupting the connection and network connectivity , no one listen to complaints raised. The worst connection ever, highly unprofessional staff. Not recommended.

This is the most pathetic internet service provider I used. from 1st day only problem started. connection was just for 1 hr and rest of the day no internet. I took 200 mbps plan in bangalore but actual speed comes is 3 mbps download and 1 mbps upload. everyday u need to raise a complain and go through pathetic service experience. dont get fooled by paid good reviews

Once the installation is done I have paid to 3 months plan 300mbps in HSR Layout . But in just 2, 3 days the speed is get reduced and when I raised complaint nobody came to resolve the speed issue . Not providing assistance if network is gone or not getting proper speed. I have tried many time to reach out the representative but nobody responded back to solve the issue . Frustrated. Not going to continue after this current plan ends .. don't go for excited.. bad service.

Worstest pathetic service i have seen. Connection dropout so many times in a day. Still I requested for connection shifting to my other rented apartment which is around 300 mtrs as i have paid for 6 months. We have requested on 22nd Mar and its 8th Apr till now they are just giving lame excuses . We are 4 people working from home and you can imagine how difficult it is to work on hotspot as, we all are in IT industry. I would suggest to pls don't take any connection in future from Exictel.

Agar apka plan sirf single system ke liye hai to saaf saaf likho ki humara plan sirf ek system ke liye hai. ek se do port use kartey hi speed gadhey ki gxxd mai ghus jati hai. purey saal ka prepaid package le kar baith gaya 300 mbps ka magar speed aesi gandi hai. lagta hai inkey setup ko aag laga doon khambey pey. but aur logon ka khayal aajata hai. chxxxya bananey ka business kyu kartey ho.

Worst experience with excitel fiber.. internet speed is not good. I took 300 Mbps plan but I will get only 75 to 80 mbps.. they said after did payment installation will done within one day but In case took 3 days... Installation guy is not good after installation done he asking extra payment... So, don't take Excitel fiber...

I have never seen such a pathetic customer service. I took a plan for 200 mbs my connection dropped in every hour broadband speed I never seen more then 10 to 20 mbs. I had disconnected my connection in September 2022 and I haven't received my security money. I called multiple time they put my call on hold and after three to four minutes automatically your call disconnected.

I would request don't take connection other wise you loose your money and time
