Last week I have show my interest then after I have received call from head office and purchase one year plan in 6000/- but in Varanasi team come and demand 7100/- they told that it was wire and installation cast after that today installation team told that I hv to paid 7600/- rs because wire cast added more and we have to give services. Further they told that head office and sales team do not know exact cast. I was surprised that this first company where head office staff do not know that what will be cast incurred in installation. I have refused to give extra money.

Cheapest and not satisfied ??.after submit there router .i did not get my refundable security amount after 7 month also. I think cheater excitel .my suggestion is for costumers is that.....be avoid excitel.worse worse and only worse....
The speed is really very bad in my 300mbps plan I am getting only 140-160mbps in 5G and 30-40mbps in 2.4G.
Also their customer service is really bad, neither they assist properly nor they talk properly, they just raised the ticket every time you call them, which automatically gets resolved after in few hours.
Just avoid buying there plan or else get ready to torture/irritate yourself in between your work.
Very poor speed of internet , and after I terminated my Excitel broadband I didn’t get any refund , which I deposited during connection even after more than 90 days , I contacted their customer care but they not responded well and my refund is not proceed.
Very worst service in Gurgaon I have connection which is not working last 7 days. No response from customer care. They don't have any time lime of resolution
Worst service please don't buy this plan poor service I have raised complaint before 48 hours but no response
August 2022 me connection hataya tha maine, router and all submit Kara Diya tha, aur ab ek saal hone wala hai, ab Tak deposit amount refund nahi hua, jab bhi call Karo bolte hain senior se baat karke jaldi payment refund Kara denge..jab connection lagwana hi to aage piche ghumte hain, baad me koi matlab nahi...
I have used excitel for some time ..once of the wort customer serice they have and the speed what they promise you will never get.
Frequently u will face disconnected and speed issue and their team is not capable to fix the issues
Once i have raised a ticket for speed issue aftee 19 days also no one has responded
I strongly recomend not even think and dare to take this broadband service. You will suffer a lot and endup paying money.
Please try to inform ur friends and families as well dont even keep an excitel as an option.
Excitel broadband is a good internet provider & but there cost i think it's to high comparison to other brands
Connection connect and disconnect in sec and when I call customer care I have wait for an half and hour to talk. Customer executive alway say sorry and don't resolve any issue and last time I had called them they put me on hold for long time and didn't answer . Very poor broadband connection.
In December 2022, I purchase this connection. In the past six months, I have experienced numerous instances with no internet, and each time, service has let me down. I last complained on May 31, 2023, and 32 days later, no technician has called or responded. I am not recommending this to anyone.

Really ! customer care executive told me they are having server internet problem in there office seriously the company who provides internet they only having issue
I have applied for connection shifting as I had shift to another location within 1.5 km . It's already been 10 -12 days and solution got from their side and I am still waiting for the connection shifting.If i contact to the customer support and always tell that we will update to take action urgently to solve your issue and outcome is no result. I can say I have really bad experience with Myexcitel service .

Terrible service. Horrible customer service, unprofessional employees. They all need is your money . They don't care for their customers. It's been months my problem is not solved, everyday I am calling texting but no response at all..no one from their ground team visit to check. When call they will only say sorry hundred times.. when request to speak to senior executive they will hold you on call for more then hours and no response from any senior executive . There was no service from excitel for more then a month when I asked them to give me wifi service for those days . They only gave me 2 days extended service. I paid for 30 days for no service and got only 2days extended service.. Horrible!!
Isse ghatiya sarvice nhi hai kisi ki bhi bhout kharab sarvise hai paise barbad hai. One day connection and two hours hi chala hai bas itni bekar sarvice hai in
This network is very very bad just because every second day low connectivity and customer care very careless no response every time he ask our line issued so I suggest don't waste your money it's poor
I have been getting the worst and pathetic service. had raised the issues of no connectivity the issue was opened even after 2 days with no fix and after multiple followup with technical team and supervisor team.
earlier had 1 issue for router not powering on which was not fixed for more than a week and lated they closed and again I called them they said we will resolve it in 48 hours but no call and follow up from them and the customer service is wort they put my call on hold after saying we are transferring your call to our senior
worst then worst service. i would rate them in minus ratings

FUP stands for fair usage policy. It is used by mobile network provides. As per this policy, the mobile network providers set a limit on the usage of internet data and call minutes. It helps prevent the overuse or misuse of services by some users that can interrupt services for other users. In JIO under the Rs 199 plan, Jio has set the voice calling FUP limit to 300 minutes.

Usually “No Internet Access” occurs when Modem (WAN) configuration is not right.Excitel has a very easy way to setup modem configuration.They will send you username & password on your registered numberType 192.168.1.1 in your browser, login page shown screen. Input the provided credentials in the given fields & press Apply.
You can contact with technical team who is there providing you services. They may charge you Rs 100/- for that

You have to connect wifi router not a modem because its a PPPOE and RJ-45 cable connection which needs a Wifi router without modem. Best wifi router with app based controller is TP-Link Archer C20 with usb file sharing (under 2K INR) or Xiaomi Wifi router 3 29$ (purchase from abroad sites) ...these two are giving best quality and range under budget.
