I recently subscribed to Excitel Broadband with high hopes for a seamless internet experience along with their promised OTT services. However, my experience with their customer service has been nothing short of a nightmare. It has been 17 days since I raised my first ticket, and to my dismay, the issue remains unresolved. Their customer care team's unresponsiveness and lack of accountability have left me extremely dissatisfied.
Customer Care Failures:
From the moment I raised my complaint, the customer care representatives have failed to respond appropriately. Instead of taking prompt action, they merely assure me that they will get back to me, which never happens. The lack of communication and disregard for my concerns is appalling and unacceptable.
Broken OTT Promise:
