I took 400 mbps plan . From very first day I was getting only 100 mbps . Contacted the support many times, emailed their support and other higher authorities but got no response . Issue is still there .So do not go for excitel broadband as their internet services and customer support BOTH ARE USELESS .

Worst Service Ever.. Firstly they take 2K as security Deposit then will take those refund back with them they took 90+ days and counting... to refund it's been 110 days but they have not refunded yet. Their supervisor won't take any responsibility to get your issue resolved. They disconnected my Excitel login so that I can't followup on the issue tickets. They never replied to your mails. Even they don't acknowledge them. Zero tolerance services....
I got the connection for 3 months and using it from past 45days. Connection gets interrupted at-least 10 times in a day. Raised complaint and it has been 4 days and no one responded till now. I suggest not to go with this network.

These guys are looters. First they will attract you with good plans. And once the plan expires the same plan will cost you at 3x to 4x higher price.
They wrapped up their service from one of the crowded area of navi mumbai and ran away without paying deposite amounts of the customers. Their mobile app stopped working after that. Handed over their service to some another agency which clearly refuses to refund the deposit amount of customers.

Customer service of Excitel Broadband in kanpur is very bad, connectivity frequently disbursed, last two days I am facing No connectivity & complaint for the same but they have not even bothered at all.
Bhut hi ghatiya response hai or speed 200 batate hai net speed bhut hi kharab hai. Mujhe 3 month hue hai lavae hue but speed 60 bhi nhi ati hai mai transfer ke lie complain Dali vo bhi kaam nhi hua customer care me call karo to hold me daalne ke baad 15-20 min wait karte hai fir call disconnect ho jata hai. 7 days se zada ho gya connection transfer ke lie but abhi tk koi response nhi aya hai
I have this connection for the past two months. Every five to six days my internet connection is lost. My complaint is politely registered and am always informed that there is a major technical issue which is global and likely to be resolved within four hours (on the phone) and within 24 hours (by message). EXCITEL is apologetic and has even given me five extra days over and above my plan for the inconvenience experienced by me. What EXCITEL cannot address is the regular breakdown of its service. Not only is my work affected, my security disrupted, my tv shut off but also my heart device (which is connected to the internet) is disconnected. This is despite my threat to EXCITEL that in case I suffer a medical mishap due to disconnection of internet I will take them to the court. My sincere advice to anybody planning to purchase a plan from EXCITEL is to refrain and approach another service provider.
Such worst company I have ever seen. at the time of purchasing they told me that the ott will be for 1 year. after purchasing they are saying that those were just for 1 month. Fraud looter scammer
I have used excitel services for a year, internet speed is pathetic, they took security money 2000 which they did not refund after decommissioning the connection. 3 month over but still did not get the refund, there help and support is pathetic, I did not get any response from them on my refund. I would reccomend to not to go with Excitel services.

Please don't go with excitel services service is very poor and even we raise Ticket they will not react on that and will close the Ticket .Technicians are very worst they don't respond once amount we pay ...
Excitel broadband is a worst broadband service in india low connectivity no response to customer care service please don't use this type of broadband service.
We have canceled the service within 8 days of installation but after that also I am getting 40 to 50 calls from IVR it is so unprofessional company that after telling to disconnect the service they are still calling . If anyone wants 50 random calls then go for sick worst company .

I am facing no internet connection from past 4 days.They haven’t resolved and not even telling by when they will resolved it.
If you are professional. I will recommend Not to go with Excitel else you will face problem.
I will give one star to it.

It helps prevent the overuse or misuse of services by some users that can interrupt services for other users. In JIO under the Rs 199 plan, Jio has set the voice calling FUP limit to 300 minutes.

Usually “No Internet Access” occurs when Modem (WAN) configuration is not right.Excitel has a very easy way to setup modem configuration.They will send you username & password on your registered numberType 192.168.1.1 in your browser, login page shown screen. Input the provided credentials in the given fields & press Apply.
You can contact with technical team who is there providing you services. They may charge you Rs 100/- for that

You have to connect wifi router not a modem because its a PPPOE and RJ-45 cable connection which needs a Wifi router without modem. Best wifi router with app based controller is TP-Link Archer C20 with usb file sharing (under 2K INR) or Xiaomi Wifi router 3 29$ (purchase from abroad sites) ...these two are giving best quality and range under budget.
