I bought my dlink DWR710 Le petit router in mid octobor,I couldn't use it in power socket at all, one day i found that i have to plug it in my laptop, due to this i had to keep my laptop turned on 24/7,still i was facing issue in connecting wifi to my mobile.Whenever i tried to connect my device it saves the already saved connection,i called customer care for support,They picked up the call and as soon i finished my statement about my problem,they disconnected the call,Once again i called the customer care,this time they advised me to change cipher type,SSID key, passkey,Channel mode, encryption type (In short they asked me to change everything possible and to reset,reboot,plugin and plugout),It all in vain,then they asked me to send it to the service center (Which is not in my city),till now it was ok to tolerate all these things because it might be a part of technical error, and they have setup a team to handle all such issue.
After two days i came to know that it was a faulty device, they asked me that they will change the device as the device they were not able to repair it. They handed me a Refurbished device,it was pretty old in it's look.
After receiving the new device i was facing the same issue, i could't use it in socket (using adapter),again i had to plug it in my laptop,for those days it was working fine using my laptop (for about 15 days, i my laptop was turned on 24/7).
Again i thought to contact customer care,Finally they picked up the call and i told the whole case to them,Now again they asked me to change all of my configuration, but it didn't worked,i called once again, now another service assistant picked up the call and asked me to upgrade the firmware,i upgraded the firmware,but again all in vain.
once again i called the customer executive, a lady picked up the call, as soon as i addressed my problem to her, she disconnected my call without solving the issue,i again called the customer care, now they are telling me that they can't help me with this.
