Ant Broadband

For past 3 days there is an outage in the broadband service. Still it is not recovered. They simply put a IVR voice in their support channel. There is no response in all their support channels.

I was having no idea that such circumstance may come where these guys does not have disaster plan in place which caused outrage for so many days and now no body is there to respond quickly.

Been an user for 2 years, the quality of their services has hit the rock bottom now, the customer service representatives has no knowledge and for any outage, they quote it as fiber cut , even if it affects only one user. They apparently don't have any back up circuits and they expect customers to put up with the inconvenience caused by them. So moving to Airtel from this cheap service.

Excellent broadband and telephone service. I am using more than 3 years. Excellent speed and Service. They are providing telephone connection along with Broadband connection. I am planning to take DTH connection from ANT.

Fibre to the Home with  ANT BROADBAND .finally after all the years I have had internet I get a provider who is sensational its just to easy best customer service and support Thanks Guys you are the best no more  call centres.

Local support staff are easy to reach and extremely helpful! We have never had any issues intact they gave us some really good advice to speed up our internet.

The internet goes down very often. Their support is not responsive and disconnects the call during the downtime.

I highly don't recommend going for ANT if you are based near Belathur, Kadugodi.

If you are looking for a reliable connection for your home, please look elsewhere. I have suffered from using ANT big time.

Very good internet service provider in Kadugodi. I am really getting good speed and good service, if any one wants to get internet connection. I suggest you please go for ANT BROADBAND.

As I am Arjuna staying at Whitefield from years they are providing a best service which I have never got from others and the speed I will get exactly what I have taken and the way customer handling is very professional.

I saw so many 5 point reviews for ANT Broadband in Google that, I became suspicious and I decided to check here in Mouthshut.

I noticed a pattern.

1.All 5 point reviews are from people who have opened a mouthshut account, just to post one review, that is on ANT Broadband.

2.All reviews negative reviews are from people who have been using Mouthshut from quite a while and have posted review for other stuff as well.

3.Out of 13 reviews, 2 are bad reviews, rest of the 11 reviews are posted between Feb17-Feb26.

So why people who have claimed to use the braodband from past 3 years.All of then suddenly felt like posting a review?

Only the 2 negative reviews are posted in October and November.

4.Out of the 11 profiles, that have given 5 star-rating all joined mouth-shut on the same day, on which they reviewed ANT boardband.

5.And lastly review pattern of all the 5 star reviews are of same style.

So, sorry "ANT Broadband" I don't trust you.Fool someone else.And sorry about the rating.I didn't want to rate your service, without using it.But I'm not feeling very bad also, as I feel you guys were trying to cheat people.

Excellent service from ant broadband and the service is far better compared to big players like airtel and act, the youth team works hard to keep the connection up all the time. Best isp when used in kadugodi area hope the service continues and keep up the good work team. All the Best.Speed is also as assured.The connection will be up all he time amd also ant is also a power bac up network if power goes internet will work without any issues.

ANT is a very nice and trustworthy broadband. I have been using it from past 6 months and I have no issue with the speed.

The broadband provides a very nice download and upload speed with a fabulous FUP. The amazing part is that these are all available at a price which is not too high. The installation charges are 500RS only. There are many exciting offers for six months plans, go for it and enjoy the high speed internet connection.

Earlier I was staying in Belathur where I was using ANT Broadband I had a great Broadband experience from them.nw I hv moved to other part of the Bangalore n used other Broadband connection I wasn't happy with service.so I would like to have ANT Broadband service in my place(KR puram).The technical support of ANT is very good so if ur staying in that area pls choose Ant without any second thought.

2. Internet speed is exactly same as what your plan says. If the plan says 15MBPS you will get 15MBPS without any compromise

   
   




3. and most importantly - Their technical SUPPORT for any kind of issues is AMAZING, Very Very Good - This is one thing that has dazzled me and this is the main reason why I am recommending "ANT Broadband" to be the Broadband Service provider

Let me say few more words regarding the quality of SUPPORT that they provide:

Technical faults are unavoidable, they would happen no matter how good technology you have. What matters is the kind of after support that you get once you have any kind of technical faults and this is where "ANT Broadband" is the VERY BEST. Every time there is any broadband issue, SUPPORT team would immediately arrive to fix it.

Once at night 10PM due to bad weather condition we had Broadband problem(fiber cable fault) in our existing apartment . We informed ANT technical support team about the same. Their technical team didn't even take 5min to arrive and fix the issue even at night 10PM.

I have had experiences of other broadband service providers(including airtel) in my past and was very frustrated with their pathetic technical support. For any issues they would take weeks to send someone and look into the issues that too after tons of complains and followups.

But with "ANT Broadband" I have always got immediate SUPPORT and FIX for any kind of issue s
