Alliance Broadband

Alliance broadband is not big name in broadband service provider. but I perchased it . I liked their plan but I was fool. I perchsed plan of 1 mb per second but I did not get speed of 1 mb per second so I did not like it and it takes too much time for internet acess . after turning on router and modem it take twenty minute to acess in internet that will bore you . so everytime for acess you have to wait for half an hours that is main reason for negative review.

I am a customer of ALLIANCE broadband and I must say I am a very satisfied user. As my title suggests, ALLIANCE is indeed made for those who can rely upon it. When it comes to ALLIANCE, a connection is just a phone call away. The internet guys came to my house and wired the connection in a jiffy and bingo! I started using the next day itself. Now that's called service. I am using a digisol router as I have three electronic devices. Now coming to the speed, i am using a 500/- plan with a download speed of 1 mbps at daytime and 2mbps at night. I can say that speed is excellent and not erratic.Even at peak times of the day the speed is too good. But yes there are internet outages every week which is a sort of a dampener for an internet freak like me.Also customer service is the best;the guys are ready to help at every beck and call. Nevertheless ALLIANCE is a boon for crazy netizens.

Alliance brodband speed is very high.no time of connection drop that is good internet service provider or this brodband customer care responsibility very good and useful nice service provider but one thing is very bad this service provider so thats is brodband recharge price too high to than other brodband service provider.alliance lower reacharge rate is kolkata circle 499 plus 14.5% vat is too high rate.or this recharge starter or starter recharge network bandith 1 mbps or peering speed 8 mbps.same rechrge if u other brodband reacharge doing thats price lower than to alliance brodband or not a bigger change u see.this matter I dont like alliance brodband but otherwise thats very good network provider I like this provider.and currently am use it.

HIS DOWNLOADING CAPACITY IS VERY SPEED I ALREADY TRY IT AND ALSO USE IT PRESENT, TILL NOW I SAW HIS DOWNLOADING SPEED UP TO 3-5 MB PER SECOND AND BROWSING SPEED IS ALSO IN ONE CLICK WITH IN 1 OR 1/2 SECOND.

ALLIANCE BROADBAND ISP AND NETWORK IS VERY HIGH, NEVER LOW OR CUT HIS NETWORK IN ANY SEASON LIKE RAINY OR IN STORM, I SAY TO YOU IF YOU WANT TO INTERNET ACCESS OR IF YOU ARE WANT TO TAKE A INTERNET CONNECTION AT YOUR HOME OR OFFICE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CLOSE YOUR EYE AND TAKE ALLIANCE BROADBAND CONNECTION BECAUSE YOU ARE AT RIGHT PLACE IN YOUR FIELD, SO I SAY ALL OF YOU ALLIANCE BROADBAND ISP IS VERY VERY GOOD AND ALSO HIGH SPEED OF DOWNLOADING.

FROM WHEN EVER I TAKE A CONNECTION OF ALLIANCE BROADBAND I NEVER FOUND ANY PROBLEM FROM ISP(INTERNET SERVICE).

There are many unlimited plans requirement wise and separately some limited plans. 24 ours support, high speed broadband with extra speed in night hours. Unlimited downloads with no online video or gaming buffering. Fully satisfied in this budget with Alliance.

This is one of the best service provider in westbengal. Though I tried a lot to have a connection at my home in durgapur, they took 15 days to revert back. I called them 4 times for a new connection. I had to go for another connection. But my experience was good with this networking.

I use the network and it is pretty good. I have been using the network for almost 6months. I use the PRIME+ pack which gives 1.5MBPS which is good enough for home usage. It gives upto 4MBPS during night hours. I have experienced network issues many a times but customer care service is pretty awesome. They resolve the issue within a few minutes. I use Youtube a lot, it never buffers so its pretty cool. At about Rs750/months it is a good deal. Unlike many other networks Alliance Broadband is very widely available so no issues with availability.

I am using allince from last two months. before allience I used pmpl broadband, bsnl broadband, so I experiened lots . I was not stisfied with those but after cooming to allience I am happy . the speed is impressive . I have subscribe RS-500/- pack which adding 15% tax I have to payRS- 575/-. I got around 800 kpbs speed general ever more sometime. in toutube 480byte vedios did not buffer at all.i visited multiple site once and if the watch youtube, still it did not buffer. their customer service good. if doing a form fill up in their office they gave me connection in one day and if face any problem they came as soon as posible to solve that . they took my monthly payment from home .they inform before I day before the expairy date and took the payment from methus I can surve internet continuously . I am sticfied with their service

Support very good and quick, I have wrong package from my current operator then I call alliance support they upgrade my package after these days( after 12 AM).

Very helpful for me.good speed and reliable service at low cost.in torbox peering are very good and web caching also very.if you are a downloader or youtuber then go for alliance.

Alliance broadband provides withthe best and cheapest unlimited internet usage plans in kolkata . I have been using it from 5 months and I have recieved pretty good speed in internet uasage but the consa re that the reliability of the internet as during night times it doesnt connect and the service providing company are really slow so I have to directly call up the customer care of the comapny and they dont answer phone .so we have to keep on re-dial till they pick up so we can inform them about our issue then it gets resolved withing hours. I hate the customer service as they are not caring about their own company's goodwill. Apart from the mess the internet is amazing as we get around 3.15mbps download speed and rest is at 3G speed which is not bad and upto 4 devices at one time can use the net properly! so I am satisfied with the internet but not witht he customer service as they neglect their duties!

I use alliance broadband from 2013. Alliance broadband top ISP in West Bengal as per customer base. However, Some problem I faced since 3 years, those are

1) Several Outage

2) When connection down, never alliance toll free number respond

3) Local operator behaviour very rough

Now pros of connection -

1) Stability better than any ISP in KOLKATA

2) Speed fluctuation rate less than 1%

3) Caching and peered content is high

4) Advance technology

5) Google Global caching(Youtube, Playstore peer)

6) Partner of Extreme peering(Get full of service of Torbox)

The one and only problem that I have faced in alliance ISP is there is no option for online payment. But other then that it is the best isp I have used as it gives me a seamless internet coverge. the peer to peer download speed ranges from 1-1.2 mbps and the youtube streaming is buffer less even for HD quality videos. The internet cost is a bit on the higher side it costs 570 for the minimum package but I would say it is worth it.

The main problems of this broadband is

1. the lowest package is 575, which is too high for single user.

2.Torrent speed is restricted you never get more than 1 mbps ever

3 Customer support is too lazy and take time for solving any issue

1. Severely got some connectivity issue

   
   




2. You have to call the customer care every time you want to connect a new device which is too bad. even you want to go back your old one you have to take a permission from them for that which is pretty bad.

I dont love this allince broadband internet.i am using alliance broadband internet from last 5 months.

Their service is not friendly and their package is not too good.now I am use lowest package of alliance broadband internet at 575/-.its download plan 1MB p/s.but many time their internet connection is fault for 2-3 minutes.

Also when I face some problems they take too many times for solve that problem.

Many time their internet speed gone too slow for few hours.but wishnet internet connection broadband give better service than alliance broadband internet.but our local area only have alliance broadband internet.

Also their customer service is not good.one day when I call their customer service number they misbehave with me.their service is not too good.

I do not suggest this broadband internet service.

Alliance Broadband best Service provider at Basirhat. I m using till 6th month. no problem. Service very good. Actually All broadband service base by local cable opareter. Speed very good. now package price Rs - 620(800kbps). at night 12A.M - 9A.M(1.5mbps). Torrent Downloading Speed 800kbps to 1.2mbps. its very good connection. bcoz. All download 1mbps. seed no problem. if seed 0. download speed same 800kbps. normal downloading speed 70kbps to 120kbps.

After buying the new laptop I used alliance broadband from the last couple of months .after using 1-2 months it creating problems in connection and all over.

After complaining to the customer care they excuse that the current connection is off or the weather is not so good. It feels like bad to me .other broadband connection runs freely.

My friends using other broadband services and they never face any problem .every day my net connection gone at least once in the whole day. Which is very disappointing to me.and also they provided very slow internet connection. Which is totally very bad to me. I never recommend anyone to use this broadband service.
