We are a long time customer of airtel broadband and we were staying at chromepet Chennai. Couple of months back we shifted our house near thoraipakkam and also shifted our airtel connection. But here we were getting a speed of around 2 mbps which is not enough for us so we canceled our connection. The customer care reps called us to pay one month internet fare of 1600 and also a shifting charges of 300. We have already paid the shifting charges so I told them that and they said then you can pay only the outstanding amount and not the shifting charges. A month later we received a message to pay 300+53 as a penalty for not paying the shifting charge. When we ask the customer care they said one line on and on and on like a robot which is You haven't paid the charge please pay. No matter how much we spoke to them they said this same line. Finally we paid it, 353 is not a big deal but it's kind of cheap cheating right.


For people who are shifting to a new place please check whether airtel is good in the area or not cuz it sucks at many places. Cancel the connection before shifting else you will also pay extra money like us. When you are canceling the connection ensure you have your customer account number or what ever the thing called cuz without that they will not cancel it. We didn't have that number with us so we searched it and we called those cheaters again for cancelation

My Name is Ekta Gupta. I am Scientist(Gazetted) in Secretariat Jaipur. Recently I have applied for Airtel Broadband with my name at my home.


When I called person for applying the new connection. Person with the name of "Sawan - 9928996666 " came immediately within 5 minutes to do this. He took all the charges fees at that time only and ensured me to get it done on next day.


Next day I called him, He sent me technician person phone no. When I called that person, he gave me another technician person no, when I called this person, he again sent me another technician person no.


Firstly this type of circle, which you are providing, is ridiculous. just making suffer customer care.


When I talked last person(Name - Mandawar- 9358960954) he was about to come on 6 PM on Friday. but he said because of cold, I cant make it, I will surely come next day till 9 am.


Due to humanity, I accepted this.


Next day On Saturday I again called him at 9 am as he was not there till . I have to leave office. He said I am coming in half an hour, again I called after half an hour, he said I am coming in half an hour,


finally he came at 11.30 am. which is again shows non- professionalism. just making suffer customer. because of this, I have to apply half day off at my workplace due to Airtel.


He started work but he is non-technician and non-professional again. he was not able to handle my all three connection 1- broadband, 2- intercom 3- TV Connection.


He said I am not able to do this, I will come again to get it fixed or u get it fixed by your electrician. I just started my broadband, and off my tv and intercom.


I have called my electrician, he took 200 rs from me to bypass the pipes and rest work need to do by manawar ji.


From That day I contiiously calling your three person - 1- Sawan- 9928996666 2- Madawar- 9358960954 3- Vinnet - 7982287608 to get it fixed but they say "aaj ho jaega" but no one came till date. My whole family is suffering because of non- availability of tv and intercom.


Airtel is faulty and My family have to suffer with.


When Airtel don't have features like "Commitment, Professionalism" then why you are in market. Just making fool customers. Customers are calling again and again, no one is replying, no one is doing work, When need to apply, you person came within 5 minutes and now its been 5 days, no one is coming to fixed the issues, which are created by Airtel Person, infact I have to pay 200 more to get it


I was previously on Airtel Mobile postpaid, because of your this behavior I have converted in Vodafon. Again you proved the same.


Infact, in my offices, Because of your this type of behavior, I am going to remove airtel broad from each of my tehsil and district which is under going through Airtel Broad band. Because when you are not able to handle one connection of mine, how you will handle 314 tehsils issue. 314 tehsils will make you call, again you will not respond to their calls. I am ensuring you that I will do this.


So Refund my whole money+200 rs and take off Airtel broadband, On my TV Connection. I dont need Airtel and their type kind of ridiculous behavior.


One more thing, Look of these 3 persons in your office- which are not working properly. 1- Sawan- 9928996666 2- Madawar- 9358960954 3- Vinnet - 7982287608

I have been using the Airtel V-Fiber Broadband Service for the past 2 months in Bangalore. The speed is consistent and good.


The technical staff is very helpful in case of support. Issues get resolved pretty quickly.

There is a reason why I add my location because connection and service quality seems to change from location to location.


Having said that, I am happy to say that I am using Airtel Broadband 40 MBPS VDSL for over 2 years not and I am very satisfied with it, except for very few occasions.


Whenever I raised a complaint, the rep usually visits my house on the same day, sometimes within a few hours. The Price may not be competitive, but I work from home most days and I want reliable connections with little to no downtime, and Airtel has not disappointed me so far.

You can score very good mark in your exams , because u never waste of time , here in Internet


If you plan to watch a movie , it renders every minute and at one point you decide not to watch , if you are a game addict (those who play DOTA, pubg, etc)I suggest you to buy as the game you wish would never open and you will never play games again . Only thing you can do is use WhatsApp , Instagram , Facebook etc other than that u can’t use this for anything. Pay 1000 bucks just for these Mobile apps . It’s totally waste of money .And addition to it they give free local/STDlandline which is included in the plan , but I’m sure you would never use it .

Airtel is one of the oldest network, everyone knows that it is the widest network in India.


Airtel, after Jio effect has reduced the prices of it's plans but before that they were just so expensive.


After Jio Airtel is giving so many free services like Airtel TV, Wynk music and many more but these services are not very good.


Airtel gives the best speed in India as I experienced, it may vary in other areas.


You will get fewer problems of call drop than other networks.


If you want only speed then Airtel is the best service provider right now but in terms of other services Jio gives the best.


So chose wisely.

I would like to bring the following incident to the notice of Airtel


I received a call from+91 11 40818450 on 15 Sep 2018 at 3.11 PM to my mobile+ 97108 xxxxx. The person who spoke, introduced himself as a representative of Airtel. He was talking in Tamil. However his voice was inaudible and I said "pardon" . In response he started singing the song "Katti pudi katti pudidaa". When I asked him what was going on, he stated that I told him to sing and that's why he was singing a song for me. I have always thought Airtel is a professionally managed company and employs quality people. But the person who spoke to me proved he is an idiot and he thinks that his stupid behavior will be appreciated by the customers of Airtel. Needless to say that how irritated and angry I was and now I have enough reason for not subscribing to the Broadband service of Airtel.


Airtel must seriously investigate this complaint and listen to the recording of the above conversation, so that the management will know the quality of the person Airtel has employed.

Cheap plans

Airtel have some cheap plan starting from 299. I am using 599 plan that comes with 50gb of internet and unlimited local and std calls all over India.After 50gb it comes down to 1 mbps . The plan I am using has 8mbps of downloading speed and aroubd 2mbps of upload you will bot have any issues watching youtuber or other thing. I think airtel is the only company in India who is providing these cheap plans. I dont have any issues with the service also if you will call in morning th officer will come the same day to solve it .


They provide free router to the customers. Plans starts from 299 and ends with 1400 rupees. If you going to take the service fot the first time thay will say we have only one plan that is 1099. I have choosen 1099 plan afterwards I came to kniw from other customes that the plans also starts from 299. I have called customer care and I directly said that I want cut my line then they gave me good offers and I have changw my plan.


Overall my experience with airtel is very good and they provide some excellent cheap plans with unlimited local and std calls all over India

We've bought Airtel v-fiber broadband for our company yesterday(29th july 2018) morning 10 AM. According to the service provider, the internet should have been activated by yesterday noon. Till now, no one has made a call to us regarding the verification of this device. Yet, they send us a text message saying they were not able to connect to us and to make a call back to a particular number. We made several calls to that number, but no one picked up. Then, we sent a text message to that number stating the issue. We received a call then and asked us to wait untill their customer executive call us yesterday itself . Till now, no one has made a call to us and they are not picking up when we are making a call as well. We are not able to use the connection yet. Remember, this is a corporate connection. Horrible stuff.

Got my connection switched to airtel V-Fiber, Buy paying Rs500 for Moderm and Rs50 Extra montly charges .Promised Speed was 40mbps .but Don't get more tha 7Mbps . I was happy with my earlier plan of 8mbps with ADSL was good it used be Consistent .Doing office work at home was not an issue

My Airtel Broadband is stopped working since 11th July and I've registered a complaint on 11th July itself, and I had been informed that issue will be resolved by 12th July but it wasn't. So I called them back on 12th July they told it'll resolve by 13th July. I called back on 13th July, they said 14th same has been repeated till 16th July still no resolution. The worst Service Provider.


My Strong advice is to not to take Airtel Fibernet.

I have been noticing your rise to prominence since 1996 when you got into cellular telephony.


No doubt people like me trusted you and bought your services but today sadly your company and you have become too big that you do not care about your customers any more.

My Name is Puneet Rana and I am 2 companies Owner. I have been using Airtel broadband connection for 2 years. I run two connections one is in my office and second is in my home. I raised my complaint on dated 30th May 2018 and today is 08th June 2018. Airtel team hasn't resolved my problem yet. My S.R. No. is 96571452. I make a call in Airtel 2 or 3 times daily. I get frustrated now.


When I make a call in Airtel they say your plan is 40 Mbps and we can't provide this speed in your area but 8 months before when Airtel wanted to increase the business they gave me to plan 40 Mbps. Earlier I was paying 600 rs. per month now I am paying 1000 rs. per month. they took 400 rs. extra every month and now they are saying they don't provide me 40 Mbps, the reality is 30 Mbps speed I was getting, they can't resolve my problem and they just cook up a story. Dear reader This is not a fake complaint. I have mentioned my S.R. No. now I am giving the name of their customer supervisor (toll-free no. 1800-103-0121) I have spoken to Mr. Jitendra, Mr. Vipin, Ms. Sona, they just cook up a story, give me the time for one day, 2 hours, but not resolved my problem


In the end, I just want to say. Airtel services are worst Service in India. Don't go for Airtel.

In v fiber technology the speed comparing to the ADSL technology will be efficient and the upgrading modem is free of cost.though the efficiency is good but there is a repeated problem of frequent disconnection and slow browsing issue. In vector technology we will get maximum feasibility of 300 Mbps but there will be a some problem connection issue, suddenly the connection will be dropped.

After trying many Internet connections in my life, both wired and wi fi, I finally zeroed down on the Airtel WI-FI broadband Internet connection last month.


I called them for a connection and their people came down to my house with all the forms to be filled, within a couple of hours. After all verifications, their technical team came back after three days with all the equipment needed. I was appreciated their way of working. They were really fast and neat in fitting all cables up to the wi fi unit and also concealed the cables in a casing caping batten. With all the neat looks provided, they proceeded to fit the wi fi unit and after doing it, the technicians sealed this unit with the help of a sealing hot glue gun. The whole procedures took the airtel two teams nearly four long hours, to complete the work with such precision. The Airtel staff is also taught to be


courteous and they paid attention to all our queries and instructions. Their engineer finally arrived and matched my wi fi laptop to the wi fi unit and the Internet started efficiently. He even gave me a password to protect this open net connection from being used by others, without permission. I am too happy with the speed of around 300 kbps as against the 256 kbps speed promised. The connection is blazing fast even in the absence of the normal

Very Bad experience for New connection. Persons providing new connection are mostly cheaters in Rohini areas of Delhi. I feel cheated& harassed not only by these persons but also from toll free customer care. I will only advice any person for Airtel v fibre connection in Current situation.

Living in NCR and grletting speed less than 10 kbs is horrible.had done a recharge but network in my locality is pathetic.Do prepare something so that we may get a quality network and a good internet connection.for simple things I need to go out to download.


I live in greater noida, Authority, rampur c block C-284.


2 days ago took a new sim to enjoy a good service of airtel but things are not competenent.


Pkease look into the matter
