My Name is Ekta Gupta. I am Scientist(Gazetted) in Secretariat Jaipur. Recently I have applied for Airtel Broadband with my name at my home.
When I called person for applying the new connection. Person with the name of "Sawan - 9928996666 " came immediately within 5 minutes to do this. He took all the charges fees at that time only and ensured me to get it done on next day.
Next day I called him, He sent me technician person phone no. When I called that person, he gave me another technician person no, when I called this person, he again sent me another technician person no.
Firstly this type of circle, which you are providing, is ridiculous. just making suffer customer care.
When I talked last person(Name - Mandawar- 9358960954) he was about to come on 6 PM on Friday. but he said because of cold, I cant make it, I will surely come next day till 9 am.
Due to humanity, I accepted this.
Next day On Saturday I again called him at 9 am as he was not there till . I have to leave office. He said I am coming in half an hour, again I called after half an hour, he said I am coming in half an hour,
finally he came at 11.30 am. which is again shows non- professionalism. just making suffer customer. because of this, I have to apply half day off at my workplace due to Airtel.
He started work but he is non-technician and non-professional again. he was not able to handle my all three connection 1- broadband, 2- intercom 3- TV Connection.
He said I am not able to do this, I will come again to get it fixed or u get it fixed by your electrician. I just started my broadband, and off my tv and intercom.
I have called my electrician, he took 200 rs from me to bypass the pipes and rest work need to do by manawar ji.
From That day I contiiously calling your three person - 1- Sawan- 9928996666 2- Madawar- 9358960954 3- Vinnet - 7982287608 to get it fixed but they say "aaj ho jaega" but no one came till date. My whole family is suffering because of non- availability of tv and intercom.
Airtel is faulty and My family have to suffer with.
When Airtel don't have features like "Commitment, Professionalism" then why you are in market. Just making fool customers. Customers are calling again and again, no one is replying, no one is doing work, When need to apply, you person came within 5 minutes and now its been 5 days, no one is coming to fixed the issues, which are created by Airtel Person, infact I have to pay 200 more to get it
I was previously on Airtel Mobile postpaid, because of your this behavior I have converted in Vodafon. Again you proved the same.
Infact, in my offices, Because of your this type of behavior, I am going to remove airtel broad from each of my tehsil and district which is under going through Airtel Broad band. Because when you are not able to handle one connection of mine, how you will handle 314 tehsils issue. 314 tehsils will make you call, again you will not respond to their calls. I am ensuring you that I will do this.
So Refund my whole money+200 rs and take off Airtel broadband, On my TV Connection. I dont need Airtel and their type kind of ridiculous behavior.
