Cust treated like dogs.sim activation o-delayed

Bad service is better than false commitments.....The distributor of Aircel -MLD Enterprises Mumbai is not taking calls of the Aircel Salesteam to activate a sim purchased to enjoy experience of new TAB with kids on Sunday. Understand that the only 1 person designated to do activation is on leave/left the job......what a customer service SIRJI.


Can Aircel show their real customer centric by taking action against MLD enterprises Mumbai who is treating the Mumbai's HNI customer segment like animals......I have purchased a prepaid card from Gurukripa Enterprises 7 Bungalows Andheri West.

Airtel Broadband: Pathetic customer service

The post is about AIRTEL and not AIRCEL. Not sure about how to delete it from here. Wrongly placed under Aircel. It about the pathetic service of Airtel


We stay in Bangalore. We have been customers of airtel broadband for the past two years. on September 13th we raised a request for shifting the connection to another location in the city when we changed houses. Even after a month since we raised the request for shifting the Airtel broadband connection it is still not done! To add to it, pathetic responses from their customer call centers! Everytime we call airtel the irresponsible call center agents quote some technical glitches and promise that  in one week it will be done. In this period of 20 days there was not even a single call from airtel to tell us whats happening. Last time one Ms.Pavithra.K.G told us she will ensure that we will get a call back in 24 hours to give us an update and even that hasn't happened. To top it all, she gave a number that sent me to an automated replying machine when I wanted to speak to someone senior. After being a customer of their service for 2 years, this is the way they treat customers. I wonder where they are headed when the only thing that they are supposed to handle is a customer with everything else outsourced. If they dont find another responsible BPO, airtel can shortly say bye bye to customers. On another note, the airtel customer care center on Mosque road, Bangalore is one of the worst places where a customer can end up. Wonder what checks airtel has to ensure all these are proper. Today I called their investor relations number "+91 11 46666100" and spoke to a girl, she told us that some one will contact us on Monday! another two days wait just to get a call for having paid them money without fail for two years. Hope atleast this time they do that.if not the only otion is filing a complaint in consumer court for all the grievances!
