Hello veiwers , I am sahil nanda from new delhi and I am sharing my own review with all of you my friends here. It is all about the aircel broadband ltd. I used aircel broadband servuce by aircel and I got to know that aircel provides good plans of internet and their charges are also nominal. But after using for long time, I frustated because of their bad network range. Networks are always down which keeps internet browsing very slow. Aircel rates are good and customer support are also good but I don't like the range of aircel. I strongly recommend you don't waste your money for this service unless you get the networks. I would never recommend aircel broadband to anyone.

MY NAME IS BUDDHADEB NASKAR.I AM USING THIS NETWORK LAST 3 YEAR AND ALSO VERY VERY HAPPY ON  THIS NETWORK.INTERNET SPEED IS SUPER.I AM REALLY REALLY HAPPY ON THIS NETWORK.CALL AND INTERNET ARE SUPER.VERY LOW CALL RATE .I RECHARGE FULL TALK TIME AND CALL RATE IS 40 PAISA AIRCEL TO AIRCEL. I DO NOT WANT TO CHANGE THIS NETWORK.I AM SAVING MONEY EVERY MONTH.I AM VERY HAPPY ON THIS SERVICE PROVIDER.THANK YOU AIRCEL .THANKS FOR YOUR SUPPORT.

Aircel calling signal is very good but aircel internet is very poor . aircel internet connetion speed upto 2G- 15kbps

3G- 30kbps

I used aircel in last five years. But I am not satisfied

Otherwise vodafone , airtel companies internet connection is very wel than aircel.but in aircel there is no complain till today

Aircel broadbands connection is really bad. I am using it since 20 days.I am facing lot of problems relating network connection.Two days ago when I was in other palace ( banaras) there was this problem also.Afrer taking 3G sim this was happening.So I always advice you to use or keep other broadbands to keep above problem away.

Not getting the desired results expecting it will be of very high speed but encountered with the slowest connection ever.

I tried it with my laptop first it was not connecting then after so much of hassle finally it connected but appears to be poor speed not even getting 100kbps while browsing and dont even think of downloading anything from it you wont be very happy in doing that.

So my conclusion is that plz plz plz dont ever buy it please safe your money for better things but dont go for this

Aircel ka brodband bhi hai aur jisme speed 1kb par second bhi aati hai eska to usse bura hal hai esme to speed etni km aati hai ki phle to ese koi leta nhi hai aur jo leta hai vo sare din costmer call karta rhta hai hmare phle aircel ka tha use htakar hmne bsnl ka lga liya brodband and fixline kyoki usse brower me google bhi open nhi hota tha

In the aircel broadband, I had used it before 2 months. In these they only provide Internet on less amount and more gb given but does not provide satisfactory service to their customers. I had use it with so much face the problem in this month because of there is not at all good network provider to their customer. If sometime network comes then after wuthin a 15 minutes they show trouble in your network. Then I had every time resolve it on my computer but this fault is occur by aircel broadband. In several time I had call to service centre but they say it will automatically resolve it. So in this broadband creates trouble everytime. So I refuse to continue with next month. I move to another brand and use it know this more easily.

When the installation was done, company told that it will give very high speed like never before, but I after using it for 1 month, I was like spam, speed was too slow like 2G.Also there where too many server down problem.So it is my advice that never go for this broadband.Also Aircel broadband do not comes with router so this I have to buy.so according to me this was highly imperfect and bad product.

Aircel company is the company which is having its main branch in chennai.Aircel is the chennai company having its other branch inover all india. Aircel broadband is the worst broadband which is having the worst speed in all aspects. Aircel is not having its tower installed in all parts of inand is suffering from lack of signals range.The broadband of this company is really worst offering very slow speed when compared to other broadband of similar range.It is fact that company is giving best offers to the customer to gain marketing standard in indian and other global market.

Aircel is a Cellur Network Provider in India.It is just a totally waste of Money.I had a prepaid Sim Card of Aircel and always there was some thing technical problem with it.In Aircal there is some thing Is happen to the top level because when the Company Started they attracted many customer but last three or four years Aircel just quite all the things and just shut there mouth.There is Network Problem, Expensive Plan's, Slowest Internet and many many problm's whith this company.

Aircel gsm service provide 2G and 3G(on reliance 3g network) service in Delhi. I ported one of my number to them to enjoy the really attractive tariff plans. This review is regarding my stay with them

though it was not too long, Thanks to their network and cunning tariff trick.

Network:

Their 2G network atleast in Delhi quite decent though not as robust as Airtel. I do get some blackspots but those were mostly indoors when visiting someone house or few places like old delhi where shops are too walled inside. So better check whether you get good network in Delhi before buying Aircel sim as they use 1800mhz freq which has less penetration than Airtel & Vodafone network in Delhi.

For 3G they roam on Reliance 3G network which usually give me 1-2mbps outdoor.

Tariff plans:

Aircel have many nice rate cutters like business cug pack which gives unlimited calls aircel to aircel & some nice combo pack which gives you min+sms+2g data. However beware their tariff plan page is not updated properly and few plans mentioned have incorrect validity so better ask cust care at 121 before.

What I don’t like:

Your local+std call rate is flat 3p/sec or Rs1.8/min and you can’t change it regardless of their tariff mentioned for any stv used. All STV have mob minutes only but it is not mentioned clearly.

Few 2g data packs like Rs.24 recharge do not carry over your data.

Their 3G recharge are attractive but STV you use won’t be valid if you are on 3G network, even sms pack.

Result:

Its kind of useless to use Aircel in Delhi when you need 3G data and want cheaper tariff plans too specially to landline.

However if you are 2g user only and most of your call are to mobile only then do give them a try.

Recommended if you are a feature phone user and depend more on calls and sms than data.

Guys this network was totaly worst of money and time .his network servise was very bad and very poor 2 month ago I am bought a brand new aircel broadband connection but now I m not satisfied from his servise because it's network signals was very poor when I called his coustmer care office but his no give me clearly answer .it's a good company but now it's give very very bad servise to coustmers.And now I m saying to this company plese improve your servise.i know your servise are good but now these days very very bad

I have recently purchased aircel sim card as my location have very good aircel network. After activation of card I also activated aircel 139 ruppess unlimated internet plan. In which I am getting 1.5 gb data at good 2g speed and after I will get unlimated at reduce speed. But when I started using internet on my phone I have seen it is very slow compare normal 2g speed. To open Google home it is taking 30-40 sec. Sometime I am geeting frusating and thinking why I have purchased this aircel card and why activated internet plan on this card. Day by day Aircel all service is going to worst. Nobody is keeping aircel recharge card on recharge shop. If you want recharge your aircel card then you to recharge online. If you don't internet then run here and there for hotspot. Aircel customer service also not helpful for any kind of issue. Very soon I m going to port my aircel card other service provider.

Aircel is buckling up its armour and entering into the 4G LTE battlefield in which up till now Airtel and Reliance Jio have been locking horns for gaining the early movers advantage. Aircel holds 20MHz of spectrum in the 4G LTE 2300 MHz band across eight circles – Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Bihar, Odisha, Assam and North East and Jammu and Kashmir. In comparison, Airtel holds 20MHz of spectrum in the same band in 8 circles including the 4 circles of Qualcomm which it bought out and Reliance Jio holds Pan India spectrum in this band.

Aircel has launched a 4G LTE WiFi router which is simply plug and play enabled, which means it is portable unlike the traditional wired broadband routers which need to be plugged in with Ethernet cable for them to be functional.

Aircel proclaims that this router is 3 times better than DSL and 20 times better than data dongles.

Aircel 4G Plans and Pricing:

4G super home 10GB- Monthly rental Rs.999 provides 10GB data at LTE speeds after which speed is throttled to 512Kbps for additional 1GB beyond which speed is throttled to 256Kbps.

4G super home 15GB- Monthly rental Rs.1349 provides 15GB data at LTE speeds after which speed is throttled to 512Kbps for additional 1.5GB beyond which speed is throttled to 256Kbps.

4G super home 25GB- Monthly rental Rs.1999 provides 25GB at LTE speeds after which speed is throttled to 1Mbps for additional 2.5GB beyond which speed is throttled to 512Kbps.

4G super home 50GB-Monthly rental Rs.2999 provides 50GB at LTE speeds after which speed is throttled to 1Mbps for additional 5GB beyond which speed is throttled to 512 Kbps.

4G super home 100GB- Monthly rental Rs.4799 provides 100GB at LTE speeds after which speed is throttled to 1Mbps for additional 10GB beyond which speed is throttled to 512Kbps.

I using aircel post paid last one year actually it corporate plan it name smart 200. it is not bad people say but it is very less serviced. they should improve there there service, so that people can get more.before I was using aircel for a limited time.i was really angry because for any recharge I should suffer either I should make online recharge nor I should got to city .but other operators were very good in service.Plz see that if they improve more then it will become success for them .

Formation Inc, a software company, based in Moorestown, New Jersey, developed two critical hardware components of Aircell's Gogo Inflight Internet system: its Central Processor Unit(ACPU) and the custom built Cabin Wireless Access Point(CWAP).

I agree the rates of aircel data packs is less than other brands but it has the most of problems in it example:-

i) If you recharge it with 3g pack, you will experience 2g speed for 60% for your data connection and 3g will be there for sometime and again 2g.

ii)The speed on average is just 40 kbps at 3g speed.

iii) towers are in urban areas and if go to a rural area the network is unavailble or the speed is at the bottom.

iv)4 g network is not available in many states.

v) network connection sometimes gets closed of it's own

I don't like it at all.

Wont speak much about the speed of this connection because many a times the network is not present. The company has a lot of issues with the network because many a times a single google page of just 7 kb takes some where around 2 mins or so.

This is a disgrace. Will never tell anyone for having this network connection. Yes the money which they are askig for ia less but the service which they are providing is zero.
