This film is fantastic I love the action, adventure as well as the sci-fi story. The Visual Effects is smooth and realistic. The appearance of Rihana also made me enjoyable to watch each and everyscenes but.

.the problem of this film is that when the story is about the alien race which has been wipe out 30years ago is so twisted and especially at the final scene its so dump. That it kept me tangled my brain! It's like 50% super awesome whereas 50% is dumbass

This movie is completly unique rather than other science fiction movie.

In my perspective it gives you a another thought about the space or universe if you will have a more intention to know how the universe works.or how it ought to be.

Most important thing is the movie specially highlights the future invention, technology, and powerfull artificial intelligence.

In the view of framing its good.And there is uses of almost 90% graphics and animation , vfx and so on.

All of the character in this movie is well in their role.

Moreover it is full of entertaining and there is some comedy too hihi.

Right off the bat as the movie starts your thrown into this visually beautiful spectacle and introduced to the different species of aliens and the main focus of the movie The planet Mül and it's people which might remind you of the tribal people from Avatar but then the the whole planet is destroyed from falling spaceship debris.A few years past that your introduced to the main character Agents Valerian and Laureline from Alpha space station a.k.a the city of thousand planets who while going on various missions in turn uncover the cover up and the conspiracy behind the destruction of the planet Mül and they try to get Justice to the remaining people of mül.

Plot wise the movie has a clear and simple storyline but what it lacks in plot is completely made up by beautiful beautiful cinematography I must stress on it's visual beauty. One of the most visually stunning movies in 2017

Conclusion: it's definitely worth the watch.

I knew this movie would be bad just by watching its trailer but did not expect it to be this bad! watched this movie last sunday, and it was really a horrible movie, the only good thing about this movie is that it has some impressive visual effects but other than that it was bland.

The plot of this movie is written very poorly and it has failed to establish any sort of plot point, the writer seems to have given absolutely no thought on this case. The story is so boring it gave me a headache, its all about the Major Valerian and his Sergent Laureline they are the part of the peace keeping force of the universe, as they go on a mission to get the converter thingy and steals it from the black market along with a pearl that Valerian had dreamed of cause he wanted to give it to Laureline as a gift as he wanted to marry her, but she had declined at first. When they return to base things go wrong, their base gets attacked, their commander gets kidnapped then they get into an accident, Laureline and Valerian gets separated, then Laureline gets kidnapped and the roller coaster of the dreadfully poor story goes on. Honestly everything is such a mess, their are a lot of plot holes and unanswered questions which you will get if you see this movie, direction and writing of this movies is really disappointing.

No it does not stop at the poor plot the Performances are bad as well. The cast seems to have a hard time performing or going through the awful script and makes things harder for the viewers. Dane Dehaan and Cara Delevingne who plays the lead roles tried to do justice to their roles but it was not enough, as the poor plot and direction may have hindered their performances. Clive who plays their commander did not do any better.

Music is totally forgettable for this movie, I did not find any catchy themes or any good background scores in it, the musics which are present in the movie are all very dull.

Cinematography was good, the visual effects were nice, the CGI and graphics works were all good, this movie would have been better if the plot was composed properly.

Hi Friends, I would like to share my thoughts on the latest Hollywood movie' Valerian and the city of thousand planets'. This is one of the adventures movie in Hollywood. I really enjoyed the movie. It has awesome plot line, Visual effects and action as well. Its a perfect combination for all this.

Awesome graphics spectacular movie, I feels like watching Avtaar part 2. Each character is defined well in this movie and performance for all the star cast Cara Delevingne, Ethan Hawke and Clive Owen is really good. They have done the flawless acting in this movie. Really hat's off for their efforts. Great direction by the Luc Besson as well great narration.

The movie was amazing it gave a wonderful picture of how a new world with alien and human population living together would be like and the imagination to built such a world is awesome concept. Honestly, not much of a story, but the imagery more than makes up for that lacuna. Plot is simple and plain, no suspense in this movie but the romance between the co-stars was really remarkable. Awesome chemistry. The pearls aliens are the most gorgeous aliens I have ever seen. Cinematography is fabulous as well as screenplay also. This is perfect entertainment package for all the sci-fi movie lovers.

Please guys go and watch this movie, you will not get bored anytime. I hope my review will help you to take right decision.

Hi friends, Today I am going to share my thoughts on the movie 'Valerian and the city of thousands planet'. Previous week only I saw this movie in 3D butI didn't like the movie as there is a less 3D work is effective rest all the scenes were quite boring.

You just can't entertain to the audience with CGI. A movie should have a nice story and best direction which valeration lacks completely. Pathetic acting done by the lead actors. They had so much potential in terms of plot and characters but they blew it. Badly written dialogues and story. The love angle between the actors is worse than Bollywood movies.

There are only visual effects in this movie, nothing else. That you can get in some video game also. I was having high expectations and none was fulfilled. It is Very slow movie from start to end, and climax was also not up to the mark. Unnecessarily increased after intermission. I really disappointed with this movie. Music was too bad, pointless music not connected to the plot line. Poor cinematography with the dull screenplay making movie more boring.

Overall it is not a worth movie to watch in theaters, please think once before going to watch this movie.

Story

If you are go see this movie a lots of acceptance and interest then its disappoint to you .

Chemistry of both actor is below the average and it is lack of humour also found.

Friends saw this movie today , was a task to sit through the whole movie.The movie script is not gripping and in somewhere short stories in between it goes out of track many a times.Its based on a french science fiction comic which I think not many know about.I myself had to google it out.Huge work has been done on vfx as its based on a city named Alpha having creatures from whole of the universe.But friends we all know a movie needs to have a strong storyline and a brilliant script which the movie lacks.And as its a lesser known fiction as compared to all other fictional character people being less aware about, the movie in someway not justifies for its first time introduction to the audience.The main protagonist too being not A class actor somewhere make it a bit boring.

Hi Friends, Today I am going to talk about movie "Valerian and the city of a thousand planets", this is science fiction, fantasy movie.

Movie directed by Luc Besson and music direction is given by Alexandre Desplat, the cast is nice Cara delevingne as laureline, Dane DeHaan as Valerian, Rihanna as bubble, Clive owen as Commander, Ethan Hawke as  jolly the pimp,

the director is great and the actors are also good in this movie and the acting performance is average but Cara disappointed with her acting, otherwise performance of Clive and Dane is good.

The story based on since fiction, 28th century based on comic strips, we see here the influence of star wars, you can see lots of cool gadget here, a  glance of future weapons, the graphics use movie is cool but the story of movie is not good, the story like save the planet, old and boring concept with less story. and the worthless romance a bit, the music is just ok not very good.

I watched this movie in the theater after watching cool trailers, but really it not worthy, I don't like movie at all no good story no plot everything just going on. so don't waste you time and money on it.

First of all, this movie is visuaally stunning, even thoughts most of the scenes are CGI. Its still look realastic, its gorgeous.

And then the designer from the building to the spaceships to the wardoable and the make up, it all look wonderful and colorful.

For me as a non-reader of the books/comics, this movie is like a combination of star wars and avtar. The storyline was good. It's visually stunning movie.

I could say, this movie is amazing. The story was good, the characters were amazing.

Definitely recommended for sciFi lovers!

I went for watching this movie on 28 July 2017 in Inox Relaince mall Rajkot,

I buy the ticket for rupees 200 but After watching this movie I found that the my money and the time were wasted.

The story is not good at all.

The character and design of the charcter were too good and that is the thing I like in the movie.

If I talk about the music of the movie than it is average not that much good and attractive as minions and cars movie have.

The main thing I want to tell is the movie is not good and it is not action movie we can say that some adventure is there but there is no action is there in the movie.

The performance of the lead actor were too good and the acting were of the that actor is awesome.

But if I talk about the actress than the acting is not that much good as lead actor.

So, don't waste your time and money on this.

This movie is the  example of one thing is that "Do not judge the book by it's cover' I am using this kind of line for this movie because when see the movie then you will understand what I am trying to say. If you see the trailer of the movie with so kind of promotional trailer with great action and si-fi thing it does not stand for that. The plot of the movie is very weak it will not give you that kind of  goosebumps like you expect from si-fi moive like star wars and star trek.

Movie story based on illogical theory and it is about so far galaxy from earth and two couple whose are trying to save the whole world or in their language the Galaxy alone which is funny part of the move when you see it. The performance of the actor is quite OK type and just think about your-self what you can expect about the performance of the actor I mean in this movie everything is in VFX so every actor should act like that. So the actor could give the good performance in the movie otherwise I like the star cast of the movie.

I like the background music of the film for giving the support in the movie scene but in fighting scene the background music does not stand for good. And now the thing of the movie is Cinematography of the film is totally worst thing of this movie because everything means everything is going on VFX And Animation even the actor looking like an animated art peace in the movie.

IN most of the movie's scene is rolling on VFX and Green Screen. So there is not much thing to see in the movie. I will not give the advise to watch this movie and waste you money and time on it. The movie is based on a hypothetical story of a galaxy far away from the earth. I should say it is based on an illogical story where just a couple can save the whole world. It is good that you are showing great graphics but why to compromise with logic.

The story is a big let down for all those who were waiting for this movie. Background music is also kind of irritating.

Today I have watched this amazing movie it's just mind blowing and the visual effects are awesome it's a whole new story and it's story line is good.but its funny to watch that only a couple can save a world it's like main drawback to the movie but the sound track and background sound is pretty good.

Costume and makeup are picks and the acting skills not bad.meanly kids going to enjoy this movie .I will suggest to each every body to watch this movie it's kind of refreshment and can enjoy with friends.
