SANCTUM !!!

God created human beings out of curiosity, but, later, God discovered that the humans are the only species in this Universe who are always curious about everything. From Papua New Guinea, the National Geographic Channel Team headed towards the Mother of all Caves in this world.

Frank and his team were at the Forward Base inside the cave. Frank and one of his teammates went to explore further down. The girl died as she was inexperienced about diving and tired too. Josh became very angry by seeing his father’s cruelty.

Both Frank and Carl were very excited about that St.Jude’s Cathedral and the air bell above it. They have come here to explore the route to the sea through this cave. The storm turned into a cyclone. They had to move from their present location. Luke injured himself badly while trying to save others.

Warriors and adventurers have one psychology in common. They don’t want to live like defeated souls. If they are defeated or injured, they want to die rather than bearing the pain for the whole lifetime. Inside that cave, there was no hospital. So, Frank had to perform natural Euthanasia on Luke as all his bones got broken.

The more you go deeper inside the cave, the temperature falls. So, Frank requested Victoria to wear the warm jacket of the dead body. Victoria disobeyed him. They kept on moving, till they reached a place, where there was a hot water spring and it was behaving like a meat grinder.

Josh was the best climber in that group. He found a new path to get out of there by climbing towards the other end. Victoria’s hair got stuck and she did a blunder by trying to cut off her hair with a knife. Carl became crazy after the death of Victoria because he loved her.

Carl was missing. Frank and Josh thought that Carl was dead and they kept on moving. They found an ancient Japanese Tanker which used to work like an amphibian. So, it signaled that they have reached nearer to the sea. They rested that night there, but, Josh smelled the excreta of a bat. Was it really so?

After climbing through that steep cliff, they reached the sacred sunless sea. Oh! Carl was still alive and he attacked Frank. Were they able to explore the secret path from the deepest cave on earth to the sea? To experience the climbing, swimming and diving inside a deadly cave, you have to watch the film, “SANCTUM”.

Hello and good evening to our yet another show of veeru the virus show, where v try our best to stretch our guest of honours legs and ask him so irritating questions to evaluate the tolerance power a celebrity can possibly have ...previously I was beaten up brutally by a celebrity called cattie aka sonia sargambut this time we will be more care ful as our guest of honour is none other than...JAMES CAMERON!!!

please sir sit down and tell us ...how are you?

Well I am fine veeru, though I never thought I would make it here...in ur show...u see people of india are very malicious and think we r ATM machines and...................

sir...this is an intreview about ur movie...SANCTUM...not our loveable India...

okay okay...i am sorry I couldnt control my feelings...yeah lets talk about the movie...veeru boy!

James cameron, a man so famous that even a horrible movie like sanctum did ok business...a person known for fabulous movies like terminator 1&2, titanic ,aliens, true lies and many more... every movie of urs did a real splendid business everywhere...but this time ur sanctum couldnt hit the bulls eye...why?

Well listen u big mouth...i was dying for a flop...yeah a flop...cause I wanted to feel normal again...i dont know how...but people think I am a machine for success and pure genius...so here I have given a weird movie...to accomplish my stature as a normal human being...got it...boy!

Ok ok sir no need to raise your voice...but the movie was found to be really scary and damn horrible as the people who saw this movie felt terrible after watching this movie...it made them feel like actually they are in the movie and felt a near death experience, as movie was very realistic...most said it should not be seen by children...in short this movie scared the hell out of most of the audiences...was this deliberate...sir?

Now you are talking boy...let me tell u something about the movie...i deliberately made this movie scary so horrifying as to show the world ...that...the biggest thing is to survive ...the whole movie is inside a big huge cave ...water all over...and the only way to stay alive is to go down in caves as deep as possible... miles and miles deep under the earth...what u got...oxygen,mask,torch,and people which are only handful...risk to life makes us feel the most fearsome...doesnt it?

Yes sir...but how could u scared the hell out of people without demons, monsters, linda hamilton and and without bhooth-pishaach, people say they felt all wet and cold thruogh out the movie even in air conditioned multiplex and couldnt sleep that night....what is this type of movie...scare people away from the dreaded movie as yours....how cheap!!!

hold your horses boy...this is what should had happened just like in 1937's bram stokers dracula, people were warned against this movie...it was so scary...they actually avoided that flick in nthe older times...so...i knew this movie was also going to be a blockbuster...so I knew ...what exactly I had to do...make it dreadfully horrible and seem like a nightmare.... and to tell u the truth I didnt directed the movie ...someone else did...just to be sure

this really shows sir after all the success u have gone insane...just like Michael Jackson...but why the ads says that its ur movie ''from the director of titanic and avatar....here comes the movie sanctum''

to attract and distract sunny boy...by not telling only I could had made it a flop...c honesty attracts, dishonesty distracts...though I produced it...and I tried my best to not to show the characters much as people want feel bad for them much...as they die...one by one

people were right ...you are insane...after all such a good cinematography, excellent graphics and special effects and background score...what u expected... a flop... its a already doing a good business moron!

Boy ...u need a good beating... I mean a real good baeting...from head to toe...the way you have insulted me and I am already very unhappy to know its not a flop...but its not a hit either... u brat boy...aaaarnie...arnie boy...come here and lift him up by his hair and thats an order

AFFIRMATIVE , THERE ARE 208 BONES IN THE HUMAN BODY, AND I HAVE DETAILED FILES ON HUMAN ANATOMY

oh my God its Arnold Schwarzenegger... he is going to crack my bones from head to toes …. RUN !!!

(veeru runs for his dear life and for big mouth)

3D has become such a clichéd feature these days that I had decided to give every 3D film a miss, primarily due to the manner in which the technology is used purely as a tool to accessorize the film rather than really add any cinematic value to it. But when it’s the iconic James Cameroon who’s involved in a project, could I say no. First of all, a film about diving can only be appreciated by a layman, if a brief introduction is given about the entire process. Despite being familiar with diving, I found the initial part of the film difficult to follow due to the needlessly cheeky dialogues and lack of emphasis on essential exposition.

The 3D feature is well used in several sections in the film and one is exposed to the world of cave diving and the dangers involved therein. But when a film is supposed to celebrate human spirit and endurance, it should be more than just a one dimensional visual spectacle. This is where the film loses out. The characters are sketchy and behave in strange whimsical manner. You could have well been playing a 3D video game or watching a B grade action affair, as often key moments in the film are bereft of any real emotion. There is little empathy one feels for the cast when they are faced with life and death situations. The moments that give you the creep come far and few between.

The chemistry between the various actors seems as shallow as the story itself. In the end, one leaves the theatre with not one enduring memory of this rather emotionally bland affair. This is accentuated when one compares it to a similar film on outdoors, 127 hours, released two weeks ago.
