Like true stories? Great. And you into geeky stuff? even better! coz you would Luuuvv. this movie. This is such an inspiration to all women . because we get to see how 3 amazing women defied all the odds, overcame the oppression they have faced and stood out. there are many movies which are built around true stories but what I really like is when the viewers get to see the real people behind these amazing success stories as well, at least for a few mins in the end, just like in this movie. All the lead characters acted pretty well and have proven themselves as good actors in the past. They will make you cry, laugh and give you goosebumps!

This was one of the best movies of 2016. I highly recommend it everyone who loves watching movies. The direction is sleek, performances are amazing and the plot is good too! Not a popular hit but that doesn't define a movie's quality. Do give it a watch and it surely won't disappoint you.
Hi! I am Tushar This movie is so awesome for me. This movie is an, knowledgeable and mind freshners movie. This movie is talking about white and Black person difference. These three women are so intelligent and this movie is all about Science fiction and Mathematics. When the NASA space shuttle were get on the earth, then they could not realize their distance. But She is got it their distance. Some people are not trusted him.
YOUR RATING ON
Perfect film for the holiday season than Hidden Figures: an inspirational, family-friendly historical drama about three black women whose work at NASA was instrumental in putting John Glenn into orbit around Earth.
That could have been the recipe for a much hokier film, but the story — based on a book by Margot Lee Shetterly — is just Hollywood enough to stay entertaining, but smart enough to know how important its story is. Director Theodore Melfi ( St. Vincent) sticks to every convention of the genre, but sometimes conventions are there for a reason. The story works, and the characters shine. ( Pharrell Williams executive-produced the movie and supervised its soundtrack, which also helps account for its overall buoyancy.
Hidden figures is true american story based drama film.

A good script and integent work by writer . The director ted melfi has to be a great credulous person to direct the film like this.
The Hidden Figures is a great movie. This movie is on women specially with great importance. they have highlighted movie on race, color, etc., so deeply in the movie that is very important. the actresses have played the roles so real and strong. The plot is around the on-going scenario of how white and black people are to each other. And how the women are dominated by men, color, race in their work. the good thing is the women empowerment in the movie, Every women stand strong for what they believe in and their work which undoubtedly reaches to success. Very good movie.

This Film Based On Hidden Figures By Margot Lee Shetterly.
So the story is about these three black female scientists\engineers who worked at NASA and were instrumental in sending the first U.S personnel to space. It shows the hardships faced by these women at a time when racism and segregation was still predominant in the U.S.

Even though they each bring something different to the table, all three women face the same challenge: living in a world where people refuse to acknowledge that how they treat you is a problem..

Their work was often not credited to them, and they were frequently treated as "human computers" rather than valued mathematicians. All three women were highly skilled mathematicians, consistently delivering accurate and complex calculations, proving their worth despite the discrimination
Katherine, Mary, Dorothy, and their coworkers faced significant discrimination based on their race and gender at NASA. Despite these challenges, they made groundbreaking contributions to space exploration. Their persistence, intelligence, and dedication helped them succeed and break barriers in STEM fields. Katherine, Mary, Dorothy, and their co- workers were challenged by discrimination because of their skin color.

Al Harrison (their boss at the Space Task Group), John Glenn (the astronaut whose calculations they are working on), and Vivian Mitchell (their initial supervisor at the West Computing section); they primarily focused on their abilities as mathematicians rather than their race and gender, despite the prevalent racism and sexism at NASA at the time.

We can infer that in paragraph 10, Langley''s actitude towards women isn''t good at all, even though women did a better job than most male engineers.
