Gold movie is true story , its amazing I like this movie.beacause its theme on hocky .and hocky is our national game but we forgotten this game, ever actor's has performed completely amazing and specially akshay kumar acting is superb . there was so worked hard by Akshay kumar, in this we were saw that how akshy kumar maintenance of team .there were there three times team was broke but akshy collect all player and team was won .

mouni roy acting also good .so I think overall this movie is best.

Hi friends, gold is an outstanding movie to watch. All the actors in the movie have acted so well. The story line is that in the british rule indian hockey players went in olympics where they defeated all the countries and won the gold but they played as british indians. The manager tapan da and the captain of the team dreamt that one day indian flag will be hoist in the olympics game and they will repay britishers by winning gold. But due to world war their was no olympic games held for 10 years. In 1947 an information came that in 1948 olympic games will be held a new team was made by tapan da but due to partition of india and pakistan all the players were divided between the two countries . Many more problems were their regarding funding and all . But Again another team was made which was sent for olympic games 1948 . Indian team won all the matches and the dream of wining the gold was fulfilled.

This movie will give you feeling of patrioitism it was such a proud moment when the nathional anthem was played after winning the match.

Akshay Kumar is one of my best actors in Bollywood. this film is based on hockey match, Akshay Kumar as an actor had done a good job, his acting is always good. This is an inspirational movie.
