From the beginning, the Dhoom films have invited comparison to the Fast & Furious franchise, with John Abraham's charismatic villain/antihero in the first giving way to Hrithik Roshan's even more charismatic variation in the hugely successful sequel.

One feature unique to the Dhoom series, though, most decidedly continued in the third and latest installment, is the ostensible heroes—tough cop Jai Dixit ( Abhishek Bachchan) , and his crook-turned-cop partner Ali Akbar ( Uday Chopra) —being mentioned secondarily, if at all. In the first film, John Abraham was simply more interesting than they were, but over time, the series has evolved consciously into an exploration—between action sequences and songs—of the antihero as an archetype, with bigger and bigger stars cast. In Dhoom: 2, it was Hrithik Roshan, and now, in Dhoom: 3, no less a worthy than Aamir Khan.

Dhoom3 is the sequel of hit movie Dhoom. In this movie perfectionist Mr aamir Khan has played double role very gracefully.And Katrina kaif has done best job.

This is very unique and interesting action, thriller and suspense movie which is produced by yash raj films production and directed by sanjay gupta. Music and choreography is very awesome.

Most amazing thing about this movie is that it is very well written story and executed. After very long time I have seen such a nice unpredictable and very entertaining movie.

When you watch the sequel or remake of any movie the first thing comes in your mind is comparisons between the previous one.

If you compare Dhoom-3 to old once you will not like this movie. In Dhoom-1 John done a very fine job, Also in Dhoom-2 hrithik roshan was very good. But in Dhoom 3 the role of a thief played by Amir khan was not good. There is only one twist in this movie i.e. double role of Amir. It’s not easy to do robbery in Chicago bank.

Straight up, Dhoom 3 makes you laugh, gasp - even sniffle. The most emotional of the Dhoom series yet, this is Aamir Khan's show all the way. As revengeful circus star Sahir, whose father Iqbal(Shroff) dies after losing his beloved Great Indian Circus to a stony-hearted Chicago bank, Khan is terrific. The Dhoom series usually showcases brawn on bikes but in this one, mind meets machinery, Khan's brain almost visibly ticking behind his eyes, calculating every second before he vrroooms off on a bike - across a wire stretched high between buildings, beneath a mega-truck, even underwater.

Chicago forms a super backdrop for Sahir's stunts, the grainy stone of its buildings the perfect texture against which those bikes purr past with velveteen growls. Scrawling'Teri aisi ki taisi' on its vaults and scattering the bank's money across Chicago's skies, Sahir makes the local police look as intelligent as turkeys. But things change when Mumbai cop ACP Jai Dixit(Bachchan), with bike-and-babe-mad subordinate Ali(Chopra), arrive and figure out why - and how - Sahir is breaking the bank

Dhoom 3 rests on Khan's magnetism, his actor's eyes and jaw-line, his abs playing a part too. But the film is powered by its action. With WOL(whistle-out-loud) moments, this is super-slick and on an extravagant scale, using Chicago's skyscrapers like sexy statues arching into the sky. Alongside, Dhoom 3 features the franchise's tongue-in-cheek cheekiness, Ali, fida over blonde policewoman Victoria(as in'secret'), Jai telling him to focus not on Kamasutra but kaam. As circus star Alia, Kaif provides soft romance, her fitness and innate grace redefining sexiness, making even potentially risque sequences - she lands her job following a speedy striptease - look delicately sensuous. Alia's charming beauty stops our protagonist in his tracks - but for how long?

Clocking in at nearly three hours, Dhoom 3 is slightly extensive. But it holds advantages, the first, that sizzling Dhoom tune, all leather, boots and electric guitars, which straightens sagging scenes. The second - sharp performances by Khan, Bachchan(an underrated actor, whose ability to drawl languid lines with intense looks stands out) and Chopra, who sprinkles lightness and fun. And the third - Dhoom 3's story with a twist wrapped around it.

I dont think Aamir khan should do movie like this no story at all in this movie but yah there is a good act down by Abhishek bachhan. We had expected that movie is going to be very good but after watching it we was like fainted to watch movie like this by Aamir . Dhoom 2 was much better than Dhoom 3

I saw all 3 part of dhoom movie series. but shoom 3 is worst part of this series. this time star cast is totally fail to entertain public. if we will talk about the whole movie than.

I was very excited with this franchise as far as dhoom 1 and 2 was concerned . I was eagerly waiting for dhoom 3 and when I got to know that aamir khan is working my expectation doubled but when I saw the movie my expectation got busted within 30 minutes of the film. there is no story in the movie. the main plot of the story was based on a silly thing. a father who cant pay a bank loan kills himself and his sons take revenge. are you serious?

The movie is stretched for no particular reason. as far as I think to show the song in the movie to get katrina perform on them. as far as the cast is concerned aamir is looking dull and boring his stammering character is not good either . take this logic for instance the stammering character cannot speak a line fluently but he can sing a whole song without stammering. katrina kaif is for dance only .

Abhisekh and uday have done worse acting. there is nothing in the film which can kept you glued to the screen. when you hear the main dialouge for the 3000 time in the movie you feel like pulling your hair out . this movie should not have been made and this large amount should have been distributed in beggars.

This is one movie which you can really enjoy watching.

Though the performance of all the actors are average it is Amir Khan who takes the accolades with his superb role. There is action romance stunts jokes and best of all the twists  .

Uday chopra has his usual comic role. And there also comes a foreigner poliewoman who is gorgeous.

Katrina comes in during songs and has an important role.

Songs are good to listen to.

The cinematography is awesome.

The locaes are beautiful.

Here's the Tale: Chicago Western Bank is looted by a Super Thief, that no International Police can catch. So What is the Solution- Call India’s top cop, Jai Dixit, who as usual FAILS every time to get hold off the thief. And his funny partner Ali. is still Useless as Ever.

Katrina Kaif does make the screen shine with her beautylicious figure and dance moves, but at the END. Dhoom 3 is Aamir Khan's Movie. The Real Show Man.

Dhoom 3 does impress but Hritik's Dhoom 2 was much better.

Dhoom and Dhoom 2 was quite good that was the only reason I was very excited to watch Dhoom 3. I was eagerly waiting to watch Dhoom 3 because of two reasons. First it belongs to Dhoom series and second Mr. perfectionist(Aamir Khan) is playing the role of thief.

As Aamir khan is always perfect, plays his role with lots of dedication and enthusiasm I always prefer to watch his movies. I am a big fan of Aamir khan and knows very well that he signs only few movies but the best ones. He always comes with something new and different concepts. His movies usually gives

lessons and also inspires us. Because of all these reasons I was dying to watch Dhoom 3.

But this movie was not as good as I was expecting, not even worth to watch. It is the worst one in the whole Dhoom series. The idea was copied from the Hollywood movie PRESTIGE but the twist was opened in between only, after that the movie was quite simple and straight and had no use to watch. The robbery was also not upto the mark. I would never recommend anyone to watch this movie. Its just not worth to watch.

Ok this film made 2nd biggest collection at Indian box office but at last everyone hated the movie.

Yash Raj just killed a great franchise film.

From story, plot, scene theme, action sequences to styling of Amir is stolen from some or the other film.

Story of guy whose father killed himself because he was unable to pay the bank loan, after many years he is taking revenge with all the banks with his twin brother, and there is hot girl in the film for no reason.

Highly stupid story, bad screen play, not so interesting action sequences, over acting, and average music, only good thing was the quality of VFX.

I don't no what came into Amir's mind for signing this film, seriously.

Over all a big budget bad film which you should just once to understand how not to make a bad film.

I only watched Dhoom3 because of Dhoom and Dhoom2. But it disappointed me, I would say Aamir Khan disappointed me. Abhishek Bachan and Uday Chopra are same. Katrina Kaif does what she was told to do, i.e. look good. The songs are boring.I only like "Kamli."

The Dhoom series was supposed to be Bollywood's answer to the fast and the furious series. But after Dhoom 3, i don't think others will see Dhoom 4. I only likeed bikes in the movie :P

In the whole movie amir khan was escaping from the police. but audience was expecting some action. Although the suspense was nice the double role of amir khan.

I'm still surprised how did dhoom 3 turn out to be one of the highest grosser of 2014?

I mean how can such a lame movie earn so much? Is it due to the promotions that made the one of the highest grosser of 2014?

I'm a big fan of Amir khan but trust me I didn't think he acted too well. If he didnt act too well then who could you expect to act so well? Abhishek bachanan? Or uday chopra? LOL

If Amir khan can't lift the movie up then no one can. Adhering to the fact Amir was far from his best. Actually in the first place he shouldn't had done this movie. A wrong choice to take up this movie.

Actually the dhoom series has made the audience so curious that the sequel had to make it big and it didnt matter if the plot was useless.

The plot was not at all worth it. Previous dhoom series had plot as well as the charm that it needed. Even the thief was so stylish that every move seemed to be brilliant. So was the story with John Abraham.

The cast performance was not upto the mark nor was the plot.

Except for a few songs none of the songs were enjoyable nor foot tapping.

The cinematography too was not that great and so this movie deserves a big no from my side.

Maybe you can watch it once but don't blame me if land up disappointed.

Have you ever seen a boat turning into a bike? Or two bikes merging to become one? Truly a clown centric movie.

Final verdict: Avoid this movie. Expressionless Amir won't entertain and clown lookalike abhishek and uday will make you sick.
