Daily Skin Care Routine

There is not matter what your skin type. A daily skincare routine can help you to maintain your skin healthy and improve your skin like acne, scarring, and dark spots. Daily skincare routine has basic steps are as follows.

1. Cleanser

The first step is the Cleanser. It clears the impurities and excess oil from your skin. But do not cleanse too much to your skin it breaks down your skin. If your skin is dry or sensitive then wash your skin at night and in the morning rinsing your face with water.

Following are the best facial cleanser depending on your skin type :

  • Oily skin – For oily skin foaming or gel cleanser is the best. Niacinamide and salicylic acid ingredients help to remove excess oil.
  • Acne-prone skin – Foaming cleanser is the best for acne-prone skin. Acne-fighting ingredients are salicylic acid, glycolic acid, and benzoyl peroxide.
  • Sensitive Skin – Ultra gentle cleanser is the best for sensitive skin types this cleanser includes tiny particles. This cleanser cleans your face without drying your skin.

2. Toner

After a skin cleanser applies toner to your skin.  Toner cleans your face totally and gunk-free. Avoid a toner that contains alcohol.

  • Oily skin – Use the toner containing ingredients like sodium PCA, geranium, and hazel. This ingredient helps to clean your skin and dehydrates your skin.
  • Acne-prone skin – For this type of skin use toner which includes ingredients like hydroxy acid, salicylic acid, and lactic acid.
  • Sensitive Skin - For this type of skin use toner which includes ingredients like glycerin and hyaluronic acid.

3. Serum

  • The serum is concentrated doses of nutrients, antioxidants, and hydration this ingredient immediately improves the health of your skin after application. To protect your skin vitamin C serum is the best serum. This serum protects your skin from irritation and damage produced by environmental harm also brightening your skin and lightening dark patches. Vitamin C helps to brighten dull skin and decrease dark spots.
  • Choose a serum that contains hyaluronic acid, which draws water from the atmosphere into your skin and keeps your skin hydrated.

4. Eye Cream

  • Eye Cream uses first before applying creams and oils because eye creams are lighter and thinner than face moisturizers. Your under-eye area is the most delicate region so be sure about eye cream.
  • Eye treatment product is definitely worth it if you have fine lines, a lack of firmness, wrinkles, dark circles, or under-eye bags.
  • Use eye cream for dark circles with Niacinamide or vitamin C and for puffiness formula with caffeine. For wrinkles and sagging formulas with peptides and retinol. Vitamin K helps to reduce dark under-eye circles.

5. Moisturizer

  • A moisturizer keeps your skin soft and hydrated. If your skin is oily use a lotion or gel that will soak in quickly. And if your skin is drier try a thicker formula like a cream.
  • Massage moisturizer when you apply this will increase its absorption and effectiveness and also improve blood circulation.
  • For dry skin uses a moisturizer that contains emollients, ceramides, and humectants. For oily or acne-prone skin used light lotions or gel-based formulas labeled oil-free. For sensitive skin use formulas that are hypoallergenic and free of potential irritants like fragrance and alcohol.

6. Face oil

  • Face oil is not a necessary step but if your skin is feeling parched applying face oil is a great way that helps lock in moisture overnight. Face oil applies by pressing it into your skin not rubbing it in.
