I am a consultant who helps organisations to establish and maintain processes and management systems. I am passionate about consumer rights. I believe that customer is the king and needs to be treated as a king. My interests are in reading just about anything fiction, non-fiction, current affairs, etc. I am also interested in cricket, quizzes and politics. I also love writing. I like to write quizzes and articles about current issues. Would love to attempt writing fiction.
